    I got hookwinked, but they did give me a full refund. I only lost 8 hours of my life dealing with being a Verizon customer for 24 hours.

Salesman (unfortunately I don't know his name) brought the phone out to me, asked for my id and proceeded to open the phone. He asked for the phone i was trading in and started moving EVERYTHING over to the new phone. I asked him to stop because i did NOT want everything moved to the new phone. He said it has to be that way "that's just the way it works ". I said no that's not how it "works". I explained that in the past i was able to decide what I wanted to transfer to the new phone. He proceeded to tell me how many years he has worked there and that what I wanted was impossible. He said "it's all or nothing, so you'll lose your contacts" I never heard anything like that before and this was my 12th iPhone purchase but the first at that store. He took over the phone began uploading the old phone to the cloud, it was taking too long and I'd been there 30 minutes and I didn't want to be there another 30 or more. So I asked him can I just leave with my old phone and finish the cloud uploading then come back with the phone in the evening. He said no. "Unfortunately it's now or never." I said what does that mean? He said if you don't leave the old one for the trade in now you will have to mail it back in. The whole interaction was frustrating and so time consuming! I realize that's his job and he has to be there 8 hours, but it's not my job and my time is important! I agreed to just mail it back and leave. He then said BTW I noticed your in an old magenta plan and I have one that much better for you. I said what's the difference between what I currently have and what you are offering. This guy just says "EVERYTHING about this new plan is better, and it will save you money" he never did say exactly what was better tho. This guy was like a bad car salesman. I said No I don't want to switch plans. Im fine with what we currently have. Could not wait to get out of there. I finished the iCloud upload on the old phone, went to a different T-Mobile where I asked can I turn phone in and they said yes of course, you have 2 weeks to bring it back. I explained the experience I had in the Orland store and they told me the salesman was wrong/lied. Then they looked at my plan and said they could see the purchase and where it was made and the NEW plan I was in. I said NO, I am in an old plan and I said I did NOT want to switch plans. They said okay well that salesman put you in a new plan. I had to call TMobile and explain the whole disastrous experience at the Orland Park location. The rep was very helpful and straightened it out for us but I did tell her it's the last time I get my phone at TMobile , from now on I will go back to buying directly from Apple! Time is money, and the Orland Park T-Mobile location is a gigantic waste of time and not deserving of spending your money there!

Since my initial complaint, I've tried resolving this through Apple Support and an in-store Apple visit, but the outcome has only increased my frustration with both customer service and product support. I purchased this MacBook Pro for over $2,000 less than six months ago. It has been carefully maintained, never dropped, and never mishandled. Despite this, a screen crack developed unexpectedly. Based on how carefully it has been treated, I do not believe this damage was caused by misuse or accidental damage. After multiple conversations with Apple representatives including Samuel, Senior Representative Isaiah, and Aldo (the in-person Orland Mall representative), as well as an in-person visit at Orland Mall where we spoke with Nina, the in-person specialist, Apple has continued to refuse to repair the device without charge. This experience has left me feeling that Apple does not fully stand behind the quality of its products, even when issues arise with relatively new devices. In several conversations, when Apple representatives were unable or unwilling to answer difficult questions or hear my concerns, the call was ended abruptly. Even when I allowed them to speak, I was not given the same opportunity, and I felt dismissed rather than heard. At this point, it is clear to me that Apple does not stand behind its products in the way a premium brand should. Because of this experience, I can no longer support Apple or confidently recommend their products to others. I've been an Apple customer for over 11 years and have invested thousands into Apple products. Unfortunately, this experience has significantly impacted my trust in the brand, and I am sharing this so others are aware.

They are located right by the Brass Tap Restaurant ... two birds with one stone. Anyway, I am done calling Comcast. Generally you waste a lot of time and chill on hold. But going to an actual facility and talking to an actual person saves you mucho time. Every time I have gone to an Xfinity/Comcast outlet I have been taken care of quickly and efficiently. Same here. You have a problem, walk in to this brand new outlet to get it taken care of. Inside the facility it is really expansive. Large outlet with enough staff to take care of you. They have separate stations for cellphone, internet, and TV situations, and I am sure you could have all three taken care of at one. This was a very nice outlet ... give it a try.

With no explanation of why or how. Then was told to call Xfinity directly to figure it out. After being on the phone with Xfinity for over an hour, and being promised other promotions over the phone, we were finally able to purchase the phone over the call. Although I'm extremely disappointed and skeptical because there was no explanation given from the in store manager nor the rep over the phone. Won't be back and will consider switching to another carrier.
