If you haven't been here for a while please go back and give it another chance!!!! Tanya has returned and does an AMAZING JOB so much attention to detail. She goes over and above to make sure my nails feet and eyebrows are perfect!!! They use a new pkg of tools on every patron and this place is clean!! Polish is fresh and lots of colors to choose from. Call ahead to reserve you female nail pro appointment- join 5 star rewards on kiosk when entering salon for next visit discounts! Great massage chairs to get the muscle knots out of you bottom & head & back awesome! Use while feet soaking for mani pedicure- prices high but standard in this business- expect to spend 2-3 hours it is a slow process. BE AWARE!!!!! My mom and I went for the first time to get a full set and regular pedi and were charged $110!!!!! It is incredibly expensive. They are charging $5 "corona virus fee" extra for EACH SERVICE you get. It's ridiculous we are getting charged so much. read more

Don't bother. They act like you are a problem especially if you don't want an expensive pedicure. Towels were luke warm at best. Quite expensive at $35 for a basic pedicure that's done badly. read more

I cannot speak to the service with their nail art. But I went there for the first time to get a no chip removed. They were very nice but the lady removing the no chip kept spilling the acetone and I didn't realize it stained my Coach purse until I was leaving. This was a gift and I was shocked at how nonchalantly the woman handled it. read more

This is a really clean and nice salon and I did end up getting a good manicure from a guy who was very gentle. However , initially there was a lot of confusion when I told them I didn't want to have the drill used to remove my shellac manicure. They were flustered and there was not one person of the three people working there that could understand my English. It would help if there was at least one person that could help translate and communicate here read more

Tonya did my nails today and she did a phenomenal job. I told her the idea of a red and black ombré and she ran with it. My nails were in really bad shape before. She was gentle and fast. Very friendly staff, clean and comfy interior!! I don't remember the name of the man who did my acrylics but he payed special attention to every detail and made sure the nail color matched what I wanted. Very good service and would recommend to anyone who like fun long nails! They try hard to accommodate to any idea you may have! read more

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS! They give u an appointment only to make u wait when their "friends" walk in. This is the second time I've come here and someone starts my services and as soon as someone else comes in they swap out techs . Making me wait for another available tech! They're not that good to begin with they are extremely overpriced for the quality of work that they do ! No way I should b here 2 hrs for a basic pedicure . These ppl suck . They will not get another dime of my money. Believe that! Then when u express ur discontent they all start speaking in their language so that u can't understand them. read more

I want to start off by saying that all of the employees are extremely nice and the salon is very clean! I decided to come in and get a full set. I was satisfied at first with my nails at first and then when I went home I later realized three of my nails were extremely crooked. I understand how that can happen to one... but not three. Within 3 days I had one nail break, within 5 days I had three nails broken. The acrylic was way too thin for the length of nails I got. read more

So let me start by saying I haven't had my nails professionally done in over three years. I was nervous because it's been so long and also because of Covid. I've been wanting to get my nails done for the last few weeks but I was unsure of where to go, then I saw PRO NAILS and I figured I'd give it a shot. I am so happy I did!! I got there around 5:20 walked in and Tammy greeted me very friendly and sat down waiting for me as I washed my hands. Taking all the precautions during this pandemic, they handle things really well. I sat down and Tammy got to work right away talking to me very polite and professional but made me feel very comfortable the whole time. We made small talk and get to know each other. I told her I was nervous and how it's been along time since I've had my nails done and she made sure to take care of me. I had a bright pink color on before I got in and they did not charge extra to take it off, I know some places do. I ended up getting a sparkly silver with pink dip and they turned out fantastic! She even gave me a hand massage at the end. My nails look amazing and I felt comfortable from the time I walked until the time I left. They are open Monday through Friday 10-7 and I got there around 5:20, I was there less than an hour. Unfortunately due to Covid business has been real slow, I was a server in my restaurant recently closed so I'm trying to put my business where it's needed and appreciated. I am unbelievably happy I went there and had Tammy take care of me. I will be back as soon as I need. read more

First time at Pro Nails, it was nice and pretty clean inside. Only issues I had was that I asked for just a clean up for my eyebrows and they did them really thin and then when I checked out I found out there was additional $5 charge for every service because of something to do with covid. So I ended up paying way more than I thought. And they don't let you dry your nails so I had to walk out with them wet. read more

The girl who did my nails was lazy and unprofessional. When I'd try to explain that the way she was doing the acrylic was wrong and way too thick, she laughed at me. She didn't even push my cuticles back! For $30, this was a waste of money and I could have done a better job myself. I wanted to ask for my money back so bad but I figured because she laughed at me, that probably wouldn't have happened. I should have talked to the manager! I'm so unhappy and because they're so thick, I can't take them off or else I'll rip my real nail off. I'm so upset! I really want my money back. read more

Terrible service! They know how to take reservations but don't know how to keep them! Reservation made for 3, came in with my girls all set for pedicures together. All soaking at the same time, friend 1 got service right away. Friend 2 service started soon after. I was left to soak for 20 minutes with no service! At 30 minutes, took my feet out of soak. At 50 minutes still no service!!! I'm done with this place! Shame because it's close to home and next to my favorite sushi place. Convenient but completely unorganized and poorly run. read more

Nails started falling off after week and a half. I've had done my nails other places and it's lasted longer than the ones I did here. It was supposed to be coffin shaped and it's not. They didn't try to accommodate me when I brought the problem to their attention. I had to glue it back on myself. read more

This place is terrible. If I could give no stars I would. The lady who did my nails was rude and careless. She had to apply two acrylics that had broken off. She filled the rest in. She made my cuticles bleed, my nail looks like it's falling off, and they aren't even polished nicely. Every time I asked for her to fix something she caught an attitude. Never going back. My typical nail place is always crowded and just raised their prices, so I figured I'd give this place a try since they newly opened. I got the dip done because that's what I usually do, and the girl who did it was very sweet. But that was the only good part about my experience here. She didn't smooth down the top of my nails and they were very jagged and bumpy, however I didn't notice until after I got home from the salon. My nails were also not even in how they were filed down and she "rounded them" by just filing down the corners of my already natural square nails, still leaving edges. It hasn't even been a week yet since I got them and the shiny top coat on my thumb has completely come off. I'm very disappointed. It was a waste of $40 and won't be back. read more

Three times I made appointments to have my mani and pedi done at the same time as I'm typically time constraint. They booked the appointment as such never stating there were any issues. But all THREE times they failed to keep their commitment. The first time I did not say anything, but the second time I did and the owner stated it was my fault because I changed my appointment time, to which I responded yes, correct, but you never said there was an issue accommodating, you should have let me know upfront because now you put me in time bind. She could care less and just gave me a dirty look and dismissed me. The last time I was there the same thing happened and when I mentioned it she scoffed at me, it's the holiday, we're too busy. I told her this was unacceptable, this was the third time they did this, and again they should have been forthcoming if they could not accommodate. All she said in return was, do you want your nails done or not and gritted her teeth at me. She could care less about her customers or their time, or the commitment 970 makes when booking. All she cares about is 970's time and money, not much of a way to run a customer service business. I will not be back due to the female owner's complete lack of professionalism and courtesy which really is too bad because the girls working for her are great.

She was good but rushed, my friend was sitting next to me also getting a pedi and you could tell the difference between mine and hers. I got the sugar scrub pedicure and I was surprised that it actually lasted this long (it's 2 weeks later) the mani is still in tact as well. Not to pricey , I would try again...you can only tip if you have cash or are paying with a debit card.

Current name as of 11/2024 c'est bon nails. I was greeted pleasantly as soon as I walked in the door. I checked in at the tablet and picked out my nail colors. They had a very good selection of colors. They have the pedicure and manicure chair numbers and it looked like they had 20 of each. They also have a private area for groups. My services went well and I felt technician was friendly. I also noticed how happy all of the staff appeared. My former salon, staff appeared sad or frustrated. Staff were also observed cleaning work stationed. No chip mani + pedicure was $80 plus tip. I will definitely be returning.

They kept trying to get me to get additional add on as well. They had one tech do my feet and at the same time another did my hands. I will say that was convenient, but felt a little cramped. No chip lasted about a week before first chip and then a few days longer for the rest. They have plenty of signs stating they accept credit cards and list Amex, discover, visa, and Mastercard. However, when I went to pay with Amex I was told they do not accept. I did have a visa on me so was able to pay with that. They do charge a 3% service charge for cards and prefer tips in cash. I did have cash for tip. On my second visit, I just had a no chip manicure. Service was friendly. They do have books with organized colors, but other guests had them so I just looked at the bottle colors themselves. I did bring cash to save the surcharge. I have been to many nail salons in the area but this is one of my favorites! The staff are very friendly and actually understand what you want. I have returned multiple times and got everything from dip powder to acrylics, to ombre nails as well. Every time is great. Also, they take you right away. From all the times I have been in, I walked in the door, signed in, and was seated right away, no wait at all. The lady that did mine today was very sweet and understanding, I loved talking to her, very friendly. If you are debating on which nail place to go to, I suggest this one. This salon is the best one I have been to! Tanya does my nails everytime I go and they always look amazing! All the ladies there are amazing. Don't be afraid to ask for designs you see online. They have chrome powder, mood change polish (no chip and regular) and a bunch of nail colors. They have the best quality polishes too. I definitely recommend going and getting your nails done there. The decor is beautiful, the chairs are very comfortable and I have yet to see something like this in any other Salon I've been to In the last 25 years. I love this place! It's so hard to find a decent nail salon, and they are the one! I am a nurse and my nails go through a LOT, but my last set by Peter lasted a month! This time I had Tanya, and she was so sweet and amazing. Her attention to detail was visible, and she made sure each nail looked perfect. The Pro Nails on Cass Ave was very busy. The manager at the store told us we would have to wait a half hour to get a mani/peti. Instead of waiting we were referred to their new store on 75th and Lemont. It was awesome! The service was great the store was clean and the location was convenient.
