She wasn't rough, carried a nice balance of conversation without being overwhelming, and just made the whole appointment enjoyable. I absolutely adored her and she's the reason I'll keep coming back. The pedicure itself was great, I opted for the Lux Three pedicure, which included some pretty unique features! There was chairs that massage your back and even your bottom, plus hand massagers and steamers. At $68 which included a $20 tip, I still felt like I got solid value, especially compared to other places where I'd pay close to $100 for the same level of service. That said, there are a few things that could be improved. The massage chairs and some of the equipment seemed pretty rundown. I also noticed long black hairs on the floor and small details around the décor that felt unfinished or not well maintained. These things definitely took away from the overall polished look they seemed to be going for. In short: Emma made the experience worth it, and I'll return because of her. But the salon overall could benefit from stronger customer service at the front desk and a little more attention to cleanliness and upkeep.

The last time I went to this location, the haircut was great. This time was horrible. I told Isabel that I wanted about an inch cut off, long layers and still be able to put my hair up. Well she just started hacking away. She said she was doing the layers first. Ok I thought. Then she just keeps cutting. Not sectioning my hair at all at she went. Well she went nuts with the layers so now the front half of my hair is in shortish layers that I didn't want and also don't go back into a ponytail like I requested. She even went to cut off more from the front and told her to stop because it was already short enough! And despite all that....the back is completely uneven. It's also hard to stop someone mid cut to tell them you don't like it because she's working fast and I have hair in my face so I can't see until it's done. I just wanted to get the heck out of there. Worst f******g massage of my life…read more Me and my fiancé just came out of a couples massage and we told them to use as much pressure as they had to get the knots out of our inner traps and upper lats as we both work out and are super tight. That's it. Instead they just rubbed our backs almost like they were embracing us and didn't use any pressure at all. Tony the therapist that did my massage spent the majority just pulling my legs and my arms and doing assisted stretches... I work in the fitness industry and help people do assisted stretches and and that was done poorly as well and the stretches didn't even make scientific sense with my joints which are bothering me now. I was so sore and excited walking in but extremely polite and clear with what me and my fiancé were expecting and through the massage reminded both masseuses what we needed, which was more pressure and instead of listening they would move to a different body part.
