We told him everything and it felt like it was a "I didn't do it so it's not my problem" situation and basically told us there was nothing he could do we had to come back at 1 to speak with a manager or go next door. Basically handing our problems to another location instead of trying to have patience and help us. If this happened while I was here with my elderly dad image if my dad went alone? He paid $60 as a down payment and when finally he got upset at them, he told them to give him a refund and his iPad back. The manager said the contracted out those services to another man and they could not find him. But husband told them that they were responsible for his iPad and they denied it.
