N2. Braised Beef Hand Ripped Noodles

Incredible selection of authentic Xi'an dishes like hand pulled noodles, meat burgers (roujiamo), dumplings, and other appetizers. The hand pulled noodles are a classic, you can get them with a variety of proteins and the spicy cumin lamb was a delicious option. Spice levels are customizable and you can get extra toppings of your favorite. Service is self service, there is a kiosk to order from and stations for utensils and water. There was also a window at the counter to see the noodles being made fresh! Awesome spot, definitely will be coming back when the cravings hit.

super oily, did not feel good afterwards. however, the environment was pretty clean and they had a water station which i definitely utilized to the max

I love Xi-an food. I had the spicy hand-pulled noodle with lamb. I didn't pay attention and accidentally ordered the dry noodle instead of noodle soup, but it was still delicious and satisfying. The noodles were long and chewy. The sauce was really good and not too spicy. You can change your spice level. I also had the steamed pork and shrimp dumplings. These were delicious and came with a spicy vinegar soy sauce.

    Spicy Pepper Chicken Noodle Soup

I've tried the spicy cumin lamb noodle soup, mt qi pork noodles in pork bone soup, spicy pepper chicken noodle soup, fried sauce with pork noodles, the braised beef noodle soup, and the pork dumplings. I recommend medium level spiciness! But, for those who can't handle spice, just get mild. The service here is speedy! There's a kiosk and you can either order on that or talk to the employee at the register. They usually have your food ready within 10 minutes! There's a self-service water fountain where you can choose between hot or cold water and you can also pick up your utensils and napkins there. The interior is bright and has a cute/chic vibe. There is plenty of seating for lone diners as well as for groups of people! Here's what I think of each (in order of most to least favorite) mt qi pork noodles in pork bone soup: SO TASTY! it tastes like an elevated chicken noodle soup because it comes with carrots and celery. It's slightly sour but, it's the perfect tanginess that comes from the pork marinade! it's my go-to because the flavors are so deep. there's also diced mushrooms and cilantro and everything comes together perfectly! it's a comfort food for sure! pork dumplings: the dumplings themselves are pretty small in size but, the dipping sauce that comes with dumplings is TOP TIER deliciousness!! i recommend at least trying it once because the flavor combo of the sauce and juicy dumplings makes for an explosively yummy experience. braied beef noodles soup: the broth is crazy good. comes with bok choy and cilantro. The beef is tender and has some gelatinous parts in it! I think its slow cooked for a long time to get it tender! spicy cumin lamb noodle soup: generous portion of lamb, lamb is well cooked (doesn't taste gamey), and the soup is also delicious, but not as deep in flavor as the two noodle soups I mentioned above! spicy pepper chicken noodle soup: I had this extra spicy and that was not a good choice because it was too spicy to fully enjoy. The broth was similar to the lamb one in terms of depth. It's pretty one dimensional, nothing special! The chicken was not too dry but, I would not recommend getting this one because it's underwhelming! fried sauce with pork noodles: This comes with a fried sauce that is made with bean paste and it has more of a sweet flavor. I prefer my food to be savory/salty so, it was not my favorite! It was actually the only one I ordered that I couldn't finish! Because it's a fried sauce, it's on the oilier side so, I found it to be heavy! Would recommend getting some kind of carbonated drink to cut through the grease if youre gonna order this one! There are cucumbers in this dish so the freshness helped cut through the oiliness of the dish but, I didn't really like the taste of warm cucumber which was sitting on top of the hot noodles.

    Multi spiced beef with cilantro

I always make sure to stop here when I am in Ithaca. The food is delicious and the service is fast. The multi spiced beef with cilantro is a must.

Xi'an Street Food is a relatively new spot, taking the place of Mango Mango occupying the same spot previously. The food is very different compared to Mango Mango, but the interior is so similar. They kept the seats and style of wall painting that shows what food they have, so the ambiance is very similar to Mango Mango. There aren't any servers - you order up at the counter and it's brought to you. I got one of the pork "burgers" and some of the noodles. The noodles were super good, but the pork burger (it's not a burger in the traditional sense) was just okay. Pricing came out to be pretty fair and service was good too. Definitely would recommend giving them a try! It's hard to find Xi'an food in upstate NY.

Good Jajjangmyeon in Ithaca!…read more My parents recommended this spot to me- and they are very particular about their Asian food. They absolutely hated Kimchi. I finally got around to trying Asia Cuisine though must admit I was a bit hesitant given their extensive menu (I feel like if a restaurant offers too many types of cuisines the quality takes a hit). However, I was pleasantly surprised! I had been craving jajjangmyeon (I had it once at Koko's but it was not good) and ordered Asia Cuisine's C3 green tea noodle w jajang sauce. The noodles were delicious! Al dente and the slightest hint of green tea flavor! The jajang sauce was a tad oily and not super traditional, though I still enjoyed it- especially the addition of onions! Service was okay. Nothing exceptional. While I haven't tried any of their other menu items, I would recommend their green tea noodle jajjangmyeon!

Hey Google inconspicuous restaurant a corner lot but when you approach it, you notice the lines out…read morethe door and it's completely packed compared to the high your end places next-door. Pretty straightforwardly named Asian cuisine. They offer a combination of Chinese Japanese and Korean food. I had a tasty Bulgogi bento box which had tempura, a California roll, japchae, salad with ginger, purple multigrain rice and of course the delicious bulgogi. It's a casual atmosphere with friendly service. We honestly walked in cause we overheard several people saying it was better than "this", "this", and "that". But honestly the aroma from the kitchen was enough to draw me in. Definitely tasty, fresh, well portioned and highly recommended.
