I stopped by this boba shop on my way to another place and it was a great experience. There was a holiday deal going on-- bogo. I got the brown sugar boba for half sweetness + oolong, size regular. It was still very sweet. The containers leaked because the lid was not the traditional sealed type. It was nice that the drinks were packaged in a to go bag. There was no active Wi-Fi when I went. Inside had plenty of Christmas decor, claw machines and loud music.

We enjoyed tasting various sweet and savory toasts and boba

My girlfriends and I decided to try Xing Fu Tang for a quick snack while shopping in the area. This is a Taiwanese boba tea shop. You can even see them making fresh boba. The shop is in a shopping plaza so there was plenty of free parking. Upon entering the store, you see plenty of places to sit and order at the counter. The cashier was polite and explained how they made fresh boba and make some recommendations based on popular drinks. We ordered the beef pizza toast, cinnamon toast, and tuna toast. Our favorites were the pizza and cinnamon toasts. I also had the lychee rose tea and it was delicious too. We will return to try other flavors soon.

God I love Xing Fu Tang. This place has my heart. Their boba is warm, sweet, and so soft with the perfect amount of chew. The texture is just bliss. If you're looking for the best boba in Duluth - THIS IS THE PLACE. It's made fresh every day, you can even watch how it's made on their instagram page. I've been coming here for almost two years now, and it's a joy every single time. The drink I usually get is the Dalgona Coffee with Brown Sugar Boba. The foam on top isn't sweetened so you can taste exactly how good the coffee is. But, the rest of the drink is pretty sweet. If you're not trying to get a caffeine rush or just feeling a different flavor, all the other drinks are worth a try. Recently they started selling seasonally flavored soft serve. Like with everything else at this place, the texture is just right. It's not the type that's overly soft and melts right away, and it's not the icey stiff kind either. Perfectly in the middle. I'm sad I missed out on trying their mango or coconut-lychee this summer, but for fall their flavors are pistachio and black sesame. Individually these flavors are amazing but you can also get them swirled together and man oh man the swirl is IT. The pistachio soft serve gives you an immediate taste of delight, and then the black sesame's nutty flavor kicks in as an aftertaste. You can also opt to get black sesame boba, brown sugar boba, red bean, etc. with the soft serve and they'll put it at the bottom of the cup. It's included in the price ($6!) and not an extra charge. Beyond the food, I love this place for what it is. It's not a sit down type of place where you wanna stay for too long, but the fortune stick station is so fun and sometimes it's just what I need. When I'm down, nothing makes me feel better than grabbing some tasty boba and picking a little fortune from their wall. Getting a short piece of advice or encouragement makes the experience so much more comforting and whimsical. They've also got a corner for little crane machines, and I love the family that runs this place. Always the happiest and sweetest people. They offer promos here and there which only gives me more of a reason to come back! Xing Fu Tang does not miss, ever. Comforting, fun, and consistently delicious. And right now the place is decorated for Halloween! A great place to visit alone or with company.

    Ghirardelli Chocolate Milk

I got the Ghirardelli chocolate milk without any boba, and my wife got the signature. It was nice to find a place that does chocolate milk without using cheap syrups or powders... Definitely very tasty. And the boba pearls themselves were actually really good. The vibes and service were good enough! My favorite boba drink ever was a creme brulee chocolate milk from a shop that is now closed... If they add that as an option here my review will be updated to five stars until then I have my new to go to

Stopped by Xing Fu Tang for a little boba break and it didn't disappoint! I got the Strawberry Boba Matcha Milk and my husband had the Strawberry Boba Milk. Both were super refreshing and had the perfect balance of sweet and creamy. I have to say their matcha is not my favorite. Their boba itself though, very good quality and taste! Ordering was quick and easy, and they have plenty of seating which made it a nice spot to just relax for a bit. Definitely a cute bubble tea cafe to check out if you're in the mood for something delicious.

First time at this location for their kpop demon hunter pop up event! They had a little merch stall and a cosplay contest, along with a couple stations where you could make your own huntrix or saja boy cup sleeve, vote for your favorite band, display artwork, and showcase the huntrix and saja boy cutouts. The staff was very kind and considerate too (5/5). The drinks were alright (3/5), tasted like soda and lemonade with toppings tbh. But the presentation was on point! The soda pop drink had glitter.

So much to appreciate here: hot fresh boba, fortunes, new year gifts, all kinds of drink flavors. Didn't see an option for straight tea with boba but it was our first time, may have missed it. A fun outing!

This place was so delicious! The boba itself is legit. Highly recommend! I probably would have came back if we had more time.

This place serves fantastic drinks! Wow was it good! I had an iced jasmine tea with strawberry boba. The boba is made fresh and you can watch them tend to it as your drink is being made. There are a ton of options! They also have a limited selection of food but I didn't try any of that. I enjoyed the fortune box and my free fortune. They' also have some claw machines and a large screen TV playing k-pop. The customer service was friendly. My only concern is the price. Two drinks were just under 20 bucks (before tip). So pretty expensive but in my opinion worth it for the occasional treat. Highly recommended.

Cute boba spot. I know this has been a while but I loved the Christmas specials and the specially curated seasonal drinks - especially the presentation with the fun plastic bottles. Mine had a legit hat and scarf, what detail! My decision was definitely determined by the successful marketing haha Staff were accommodating to the festive, fun atmosphere near this likely busy holiday season. Will be back!

Love the drinks and food here. Unfortunately today they were out of black sesame soft serve which is my go to and sucks because i'm a visitor from another state. So went with the strawberry frappe which was very good. But no wifi for customers?? Had to drop a star because of that.

XING FU TIFF AT XING FU TANG | I've been to Xing Fu Tang many times as a "VIP" and my go-to drink is their signature brown sugar boba milk, which I would receive for free. But this time I wanted to take my parents so I brought them in and let them choose some drinks to try, my treat! My dad is a huge red bean & taro fan so he ordered the red bean taro milk, which was perfect for him. Little on the sweeter side for him but otherwise he enjoyed the real taro and red bean toppings. My mom ordered the matcha boba milk since she's a huge matcha latte fan. We weren't a huge fan of the strawberry boba but it did make for a pretty picture. The interior is super cute and clean! Seating is relatively plentiful, although during peak hours it may be hard to find a table if you have a larger group. I love the huge boba in the corner, perfect for for photo opps. They also make their brown sugar boba hot and fresh before your eyes, which speaks to what is so special about their boba! Their menu can be a bit crazy and hectic, especially with their seasonal specials - some of which are excellent and others, not so much my style. But I can't deny that their signature brown sugar boba is top tier and worth ordering again and again.

What makes Xin Fu Tang unique is its boba that's made from scratch. The boba is always fresh with great QQ. They also offer tons of seasonal drinks, so you can always try something new. Make sure you always stir your drink well, because the boba is served hot in your cup. I love that they offer stickers, tokens for slot machines, and keychains for different holidays. I've often been pleasantly surprised by their promos and free items. They also have great soft serve! They change up their flavor of the day often.

I do not feel as though downtown Duluth truly captures the amazing food scene of the city, but again, an old friend did like it enough to tell me about it. Inside was pretty spacious. High ceilings and bright. You have to go up front and order, and they'll give you a buzzer to let you know when your food is ready. Pretty standard so far. It's not too loud, even with the music playing in the background, so not bad for hanging out with friends after the food is done, though we didn't. We were all pretty disappointed with our food. It wasn't bad, thankfully, it was just meh. We could've literally drove 5 minutes away for better, so we left as soon as we finished. The good thing is you get to choose what protein you want with your dish, which is nice. However, the chicken katsu here is thin. Also, the K-Fried chicken doesn't really mesh with the pasta. It's like a skewer on the side of your main dish. You can eat them separately and be happy enough. I was ok with the bulgogi, but I would've expected better from a Korean establishment. I haven't tried every single protein option, but I won't lie, tofu in pasta isn't the most appealing to me. For the main dishes, it was pretty bland, especially the omurice. You need the egg and the protein for flavor. The Schezwan pasta wasn't even spicy. At least the carbonara was creamy as it should be.

Well, hate to be frank, but our Souffle Pancake was just very disappointing. While the pancake was nice and fluffy, the toppings and presentation wasn't even close to being as good as they used to be. I felt this was new management, with a whole, new style of doing desserts maybe? In any case, we did think the pancake tasted good...but it was just lacking in the creamy topping, as only the top layer had this creamy base. The lower 2 pancakes had no cream on it...and tasted quite bland. Even the strawberry sauce was minimal...so minimal, I went up to ask for more. Also, the decorative toppings, including the strawberry, were just BLAHHH. If you come here expecting the Strawberry Souffle Pancake of the past, you'll be disappointed. So nope...just not pretty enough for Instagramming. Made me wonder if the rest of the desserts have gone down as well?? For drinks, my husband had Cappuccino, and I had this Oohlong Tea. Not pictured, but the presentation was just passable...and the taste was just OK. If I recall, their drinks used to be presented beautifully as well as their desserts...but from the look of things, that may no longer be true. Guess I may give this place at least another try. Who knows? Maybe it was just an off night?? Hopefully I can upgrade the review on my next v visit...should the dessert and the drink look and taste better. Fingers crossed??

Not sure. Ambiance (First Level / First Floor) - clean, nice, laid-back, chill, cool environment. Casual setting. Cool architecture, design, layout, and decor. Almost similar tasting to a Vietnamese coffee in my opinion (both are delicious). That strong, brewed coffee flavor with this delicious milky, sweetened condensed milk taste. I am not exactly sure if they used sweetened condensed milk in the Korean iced coffee, but it sure does taste similar to it. It's quite good.
