I ordered three mattress sets and they were being delivered via XPO Logistics. I have never heard of XPO so did not know what to expect. I received a call from an XPO associate to setup a delivery date and to select an option for morning or evening delivery. Later, I received another call confirming the date and to notify me of the time window for delivery. Prior to delivery, I was informed that the delivery personnel were 30 minutes away. The delivery personnel setup my new mattress sets, cleaned up after themselves and hauled away the old. I was very pleased with the services provided. I really appreciate that the person that delivered my Telly TV to me because I wasn't at home when he first got to my house, but he called me and waited until I got home to deliver the TV to me. He was very respectful and nice. I want to say thank you for having such a wonderful young man to deliver the TV to me. The RXO drivers notified me very quickly within the timeframe that was promised and within 15 minutes they were here. They unpackaged my new mattress, set it on the box springs and hauled away my old mattress being careful not to disturb any pictures on the wall during the move down a flight of steps. I ordered a mattress from Sam's Club and XPO Logistics took care of the delivery. They did a great job of communicating statuses leading up to the delivery. Then on the day of delivery, the crew did a great job of quickly taking the mattress upstairs and putting it on the bed frame, before cleaning all wrappings and leaving. They kept us informed of our large parcel delivery from the moment it reached their hands, until it was delivered in our home. XPO delivered my Peloton bike this afternoon. The drivers were extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable on equipment. The bike was already set up before bringing it up 3 flights of stairs to my apartment. They both wore masks and was Covid conscious.
