I am always impressed with how pleasant and professional the employees are. I know they did a serious remodel to their facility sometime in the last year or so; they greatly expanded their space BEHIND the counter; I only wish they had enlarged the customer area in front of the counter. When they're busy the line can get pretty crowded. It's especially difficult when you're waiting in line with a heavy package. Hopefully, they'll figure out a way to address this concern.

This is a wannabee national company buying locations around the country. They overpay for their real estate, and then immediately push tenants for aggressive and frequent rent increases. They cleaned up an engine oil leak and rated the engine at 5 stars. I asked about the box being water tight since it had not rained in a while and was told it didn't leak. First rain I found a simple leak to fix that any moron could repair with some Flex Paste as I did but clearly was too much for them to handle. used u-haul u-boxes to move from washington state to columbus, ohio. when my boxes arrived at their…read morecolumbus facility they were infested with cockroaches. when we went inside to report it, there was another customer in front of us complaining about roaches being in his truck, proving this is a wider issue at this location. u-haul refused to take any responsibility or offer reasonable compensation, even though the infestation happened while my belongings were in their care. to make things worse, john hartman tried to use intimidation tactics during negotiations instead of working toward a fair resolution. their customer service was dismissive and basically told me i was on my own. i would never trust u-haul again with my belongings. be warned: even if you pay for their services, they will not protect your things or make it right if something goes wrong.
