In a time when great customer service is hard to find I want to thank everyone at the Arco Corporate location in Raleigh for their excellent service. Emerson, Tyra, Taylor, and Kim helped me get next day service for a photo poster printed on a 24" x 36" foam board. When they couldn't do the job at the Arco Corporate location they called and said they could forward the job to the Glenwood Ave location. I was pleasantly surprised when they called me the next day and offered to deliver the poster to the Arco location. The quality of the print and mounting was over the top! Came in on a Saturday morning to drop off a package without a return label printed. From the moment I walked in, the two workers were very friendly and welcoming. The gentleman helped guide me on how to email them the printing label and they were able to print it and attach it to my package with no problem. Was in and out super quick!! On this day, we headed this way to see a free movie screening at the Regal Cinemas in Brier Creek. It required a printout of the free pass which we both forgot to bring! But no need to panic..good ole Yelp pointed us to the nearest printing center, which happened to be this place of business. Went in, we were greeted and easily spotted the printer's in the back of the store. There was only one customer there besides us and they were being helped. We accomplished what we came in for although it was only one computer. Thank goodness it was not a wait for it to be used. The printers were near the bathroom in the back of the store, which my little one had to use. It was clean. As far as parking, we found a spot right in front of the store in the free lot. We spent about 10 mins here. In and out, quick, easy and convenient. read more

I am so lucky to have this location near my neighborhood!! Such a wonderful location with friendly and helpful staff! I wound up here after an unpleasant experience at a competitor. At first I didn't realize it was tucked away up in this little corner of the shopping area. What a gem!!! Plenty of parking, fantastic staff, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Kevin was extremely helpful! I watched him take his time with each customer and delivered a local neighborhood feel to a shipping place which is really missed in the hustle and bustle of Brier Creek! Best yet, the prices were exactly as quoted using the online tool and my home measurements/scale unlike a competitor who shall remain unnamed. 10/10 recommend this location!! I will only be using them for all my shipping needs and will not be setting foot in the place that shall not be named again. read more

Went in and needed some important documents printed... there were 3 people in line. There was a bald head African American male with glasses that was working. He worked from 2 different registers to get everyone in and out! Although it wasn't super busy, I appreciated the fact that he valued my time and wanted to get everyone in and out as quickly as possible! Today....I really needed that! read more

I really like their self service kiosk. Sure it's nice to talk to people like at the UPS store, but it works well. It was a little confusing at first but I figured it out. It took me about10 minutes or less to ship a package. read more

This store is displayed as open on Sunday at noon. I planned my weekend around this. They are NOT open at noon as advertised!

I recently stopped by this location to pick up a package. Sam the Manager was very rude. I handed him my Drivers license and when he completed his necessary verification he didn't hand me my license back. He left it on top of my package and said thank you have a nice day. I will not use this business again. I've been twice in the last week. Customer service was lacking on my first visit, but I thought perhaps the individual was having a bad day. However, my next visit was even worse. Tameeka, the store manager, was SO rude. This woman has attitude. She appeared annoyed when I asked questions; e.g, what is the cost for two-day delivery vs three? She was neither friendly nor helpful. I'm busy; I never take time to write reviews, but Tameeka's business etiquette or lack thereof, prompted me to take a moment and provide feedback. This specific location needs a new manager! The turn over is high and they are not retaining good talent. Lynn, the manager does not have a clue and can't run the show by herself. I come here often to make copies and booklets. Today is no different, except she's running the goat rodeo alone. I requested to have my copies bound into a booklet. She didn't acknowledge my request until I gather my copies and headed for the door. God gave you 2 ears and one mouth...use them accordingly! I'm sure Staples will be glad to have my business. FedEx makes it easy to order print projects online. They email me and call me when my order is printed (usually very fast). I've ordered several projects online and I've always been pleased w/ the quality. I also love to use their huge paper cutter for free! The last visit was especially pleasant. Marj was the only person there, being pull in multiple directions to help customers, but she did it all with the best attitude and personality. read more

Went here a couple times to ship packages. The store itself is a lot like you would find/expect for most of these locations. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful and was pleased with the results. Meaning, nothing was lost or delayed along the way.....
