However, it took a little bit for our drinks to come out. Food: We ordered the Mango Smoothie with Bunny Panna Cotta and the Lychee Soda with Jelly. The Mango Smoothie was sweet and tart, with the star of the show of course being the bunny panna cotta. The drink was good, but admittedly, we were mainly drawn to it for the bunny topping. We were pleasantly surprised by the Lychee Soda. It wasn't too sweet, and the fizziness of the soda made for a unique, refreshing drink. Our friend tried the Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea, and the brown sugar unfortunately tasted quite burnt, which affected the entire drink. Overall: Xing Fu Tang can be very hit or miss. While the Lychee Soda Jelly was quite delicious, the Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea was almost inedible. If you rate your boba shops based on boba, Xing Fu Tang is a place that needs a visit. As one of the newer spots in town (Opened on the 27th) this place strives on hand making their boba in store. While there are other places that make their own boba in store as well, you can decide which shop is better. We got there 30 min before it opened, and there was a line already starting to form. When the shop opened it was pretty quick to get in and get our order. There's only one register at the moment, so be patient! While waiting you can watch them stir boba in a wok right in the front. I ordered the white peach oolong tea without ice and sugar. The tea was awesome. Hands down, it was super flavorful. The boba itself was good too, melts in your mouth with a little bit of qq. Note though if you don't get any ice the tea is going to be hot. As far as milk teas though there weren't any options of different types of teas so I assumed that all it was, was a normal black milk tea. I definitely see myself coming back here and trying their other drinks out as they have a pretty extensive menu. Can't beat the fresh made boba, and the price is pretty reasonable. read more

Absolutely phenomenal boba. It's a cute and cozy boba shop with couches and table seating. It's the perfect spot to hangout and catch up with friends. We ordered the Thai tea brown sugar boba milk tea and oh my goodness it's amazing! They have all sorts of drinks and savory snacks as well. The service was phenomenal and everyone was super friendly. The boba is fresh and warm and just makes all the difference. I would recommend getting your drink with 50% sugar just because the boba is super sweet. Xing Fu Tang is my go to spot for boba. They make their boba, fresh in-house on the daily basis. You can tell it's fresh by the soft, chewy texture. Also, I can tell that they pay attention to the small details. I believe about a year ago, I can about 15 minutes prior to the store closing and unfortunately they ran out of boba. However, since that time whenever I come during closing time, they'll always have a batch ready. It's really this attention to details that makes them accommodating to their customers. Their strawberry boba is the best kind of boba I ever had. It has the perfect texture of soft and chewy. I usually have to do half the sugar for drinks because it's too sweet to my liking, but they do have the option to adjust the sugar level and they get it right everytime. I want to start by saying that I am not Korean, but I have had my fair share of taro milk Boba. Today I had the best taro milk Boba ever had. It was expensive but very authentic. So authentic that I don't know if ever will be able to go back to just the purple taro milk Boba that everybody serves. I do have to say that the freshly made boba, both the strawberry and the brown sugar, was great. I had the green tea latte with strawberry boba. The strawberry boba is included in that drink. I have to say their decorations during holidays has by far been the best one I have seen at any boba store (or Asian restaurant). You can see them making the boba behind the counter which is really cool, and they really are one of the most delicious, sweet and chewy pearls you can get around here. I love the brown sugar flavor of the pearls. What I didn't like is that their milk they use for the brown sugar boba felt kinda tasteless and thick, like it was just thick sugar water? It didn't have the creaminess I was looking for. Also, their strawberry boba milk is extremely sweet and artificial tasting. The variety of boba was good the pearls were perfectly chewy (in my opinion). Since it was my first time I wasn't sure what to get but the cashier was very helpful!! I think the best part of the store is the boba is made fresh in house and cooked right in front of you. Sometimes they're a little too soft, sometimes a little chewy depending on the batch.
