I went into this store I had a issue with my sons phone he didn't get wifi and they called it a software issue. we paid 600 dollars off the phone as expected but when I got home after getting a new phone my other kid couldn't connect to cellular data because he mixed there numbers up. I was on the phone for 7 hours with them and they didn't fix much then we had wifi problems and got a technician here. Very nice but they didn't help after hours on the phone. The unoccupied store, no customers, only employees, had strong odor of marijuana throughout the store. Programming on the store television for customers had profanity and sex actions, don't bring the kids. Employees obviously under influence. And payment kiosk not functioning properly. read more

Traded in my IPhone 15 via mail as instructed ( with provided label). Unable to track because tracking number they gave me doesn't exist. Unable to speak with anyone from Assurant, the company they use for trade ins. Spoke with someone from Xfinity last month who assured me that my trade in was processed on their end and it would show in my account this month. Still not showing in my account. I only purchased a new phone because they told me my trade in would pay for half the cost of the new phone. Cannot seem to get anyone to help. Just filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau. Horrible experience. Would never recommend for anyone to go to this office. The manager was cold, unresponsive to my issue that was caused by his employee. No resolution whatsoever!! After working with Xfinity representatives on the phone and chat, I was told I needed to pick up a new modem or have one sent. I decided to go to this location, which the representatives didn't even show as an option. Luckily they were open, and after a small wait, one of the associates assisted me with a new modem, recommended the better box for no extra cost, and was super helpful. From the time I walked in, until I left, I observed the three ladies working to be super polite, very attentive, incredibly personable, and the customers they worked with left happy. The place has even been shined up a bit, the glass partition is gone, they painted and made a few other modifications. Overall, a very pleasant customer service experience. read more

Unbelievably bad customer service from the trio of soul-crushers behind the counter. I've been there three times because they can't seem to figure out what equipment to give me. "These two boxes won't operate together." I state. GASP! "Of course they don't! Who issued these to you?" she says. "You did," I reply. "after I waited in line for 45 minutes while you chatted about local property values and your son's dietary concerns." While I commend the young lady for increasing her cherub's fresh fruit intake, I must chastise her and her cronies behind the glass for operating in an utterly clueless void of awareness, where regardless of the length of line, every customer gets bad information and empty-headed chit chat whether they want it or not. I can tell you what Number Two's favorite shows are, because she told many captive customers. I can tell you Number Three's relationship status. I heard it explained thrice. Number One lives in blah-blah, but is planning to move to yadda-yadda soon. I can take the chit-chat. it must get boring being locked in the Xfinity-cage with nothing but the other two sirens of incompetence, the little voice activated remotes and your Harley-Davidson necklace to keep you company, but do you have to be completely incompetent as well? Where's your pride? Why not be great at your job for your own sake? So you can go home and say, "Yeah, it's not the best gig, but I KICKED ASS today!" Why not?
