There, it's does this like second nature. After going there a few times, it kinda felt like the cheers of BBQ carts. He seems to know a lot of the locals, both american and chinese and is not above starting a little chat and offering a smoke. At night, there will be some kiddy stools mysteriously lying around the sidewalk and most of all, the guy is clean. Although a little dirt dosen't hurt you, it has made me think twice when I see year old grease built up in the grills of some vendors.... Edit: There are many vendors out there, this one is in front of the Jewish temple across the street from the 24Hr Dunkin Donuts and super pricey jewelry store.
