Had wifi for 5 weeks. The promotion included $200 Visa gift card. After 3 hrs on phone they discovered my account was cancelled the second day. I suspect the phone agent got my business and changed the address to receive the gift card. Of course no promotion today for gift cards. They also tried to bill me again $99 for self install and I had to listen to all their tv sales packages etc. Annoying.

Brayan promise me he would be in my shop the next day to fix the problem, that was on August 18, so far many emails back and forth with promises like "I will be there today", "I will be there in 1.30 minutes", "Tomorrow I will be there", today September 02, Brayan is still missing and stop answering my emails. At @Alexsaid, STAY AWAY FROM VERIZON, nobody deserves to be treated in that way. Save your time @Alexsaid and look for another company. Verizon is not on auto pay yet takes payment from my bank without permission and they are taking up to double what I owe. It has interfered with my rent payment twice now. So it is now over 4 months since verizon screwed up my whole account and the phone that was supposed to be removed is once again on my account and verizon is trying to charge me for it. Verizon has literally given me PTSD. I have actually been brought to tears over the frustration and sheer anxiety verizon has put me through.They over charged me by $192 and I was able to speak with a manager. He said he would refund it and put me on hold. When he came back he said he applied the $192 to my account as a credit. I was furious and told him I needed it put back in my bank account. He said he couldn't!!! I was very short on my rent because of this and I had to pay a $75 late fee. They are truly the most deplorable company i have ever come up against.

After waiting several minutes the woman said 'I guess I can help you now'. Er, why not earlier? She then insists I provide ID to pay my bill. I refused. I don't need to provide ID to the payment kiosk taking my credit card or cash, or when I buy a coffee a few doors down at freakin Panera. I had my AT&T phone in my hand!
