This is for the Westbelt Hilliard Ohio location. I ordered a backyard pool and was contacted by this company to schedule a time for a delivery. The lady who called was very snappy and left a brief and non professional message. Second call she left, I was out of town at the time she threatened us if we did not call back before 5pm that we would be charged storage fees. I called back yesterday and the lady who answered the phone was very RUDE, I told her not to be rude to me and she went ballistic on me!! The only ,, ONLY reason I gave a decent star rating is because it is not deserved for everyone there especially the delivery drivers who work their butt off, locals that is, some I know personally also. Betty: The systems were down this morning making her job miserable. I get it. She was pleasant to chat with, very nice to take my name, tracking number down and actually follow through and called me back to schedule a time for delivery. If 0 stars were a possibility, I would give 0 stars. This is the absolute worst delivery service we have used. We placed an order with Samsung for a new washer and dryer but were no-showed by the XPO delivery twice without any notification by text/email or phone call that the delivery was cancelled. We only found out that the delivery was cancelled when we checked the status of our order online. Customer service is unable to help with anything and have no contact with the local delivery hub. Customer service told us that initially the notification on our account was that we were not home for the delivery which is not true and then later told us that the notification was that the merchandise was damaged. We shifted around our work schedule twice to be available for the delivery window without a delivery or notification of cancellation of the delivery. After the second delivery, customer service told us that the notification was that the merchandise was damaged. I really don't understand what is going on. I would love to be able to talk to someone to figure out where my merchandise is. This is unacceptable. I hope that no company decides to use this delivery service as I see multiple similar reviews. read more

I can't even put in words how frustrating the whole delivery experience has been. Our fridge was supposed to be delivered initially on 11/29 - it's been now 3 weeks and still no delivery. Today it was supposed to be delivered again and no one showed up. XPO is saying that they tried to deliver and no one was home. I was home the entire day and no one showed up. XPO we have cameras and I can show you that there was no truck at any point you are claiming that there was a delivery attempt - straight up lies. 4 chairs that I ordered were delivered to the wrong address 9 days ago. They are still sitting on the wrong front porch. I drive by them daily! I've been told by the vendor not to pick them up myself because that would void the warranty. Any phone calls I have made to XPO have been to a facility outside the country which then tell me to contact the vendor. The vendor has contacted XPO but I still don't have any chairs. This company is fraudulent. We ordered Samsung refrigerator that unfortunately uses Rxo for logistics. Below is the exact timeline on the events: 12/20/2022 - Placed order with scheduled delivery date of 12/23/2022 12/23/2022 - Got a text message saying delivery will happen before 1 PM. There is no 30 minutes heads-up call, as mentioned in the message. I call customer service at 1 PM to learn they would not deliver because of extreme weather conditions (partly acceptable, but it would have been nice to receive a call mentioning that rather than me waiting to get on the call with professional for 45 minutes) 12/26/2022 - Got text message again saying delivery will happen before 1 PM. NO-ONE SHOWS UP. No 30 minutes heads-up call either. I call RXO customer service at 2 PM to inquire about the delivery. They said the location was not accessible. What? I live in the center of the city, there is no way someone cannot find this location. No-one called to ask for directions either? When I asked to talk with supervisor, I was told no-one was at home. They could not even get their stories straight. We have not left home for 2 days, there is no way someone even checked to call/knock. 12/27/2022 - Got the message to call at the customer call center to schedule the delivery. I am beyond frustrated at this point. They tell me the next delivery date is March. What the hell? By this time you already know you are dealing with people who are expert at conning customers. The customer center people only know how to talk and has no accountability or responsibility of any sorts. I have never come across this level of lies and manipulation from the employees in service industry. I wish I knew a way of reporting these people out because of the hassle they caused me and numerous people like me. XPO Was a no call/No Show (see my other review for more details). Then lied and said we refused delivery when cornered about why they didn't bring my spa. They told Amazon we refused delivery when we had someone at the house waiting all day Saturday for our scheduled delivery and again on Monday when they canceled our delivery and told amazon we rejected it!! What kind of crap is going on over there?! When we called amazon and a manager at XPO they then back tracked and said the spa was "maybe damaged" but refused to provide proof via photos or delivery so we could inspect for ourselves. Something is shady over there and I think the company needs to investigate what is going on! Sounds like a black market ring for resale to me. Great service even with all the covid going on and to be honest wasn't as hard to work with than others during these strange times. Everything delivered as promised and even with a small snafu of wrong box but quickly fixed by drivers realizing they gave me the wrong package lol. Disclaimer: Yelp only shows 1 XPO in Columbus, whereas Google shows 3. I'm leaving my review here because I NEED someone to do something about this and XPO won't show us which location our product should be. My husband and I bought a Purple mattress on 12/11/2019 and we still haven't received it (today is 1/9/2020). For a while we thought it wasn't their fault since they can't do anything if the mattress hadn't arrive yet... right? Well, we called before Christmas and were told they didn't have the mattress yet, but were gonna call us the next week since they were expecting it to arrive then. The next week came by and nobody called us. We called to check in and nobody picked up, so we left our number for the next available representative to call us when they were free. The next week rolled by and nobody called us, so we called back - nothing yet. Recently we decided to call Purple and even they were giving XPO the benefit of the doubt and told us that it was probably in transit since their system said they shipped it. Purple told us they were gonna call us back after they spoke to a representative at XPO and check on our order. A little after that they called us saying XPO GOT OUR MATTRESS ON 12/19/19! My husband just called XPO and they kept telling him they didn't have the mattress. My husband then told them they DO have the mattress and they've had it for 3 weeks and they've done nothing about it. My husband was then told they were going to do a dock search that would last 2 additional days and when they find it we can set a date. What??! It just seems like they lost our very expensive mattress. It's not Purple's fault - they were pretty fast at doing their thing. But XPO?! It just seems like they don't care about their costumers. Once we get our mattress (if we even get it before canceling our order and ordering it again) we're NEVER setting anything up with XPO again. read more

This place is a joke!!! Ordered a stove directly from Samsung and was given a delivery date of 8/30/22. XPO is telling us they have the unit but cannot deliver for 2 months!!!!!!!!!!!!! My husband is a truck driver and runs out of Columbus, we told XPO we could pick it up from their distribution center; where the unit is currently located but they refuse that as well. Samsung can't change the freight company because they are "contracted with XPO". I feel bad for Samsung because they're going to lose customers if this is the delivery service status quo. My Samsung appliances I purchased from Costco were delivered 2 days ago. Everything went smoothly except my dishwasher is hardwired and I have to get an electrician to put in a plug, which is fine. They did leave the dishwasher in my garage and said to contact XPO once the electrical work was done and they'd come back to install it. However, they didn't leave any contact information so I reached out to XPO via an email address I found. Hopefully I hear back! Only gripe I have (small one) is when they drilled the holes above the microwave for the mounts some wood shavings must have gotten inside and when we first used the fan it sent sawdust everywhere. We purchased a washer and dryer from Samsung. RXO was the delivery agent as well as the installation company. The products were delivered exactly on time Dec 9th, but no one showed up or called about the installation. After badgering Samsung over the weekend, they contacted RXO. Now RXO wants us to wait 2 weeks to have the pair installed. There is no way to contact them locally. Even Samsung can only use email or chat. Now I have a washer and dryer with pedestals sitting in my living room waiting for installation. Samsung makes great products but this RXO company is worthless as a provider of services read more

I ordered a refrigirator, a dishwasher, and a kitchen range from LG. LG decided to use rxo to ship my items. The order was placed on November 5th with the delivery set for December 8th. On December 6th, rxo sent me a text and an email message letting me know that my items will be delivered on December 8th. On December 7th, rxo sent me another text and email message letting me know that my items will not be delivered on December 8th because my items were only delivered on the 7th. Instead, my items will be delivered on December 20th. Almost 2 weeks later. If I ordered any other items, I would not be this ticked off. However, I just moved into a new rental and I timed everything for the arrival of the new items. I (and my family) are now without a refrigerator and a kitchen range (we can do the dishes by hand, although we are wasting quite a bit of water). However, we cannot store food in the house and we cannot cook anything besides microwave trays. rxo sent me a canned response about being so sorry. 1. Why did they send messages about shipping my items on time if they did even have my items at their warehouse?! 2. They knew in advance that my items were arriving and were to be delivered on December 8th. Why did they have to cancel the delivery 24 hours before the delivery itself? 3. If they could cancel my delivery 24 hours in advance and most likely replace it with someone else's delivery, how about honoring your delivery acceptance by rescheduling things, shuffling things a bit and actually performing the delivery 1-2 days later? This is my first and most likely last experience with this company. I have already contacted LG that even though I am satisfied with their products, if they continue to use this company, I will not be ordering from them in the future. My appliance experience has been a nightmare because of the delivery/installation component. My kitchen is full of appliances awaiting installation. I could not get a call back from anyone to determine when the installer would arrive. Now I am being told the soonest available installation is 30 days away!! I cannot even get in to some of my cabinets because the appliances are in the middle of the kitchen. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told (again) that someone will call me. This is UNACCEPTABLE. XPO and RXO-- you need to get this issue resolved!!!! read more

At first glance, everything seemed seemless and perfect. They left in a hurry. Later, my husband noticed the washer wasn't sitting level so he slid it out a bit only to reveal that the foot of the washer was broken. It also revealed the horrid rig job they did hooking up the washer. Water was everywhere behind it and the stench was unbearable. They didn't fix the trap or piping properly. My husband fixed this up and leveled out the washer, but I will NEVER do business with XPO again! There was an option to give zero stars I would!!! this company is the worst company to deal with. I had a delivery of a peloton bike on October 12, 2020. I had a three hour window from 11 AM to 2 PM. 215 I called the XPO was told my bike was delivered at 11:20 AM. My bike has not been delivered. I called back seven times and was told that the truck broke down at 1:43 PM and they don't know when my bike would be able to be delivered. I ask him if they only had one truck or I offer to go pick it up at the distribution center. But they would never give me the information where the distribution center was! the last time I called they guarantee that my bike would been delivered on October 12th 2020. I was also told that I would be contacted with me hour and guaranteed it would've been delivered. Here it is October 13, 2020 and I still not have my peloton bike. I ordered a Serta mattress through Sam's Club on-line and it shipped via XPO Logistics. XPO contacted me through automated voice call and email when it was ready to ship. I used the email link to select the day and received an automated call the day before delivery to tell me the time slot it would be delivered and the driver would call 30- minutes before delivery. The next morning the driver call and said it would be 30-45 for delivery and promptly arrived 30 minutes after the call. I showed the driver where the mattress was to go and his helper got the mattress ready to off load. They were in and out within 10 minutes and both were very courteous and efficient. Great job by XPO and I hope to have service from them in the future! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I am still waiting on my ProForm treadmill. After speaking to two different representatives they both said nobody needed to be home since it's a porch delivery. They said someone will call me thirty minutes prior to delivery. Those idiots never called and never left my equipment. Trying to get ahold of anyone that is smart enough or have any brain cells is impossible!! Nobody can tell me when they will be redelivering my equipment. Took over 5 weeks and hours of my time on the phone to resolve a matter that took 15 minutes to correct. Delivery was great! Young men were professional.. the phone system (automation) is terrible!!! Never talked to a human or knew if confirmations were going through! Why? Great automation-never did what it was designed to do. I never got a call back, to confirm my changes, automation changed dates that I didn't want. I was so pissed, that we took the date, that brainless gave us, with no followup- it was suppose to do!!
