Good beer selection, everything I tried tasted good. We shared a pizza which was also good. Great staff and atmosphere. One thing that we found surprising was only being open until 9pm on Saturdays. We didn't get kicked out, and were not the last to leave, but at 9:15 when they started stacking chairs we took the hint and headed out.

It has been about 10 years since I last visited Ithaca Beer Company. The last time we came here we celebrated friendships and it was my first time of coming to Ithaca. We had a wonderful time. This time, I ordered the vegetarian chorizo burger. The burger It came with large cut potato fries. My only issue stemmed from our waiting for our orders for well over 30 minutes. We placed our orders the same time as our friends. Yes they received their orders within 10 minutes. Our server asked if we placed our burger orders. We said yes. The burger tasted decent but a little cold. The fries tasted cold. I felt we got overlooked and ignored. I do like the ambience. It felt relaxed and chill.

This place is a fun place to eat! The service is great. Our server answered every question and gave us great suggestions. We got a burger and a chicken sandwich and tried several of their beers with the flights. It was a great place to take a break from exploring to refuel for the rest of the day!

I came back to Ithaca beer co with my friend and our 3 dogs. We ordered a bunless cheeseburger for the dogs to share and the kitchen sent out 3! Our dogs were thrilled. There is a lovely patio with its own little trail from the parking lot where you can bring your dogs. Great place to enjoy a brew and unwind after hiking. We will be back!

Great place for beer and a burger. We came after seeing all the amazing photos of pizza and burgers. But unfortunately they aren't serving pizza and only had one burger on the menu. The food was good and the beer was yummy. Will have to try again when the outdoor areas are more active.

The chicken sandwich was incredible and the fries were the real deal

This was my third or fourth time at the Ithaca beer Company. The staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable. They always have a select few beers that you can only get at the brewery and I am always excited to try them. This trip it was the Indian Pale Lager. The food does change occasionally and tonight we decided to try the chicken sandwich which was almost like a chicken cutlet it was beyond incredible.

We are doing a brewery tour of the Finger Lakes.. this place was so welcoming, accommodating, and just an all around good time! The beers were delicious and inventive. I took my Dad, who is turning 80 in 10 days and they would not let him pay! What a classy move Thank you!

Our large group came on a Saturday late afternoon and waited 45 min for a table. We got a few beers while waiting: I recommend the apricot wheat, tropical ipa and blue raz sour. The Cornell mule was also good. I had the chicken bites, fry flight and Cornell chicken sandwich. The fry flight comes with ketchup, honey mustard and ranch. Not a fan of the ketchup as it tastes more like marinara, and the fry flight is quite overpriced for the amount. The fries have a good crispy exterior with a soft and airy interior. Chicken bites were good, not overly battered and comes with a tasty spicy yum yum sauce. The chicken sandwich was pretty good, and the chicken was cooked well. Service was decent, and food came out timely. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The casual picnic tables outside only allow drinks and fries. They have corn hole and frisbee golf outside, and shuffle board inside.

The food and beers are excellent. The outdoor patio is beautiful, but swarming with wasps. I liked the friendly service. The butchers board is recommended.

Food: 4/5 | Service: 3.5/5 | Experience: 3/5 My party of 6 came for dinner on the weekend. We expected a wait but was told our table would be ready soon - that "soon" turned into around 20-30 minutes of standing around. Once we were seated, it took quite a long time for us to get served, and while our drinks arrived relatively quickly, we waited around 45 minutes for our food to arrive. I had ordered the lava lamp mocktail and the taproom burger. The mocktail was a bit fizzy, sweet, and a pretty pink color; it was very enjoyable. The burger was a bit dry, but the sauce was able to mask it. Overall, food was ok and prices were fair, but the wait was very long.

If you are looking for a place to get some delicious pizza and try some great beers, this is it! The portion sizes are enough to share which makes it more fun to try more items on the menu. I'm not a big beer drinker but our waitress did a great job with helping me decide what to try based on what I told her I liked and didn't. The outside seating is so nice too!

You're not gonna get the best experience if you come here for the food rather than the beer. My first experience here was just drinks, which was awesome- the apricot wheat is delicious. Service is my biggest concern here. They close the kitchen far before the restaurant does and they should make that clearer- you need to come more than an hour before the restaurant closes if you want food. Otherwise, good place to get drinks

Beer menu is just ok in my book!

The menu itself is short and focused, while the interior of the restaurant features wallpaper with anthropomorphic animals, and large windows. I opted for the Burger, and my wife the Salmon. We also ordered the grilled dates and collard greens. I also decided on a Ginger Beer. They serve Goslings (since 1806), with all 47 grams of sugar, over ice and a lime. Highly recommended on the ginger beer flavor scale. The Burger came with a massive amount of their duck-fat fried fries, certainly more potato than burger. I also liked the burger with the added bacon. But my wife's Salmon was even tastier. It featured a nice hunk of fish, skin-on, crispy, and not some half-or-quarter fillet that other places might serve. Plus, it comes over a bed of green peas and canneli beans and green asparagus sauce on the bottom, and a small bed of frisée on top. The combination with the lemon cream leads to very satisfying bites. The grilled dates wrapped in bacon, with goat cheese, Marcona almonds, and honey were presented as a drumstick. The collard greens were nice, though on the saltier side. Seating here can be had inside or out. The bathrooms are located in the hallway next to the restaurant.

Anyways... what did I get out of it? An awesome group of people and well... MIX. Updating my review because MIX deserves a proper shoutout and I haven't done it justice. This place is unequivocally my absolute FAVORITE brunch spot. The selection is vast, the portions are hearty, and the staff? They're the kindest, most accommodating folks you'll meet. It's like they've mastered the art of making you feel right at home. And the food? Oh, the food is ABSOLUTELY divine. Every bite is a delicious reminder of why I've converted to the church of brunch. Seriously, I went from a casual brunch-goer to a full-fledged brunch enthusiast, all thanks to CHAARG for leading me to this culinary gem. My brunch game has never been the same.

I've had brunch, lunch, and dinner at MIX, and all with varying levels of enjoyment. My recent…read morebrunch experience included ordering a Where the West Begins omelette, which includes "Braised short rib, butternut squash, red onion jam, spinach, smoked gouda". I wasn't sure how to feel about butternut squash with everything else (I'm not necessarily a huge squash fan - but I'm trying to learn to enjoy it), but the omelette was decent... it's the other side on my plate that looked less than appetizing. The biscuit was still covered in flour (and who wants to bite down on a clump of flour?), the cheddar hashbrown casserole lacked in flavor, and the brown sugar cinnamon oatmeal just... wasn't doin' it for me. Other recent experiences have been similar... there's usually one item on the plate that's flavorful or imventive (sometimes a main dish, sometimes a side), and the other parts of the plate are lacking. In reality, I think MIX is suffering a bit from rising food costs and inconsistency in their service and offerings. They've also changed the style of their menu from the original tapas-style to now being more typical entree options. Again... they've lost some of their innovative, experimental approach. In terms of ambiance, it really depends. I've been here for a work event and, because of the number of people, it was SO LOUD... they had also done a buffet offering for the event. As you can imagine, the food from the buffet was lacking, but that's often what happens when you're more mass producing your food (and it's left in a chafing dish, trying to be kept warm). On the other hand, I've been here for a dinner on a random night and was able to enjoy one of their Thai noodle bowls (and split some other apps with friends). The reality is that experiences at MIX are... well... a mix. Whether service, menu offerings, etc., I've found MIX's recent inconsistencies to be a disappointment. Will probably only visit in the future if it's suggested by others.

It was not the best hollandaise sauce I've ever had in my life and the poached eggs felt flat and somewhat small. However, there hashbrowns were probably the best I've ever had. They were very crispy on the outside. Like ASMR crispy. But flaky and buttery on the inside. The restaurant itself is nicely decorated. However, did love the elevated feel of a typical American bistro. We thought the service could've been more attentive, but improved as the evening progressed. Our waitress was super nice and was helpful in explaining the menu specials and answering any questions we had. Most notably on the menu, the NY strip was a perfect medium rare. We opted to get the 4 jumbo shrimp on the side, which we thought retained a nice snap when we bit into it. It was also well seasoned, while still displaying its freshness. The fries complemented the steak, but was too well done for our liking. Our other entree, the lobster mac and cheese, had a nice cheese pull. We liked the added roasted tomatoes in the baked mac and cheese, which gave it a necessary acidity that countered the creamy, cheesy roux. For our appetizer, we chose the meat and cheese board, which was really solid. Appreciated the waitress explaining the selection, as well as the addition of a sour cherry jam and pickles on the side. This gave us a lot of mix and match options (64 to be exact), and we also liked how it came with charred/toasted bread. Finally, we wrapped up with a chocolate peanut butter parfait and key lime pie.
