When I finally returned after nearly two years, AJ was clearly embarrassed--he admitted he hadn't touched the PS4. The lack of professionalism, follow-through, and care for a customer was shocking. Once he was here, we asked him his opinion on two wall switches in a different room that were not working, and he stayed longer (while I ran to Home Depot for new toggle switches) to fix both of them as well for just a little more added to our total. The fan install was a little more difficult than Ted anticipated, and it was an insane night in our home as well (my husband's car was at the shop and he needed it for work the next day so we had to get that taken care of while Ted was here working) - I'm sure he thought we were nuts, but he was very gracious and understanding about everything! The end results look great, and I am SO happy our light switches are working again - all of this was done for a third of the cost we were quoted by someone else to just do the install and paint the office ceiling (we ended up doing the painting ourselves anyway). We will definitely be calling on Ted in the future for all our other electical needs - he is knowledeable, quick, and neat. Thanks, Ted!
