I'm deeply impressed with this dealership. Not only was their polite, professional and knowledgeable approach one of the best I've seen, but there was also no shenanigans and BS tactics often deployed by dealerships sensed. Kudos to these guys; I really am Impressed by how these guys treated me and welcomed me. From entry to exit, the team were courteous, genuine and couldn't do enough to help me. My vehicle was there for over 4 months with very poor communication from shop manager and owner. I…read morewas told several times it was almost ready or it would be ready on a certain day only to hear nothing back on said day. Finally got the truck back only for it to break down not even an hour later. We had to call to get it towed back to the shop. The mechanic admittedly didn't tighten the distributor cap, which lead to the timing being messed up. Also, the fuel line was installed twisted and wouldn't allow gas to flow properly. These things were fixed after 2 weeks of the truck sitting at the shop. We've had the truck back about 2 weeks and now the fuel pump went out. The new fuel pump that they just installed!!!! The manager also admitted to one of his mechanics burning up the first distributor, this was his excuse for it taking so long in the first place. $4,000 later and the truck is not running. I would not recommend this place at all!!
