worst experience I've ever had . Two days in a row my Time was wasted. Not only did William lie the first day about being able to help set up my phone (mind you they have $30 help fee for that) and this dude looked me dead in my eyes and said they don't do that. I also was sent home with a non working phone. Verizon customer service said I had to return to the store to trade devices, so I called store explained and set an appointment for the next day. I come in the next day to this time a women telling me they cannot take the phone back . I call Verizon the guy on the phone said they have to take it since that's where I picked it up but the lady at the store continued to deny being able to so luckily for me there was a way for the guy to end up shipping me the phone . so If you need help at Verizon just call but whatever you do DONT come here. literally atp go anywhere else but Here. She is amazing and so patient, She is willing to help you with any question or concern you have and take the time to actually explain. I have also never seen anyone multitask like she does. We have been with ATT for several years and decided to go back to Verizon. Can't really comment on that end yet, we just got the phone and internet setup...fingers crossed! read more

Justin Time! After a terrible experience at the Michigan Avenue store. We were hoping for a better experience at this store in Homewood and we were not disappointed. Justin met us at the door and immediately got to work on taking care of both my wife's account and mine. He was very patient as my wife's previous provider took their time getting us the information we needed to bring her over. OMG!! Sunny P. is AMAZING!! We have been Verizon customers since 1995, and last Saturday we made the HUGE mistake of switching to T-Mobile. We got three iPhone 14 Plus phones with three lines of service and the T-Mobile 5G wireless internet on their best 5G Magenta Max 55+ plan. Well, it was the worst week of our lives!! The T-Mobile cellphone service was absolutely horrible, and the T-Mobile 5G wireless internet was just as bad!! Nothing but endless dropped or missed calls the entire week, and the wireless internet was slow and constantly disconnecting! Both were just awful to say the least!! So, we went to the Homewood Verizon store this Saturday (1 week later), and Sunny P. was the most AWESOME representative we have ever had the pleasure of taking care of us!! She got us set up with three new iPhone 14 Plus phones and Verizon's 5G wireless internet with a new Verizon account. Sunny was extremely knowledgeable and patient, and she got us switched back to Verizon from T-Mobile. We then returned everything the same day back to T-Mobile for a full refund on it all. However, unfortunately we lost $800 to T-Mobile for a perfect condition iPhone 10 trade-in that was already gone from the store and could NOT be compensated. Looks like we got an $800 lesson to NEVER trust T-Mobile!! We are now back with Verizon with great cell and internet service!! Sunny P. totally rocked!! read more

Is this place a joke???? They were so rude they could not figure out my bill, then just told me to call costumer service, then while on the phone the manager was speaking to me in a very awful demeaning way. Also, I was at the store on the phone with customer service the manager took a personal call and left to go in the back room. EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I like the service of Sonny today. She was very helpful. She reviewed all the details and gave us lots of information. She helped us set up all of ours phones, even one from ATT. Run and I mean run away from this store. I went to this store to replace a lost SIM card. The store manager informed me that since I was a Verizon customer for 22+ years I was eligible for an iPad at 50% off. I thought it was a good deal so I purchased. As he was setting the iPad up I received an important call and let him do his thing. Only after I paid and left the store did I realize there was a monthly contract AND instead of 50% off it was only $100 off. When I went to return he explained their no return policy (Verizon policy is 14 days). When the store maniger lies about discounts and withholds contest fees I want everyone to know they should avoid this store. I give it a minus 1 score. Very shady. read more

Just got switched over to Verizon from Virgin Mobile. Adam did a great job making this a painless experience. 5/5 - Would recommended.

Walked into this location to purchase some accessories and possibly get a new phone. However, I was unable to accomplish any of that because of the manager whose name is Patrick Cagle racially profile me, because I asked him a few questions about the new location. He automatically assume that because his store has been robbed that I was someone who scouting to rob his store when all I wanted to do was to make a few purchases. I felt horrible. If you want great customer service I would not suggest this location. You should always treat people with respect and dignity because that will make them want to purchase from your location and go to a store that provides better customer service versus any other any other location. I would not suggest anyone to go to this location. Verizon needs to either train him on great customer service or replace him. They will loose sales because of a person like that guy. read more
