It is impossible to speak with a human. My email was hacked and I had a terrible time changing my email account. A lot of verification texts and changed passwords. Nothing worked. I finally switched to a gmail account. Another problem was that I moved into a retirement community that provided internet and cable for the community. Xfinity continued to bill me. The company intervened but, they continued to bill me and finally shut off my service. The retirement community took over dealing with Xfinity. It was a nightmare. For cable and WiFi everyone knows Comcast are soulless pirates sucking every last ounce of marrow out of their monopoly cable carcass until cord cutting and the shift to streaming implodes their revenue. However, their strategy of offering cut-rate mobile phone service to their current coaxial customers seems like an effective way to slow down the hemorrhaging in their cable ranks. Sure, I pay through the nose for cable and I have 18 months to go on my current contract before I blow them off forever but in the interim, switching to Xfinity from Verizon for my mobile saves about $100 per month with absolutely no compromise of clarity or function since Xfinity leases Verizon's spectrum. Call me Captain Obvious but anytime you can save $1,200 a year without giving up something, well... It's a win. And since Verizon was no picnic offering lousy customer service and rapacious pricing without conscience, at least I'm free of their petty larceny every month. Xfinity Mobile provides excellent service at a very reasonable price. However, it's still Comcast so three stars is about all the enthusiasm I can muster at the moment. read more

Came here to seek clarification on a old bill I had. I find it funny these companies can tell you you owe them but cannot furnish the bill in which you owed. To make a long story short the front desk guy is useless, he did not help at all. I came here on two separate occasions and he did nothing, he's a glorified hostess from the looks of it. read more

Forced to use their service as the owners of the garden refuse use of other internet service, difficult to reach customer service and when you do, it will be a promise that your issues will be fixed without anyone fixing it. I complained and switch my plan from what I was using to a new one because of excessive charges, I'm still charged the old amount and wasn't able to reach anyone on the phone, the live chat is also intentionally tailored to only solve issues of payment not overcharged. read more

I came here to drop off my equipment since I ended my agreement with Comcast. Walking In this location feels like an Apple/Microsoft store in my opinion. There is a lot of open space and the people on staff are more than willing to help you and are quite understanding. Waited 30 minutes for someone to record my equipment return and finally gave up and left. During my wait, the only sales person in the store Tirah Wilson was having a lengthy social conversation and refused to take a minute to check in my box when I asked her to please take a minute help me. Horrible customer service by Xfinity. Made an appointment for earlier today a couple weeks ago and customer rep on chat confirmed it. Took half a day off work only to not have anyone show up, but when I contacted customer service took 2 hours for them to confirm there was no appointment and asking when I'd like to make a new one. Cable is good for the most part. Internet is absolute garbage. Supposed to get 100mbps but after doing a speed test it's about 14...xfinity had come out to "fix" it but it only speeds up for a couple days before crashing down or not working at all. Often times the router needs to be reset. I have also bought range extenders to boost the wifi but that has barely worked. Only get the Internet if you like slow connection or just using your data on your phone. Honestly the xfinity hotspot works better sometimes. read more

My husband and I have come to this store several times and each time we've been met with outstanding customer service. The local Comcast service center that we use to go to was closed and had horrible customer service. Their employees didn't know anything they were doing. The employees were friendly at the Union NJ store but they had difficulty processing my return of the xFi pods that I had purchased online. Comcast only allows you to return the items to Xfinity stores and not any old Xfinity office or by mail. What should have been a few minutes return ended up being 20-25 minutes. read more
