We also ordered pork eggs rolls, cream cheese rangoons and pork fried rice. I was pleasantly pleased with my dish, although the celery could have been stir-fried a bit longer, as it was very crunchy. The chicken was tender and moist and the peas, carrots and bamboo shoots were stir fried perfectly. My husband wasn't super thrilled with his dish as he ordered it extra spicy, but he stated it was bland, and it was lacking in shrimp. Now, knowing when my husband states food is not spicy, and I taste it, my mouth is burning, so who knows if it was spicy or not. I wasn't going to take a chance tasting his meal. The eggs rolls and crab rangoons were crispy and not greasy. The pork fried rice was also very good and much better tasting than years ago.
