I had the black sesame croffle and sparkling plum ade drink, both were very good! Service was also great, though most of the stuff is self service. They have complimentary water and to-go boxes by the door, and you can ask the cashier for the wifi. My only critique is that it's very cold inside, bring a jacket!! Albeit, the two employees we could use were incredibly busy completing drink and other dessert orders before ours. Nonetheless, the presentation was seamless and jaw dropping. Teddy's House is a really adorable cafe! I wanted to go here because I saw it on Instagram and the food looked really good. They sell a lot of sweet and savory treats. The interior is very clean and bright, and it is decorated with a lot of cute teddy bears. It stays open pretty late everyday which makes it an ideal study spot. I ordered the Honeydew Shaved Ice with Red Bean. It is a really aesthetically pleasing dessert. I was surprised that there were real balls of honeydew on the shaved ice. I thought it tasted alright, but I am not a big honeydew person so that is all on me. The shaved ice itself was not bad, but I think it tasted too milky for my liking. I would have preferred if there was more condensed milk on the shaved ice. The Red Bean on the side was actually really good and paired well with the shaved ice. We were in town for a mini vacay and I found this place on Yelp and oh my goodness, what a cute place this is! The interior is well lit and very clean with plenty of seating. We ordered our food with a friendly cashier. I got the Castella Kagel and sesame latte. My boyfriend got the Garlic Cheese Bagel and P&B latte. I LOVED my Castella Kagel, it was so soft and fluffy!! Though it got too sweet for me halfway through. The Garlic Cheese was also very light and fluffy. I liked that the garlic was not overwhelming. We actually stayed and worked for a bit and I really enjoyed the ambiance. The korean music can be a little loud if you're the type to prefer quieter setting for studying so I do recommend you bring a pair of headphones if that's the case. This place is a five out of five. I found out about this place through a coworker and she loved this place. I also encountered a tiktok about this place and my sister and I immediately went without thinking. We ordered the melon bingsu and the strawberry Nutella croffle and Jesus it's so so good. I took hubby to go the day after since the dessert here so good. I would say it's a little hard to find this place since it's located at the plaza behind taco Mac. (I actually considered getting another one to-go, alas, I did not, so I must come back again!) The nova lox bagel was also really good. The bagel had a little crunch but was soft in the middle. I love smoked salmon and this one was hitting my marks. It was a good amount of food, and considering it was smoked salmon, it was decently priced. It also had cream cheese on the bottom with some herbs, which elevated it even more. To order, you can either do the good old-fashioned in person at the counter, or right next to that there is a large touch screen display where you can view the entire menu and order there. There was plenty of seating, and there were outlets available by the tables along the walls. The music was chill and at a decent volume. The space was clean and they had Korean pop hits playing, which gave it a decent vibe, but nothing too memorable. It was a really cute cafe, I really like the teddy bear aesthetic, very original and it's interesting to see cafes nowadays revolving around a central theme, when I walked in they greeted me and asked me to ask them if I had any questions, I ordered the garlic cheese kagel (a Korean style bagel that is softer and more pillowy than traditional bagels!!) and strawberry milk tea, when I got the strawberry milk tea the boy who took my order brought over the strawberry latte as well, I was really pleased I got to try both of them because honestly I had meant to order the strawberry latte. I have seen this cute teddy bear themed cafe for a while and really wanted to go try it one day. Finally got the chance to and it is just ok to be honest . There is a whole wall lined up with teddy bears which matches really well with the theme. The location and nice and easy to get to with lots of parking spaces. I do wish the lot itself had more areas of shaded spaces so the car wouldn't be burning up as much in this summer heat. There is a good selection of foods and drinks. Their kagels (korean bagels?) looked really delicious! Unfortunately I was not hungry when I went, or I would have ordered one to try, but I will definitely be going back another time to try it :) I got the strawberry banana smoothie in an attempt to cool down as it was so hot, and though it got the job done, the flavors itself were just subpar. Not much to expect with such a simple drink, but I will want to try something else the next time I visit.
