    OK, I'm not sure what happened to my review from yesterday if it got posted did someone deleted it or it didn't get post? So here's my second time posting a review. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I would've give it a 5 star but I'm glad i waited because horrible horrible customer service let me tell you why.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]if you go there the first time. Make sure you ask if they set you up. Is that you're starting Date? because for a month i didn't even have service yet and i got charged money $30 WTF![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was supposed to get the discount service. But the guy Brandon, he totally F. everything up it took me 5 times and 5 months later to get it fixed, even the manager i spoke to in the store wasn't patient with me was very rude and condescending argumentative and wasn't fucking helpfu[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]l at all! I was with AT&T for 5 years than the last 2 years was horrible. My Wi-Fi wasn't working then they changed the[[HIGHLIGHT]] price. So i left and went to Xfinity, i didn't know xfinity was Comcast. LOL But it's a lot stronger, so if you want to deal with their bad behavior bad customer service, then go switch to Xfi[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]nity.     They have good stock. I just walk in. Be sure to bring your old one though, to exchange, and get a receipt or you'll start seeing unused equipment charges on your bill.

Xfinity kept telling me the "new" box was going to easily pump wifi through my whole house. It never worked and we had multiple dead spots in our house, where wifi never reached. We ended up trying several things, included a second network setup using Google Nest routers. That also didn't work great and we suffered for years. So finally got fed up, and I called BATH and told Ari what the issue was. He gave me a budget, which I bristled at, at first. Then he walked me through a likely fix, which involved a couple routers networked so that I had independent wifi running on both floors of the house but on the same network. The tech came by and was super nice, and walked me through what they were going to do. I was cautiously optimistic. When they were done? I almost cried at how well everything ran through my house. They even set me up so I had ethernet directly to my gaming PC, and direct into my TV and Xbox. I have not had a single issue since (beside Comcast caused outages), and have blazing fast wifi throughout the house (I pay for the gigaspeed Xfinity). I'm finally utilizing the speed as sold to me by Xfinity. Thanks so much BATH. I really appreciate it. I was super impressed with the emails, the invoices, techs being on time, and just the overall professionalism. It was worth the extra few bucks.

Since they seem to handle a lot of corporate-scale installations, I initially wondered if my project might be too small--but that concern disappeared pretty quickly. The team was already very familiar with Ubiquiti systems and was incredibly patient working with me despite my fairly basic understanding. They walked me through the tradeoffs and ultimately recommended stepping up from mid-range equipment to more professional-grade options. The reasoning was clear, the cost/benefit made sense, and at no point did I feel pressured--just well-advised. The actual Ethernet installation work was top-notch--smurf tubing, recessed (not sticking out!) enclosures, and everything. The level of craftsmanship and attention to detail is honestly beyond what I would normally expect (or even feel comfortable demanding from contractors). They went above and beyond without being asked, and the cable organization is immaculate. Huge thanks to Justin and John for their precision and quality of work, and to Jim and Rodrigo for their thoughtful recommendations on equipment and access point placement. If you're looking for a team that combines technical expertise with professionalism and genuine care, I'd absolutely recommend them.

I'd been using the hard drive to store ALL of my data after I had this same issue years ago, only with my laptop. Needless to say, losing absolutely everything I have saved is my worst nightmare. I worked directly with Gabe who could not have been more friendly or offered better customer service. He responded to my project request right away and we communicated regularly via text. Gabe answered all of my questions, big and small, throughout the whole process, and communicated clearly and thoroughly (I consider myself to have a basic/intermediate level of understanding technology, but am no expert). What I really appreciated was the transparency given with price quotes, and found that their prices are very reasonable for the service. Since I don't live nearby their shop, I took advantage of the free Uber service they provide to have your device picked up from and delivered back to you. I was incredibly hesitant to give my device, with all of my data on it, to an Uber driver, but Gabe assured me it wouldn't be a problem and that he had means to handle if anything went awry with the delivery. Thankfully this wasn't an issue. I don't know of any other company who offers this service, let alone at no charge. I am delighted and relieved to say that Total Computer Solutions was successful at being able to retrieve almost 100% of my data - the few irretrievable files ended up being not very important to me anyway. They also hold onto your data for 3 weeks post-service as a precautionary measure. I am so grateful I found Total Computer Solutions and now consider myself a loyal customer should I ever need their help again. Thank you, Gabe & the Total Computer Solutions team!

    Moving my Xfinity internet service should have been routine. Instead, it required two store visits…read moreand 12 phone calls--including four today!!! Just to activate my Wi-Fi in my new home. Xfinity somehow created two accounts for my new address, disconnected one, and assigned my equipment to the cancelled account. I did none of this, yet I spent hours trying to correct Xfinity's internal mistakes. This was either during my first or second visit to the store...2 store visits - really!!! During the first call this morning, it had a wait of 42 minutes, and then spent another 20 minutes with a technician who tried but was not able to move the equipment to the active account, and was then transferred to the disconnection department. That representative insultingly told me I "didn't understand." I understood perfectly: Xfinity created the duplicate accounts, assigned the equipment incorrectly, and repeatedly failed to fix its own error. AND then blamed me! Thankfully, on the last call today - #4 and the 12th during the last few weeks - I reached Ken. He listened, took ownership, and finally activated my service. Ken was exceptional and deserves recognition. Ken earned five stars. Xfinity's broken systems and appalling customer experience earned zero. If Ken hadn;t fixed it - I would have left my 20 year connection to Comcast for ATT. If this is how you treat a long term customer for wifi - how would you treat a phone customer??? I'm pretty disgusted with Xfinity at this time!

With our…read morenew FM phone system, when Shelter-In-Place was issued we were able to pivot literally overnight, to have the majority of our staff working from home the next day. Staff simply took their desk phones home, plugged them in to their routers, and got back to serving our patients without missing a beat. We are a mulit-office pediatric practice. Families rely on our call-center receptionists and our telephone advice nurses. In Feb 2020, we eliminate our relationship with our old phone service (one of the giants) because the cost was criminal, and the service was poor. FM was very hands-on helpful during implementation, setting up our new equipment, phone queues and autoattendents exactly how we asked. Then in March, the world changed. But our staff adapted immediately, largely thanks to our new FM system. With care-giving staff in the office, and everyone else at home, our internal and external communication continued seamlessly. And most importantly, we were 100% there for our patients to reach us, even during the most trying times. Fastmetrics has truly been a game-changer for us.

I am still stuck for 6 more months before I can switch out of TMobile. What made it worse is I tried to add a 7th line and stayed with TMobile just to keep it simple and they told me in my mobile app I would actually save $35 a month see photo but TMobile actually wouldn't honor it and raised my monthly by $190 a month by moving all my lines. I have been on the phone for hours and they made me come into this store to show them the photo of the deal TMobile promised see photo but no one in the store or in customer care would honor it. After 45 min of waiting Adyson told me to go home and just let me know what he can get. Well two days later he said he can maybe get me a $10 credit per month what?! Adding a line cost me $190 a month more and he is offering $10 off and here is the kicker I have to go back to the store to get this deal. What?' And he is sorry he cannot do more. This review isn't just about the store. TMobile SUCKS. don't get sucked in by their initially cheap prices. Don't make the mistake I made. Stay with Verizon or AT&T. T Mobile doesn't care they lie to get you the business and no one takes responsibility to solve billing issues. I will end up paying hundreds dollars more before I can switch out and wasting 10 hours of my life trying to find someone who genuinely cares. And giving up now.
