She always communicates with me, follows up on my orders, and makes sure I receive the parts I need. She is knowledgeable, professional, and takes pride in making sure everything goes smoothly. Whenever Kellie is handling my orders, I have confidence that the job will get done right. Unfortunately, I've noticed a big difference when she's not there. When I have to work with other employees, including management, the experience is often much more difficult. I asked an associate to assist me. He reluctantly showed me to the area. I asked him to give me information on the devices. He told me to read the box. I asked him about his expert opinion to give me some guidance between the 2 devices. He again told me to read the boxes and walked off. In order to purchase the product, you have to have an associate to assist you because the boxes are stored in the back. The boxes on the shelf are empty. I left the store. I will not give this business $200 of my hard earned money after being dismissed.
