Once to get copies of some keys and the second time, to get my high heels repaired. I actually waited a while before bringing my shoes in because they are pricey Salvatore Ferragamo pumps. But having seen him work on other people's shoes and seeing all the equipment he had indicated to me that he was an experienced cobbler. And I am glad I came to him. I had heel tips that needed replacing. Ferragamo actually included extra ones when I bought my shoes so I brought them with me. The price? $7. I'll be back.

Honest service and great price! Frank was patient with me when I asked hundreds of questions about the service. My apartment manager wanted to charge me $150 for a copy of my keycard for my apartment and Frank only charged $30 (flat rate) and came to me the same day! It took him just a couple of minutes to make the copy. Once my neighbors saw my cute Hello Kitty keycard a few of them reached out to Frank to make copies of their keycards as well. read more
