Felix was our Customer Service represwentative when we arrived at 5:30 PM on a Thursday. After reviewing our contract the phone in question Iphone 14 had 9 more payments left and we decided to get a replacement which is a refurbished 14 rather than pay off the remaining 9 installments and then incur the cost of getting the latest 17 phone. The replacemwent phone took a bit longer to receive but when we got it on Monday, we made an appointment to get it set up as we still had questions regarding if we could turn in the replacement and get the newer model 17 at a reduced cost which was not the case. Unlike previous reviews for this location, 5 stars for both appointments and visits and I suspect that many of the negative reviews are during times when AT&T have a promotion in which this store and other stores get really busy with very long wait times.

We ultimately went to the Apple Store, where we had an excellent customer experience. AT&T should strive to employ staff who provide a similar level of service.

Went in for a new iPad and Russell helped us. He was very nice and knowledgeable. As it turned out the iPad was having an issue with our email so I went back to the Genius Bar a few days later. Had to wait about an hour since I didn't have an appointment but once I got with the tech guy things went great. He obviously knew what he was doing., grasped the problem immediately and fixed it. Five minutes in a guy approached me and said someone would be by to help. I watched him and two other employees standing around jerking each other off for five more minutes. Completely disgusted. I got it changed and came back a few days later because I dropped it. I didn't even drop it that hard and the screen still managed to crack. I had to pay again to get it replaced. When I received the phone back, they cracked my camera lens.... I confronted them and they said they didn't do that. Thankfully I took pictures prior to the service and I showed him that it wasn't cracked when I dropped it off. They eventually replaced it for free but didn't even own up to their mistake and got petty. Few months past and the screen cracked even worse. I know I shouldn't be dropping my phone but it happens. At the same time, I shouldn't have to be paying so much money for bad quality. I wouldn't come here again...

One of them greeted me, and I went over to look at the phones. There was an S26+, and some older S25 model but the S26 display space was empty. The guy points to the S25 and says, "it's similar, and similar size". Me: "OK, but do you have the S26 to show?" Sales guy: "We have them in boxes in the back". Me: "Got it, but I want to look at the phone to see if it's what I might want and compare to the S26+" Sales guy: "We can't take them out of the box". Me: "So I'd have to buy a phone without seeing it or trying it?" Sales guy: "When you buy it we can take it out of the box." Me: "Have a nice day" .... and out the door I went. Weird and sketchy. Verizon stores can be tough to deal with, but this was more over the line than usual.

What a saver during pendamic!…read more I accidently inserted sim card into my iPhone 10 when my new iPhone 12 promax arrived when I exchanged the sim cards between 3 phones. Since all Apple stores are closed in SF now, the Apple technical support suggested going to a repaire store. After research on Yelp and talked to all the owners, Easyfinder is the closest store knows how to do it. And Easyfinder is also closest store near my house. Eddie was very helpful, he solved the problem after 30 minutes working. The phone is back to normal again. Now everything is back to normal.
