This is the company Home Depot uses to deliver appliances. They are crooks. First they claimed we were not home when they came to deliver $2500 worth of appliances. We were RIGHT THERE THE WHOLE TIME. Home Depot of course paid them for the fake delivery attempt. Three weeks later, they came again to deliver the same appliances. They arrived and before doing anything, declared that there was a leak and a corroded shut off valve that had to be replaced by a plumber. THERE IS NO LEAK AND THE VALVE WORKS PERFECTLY. Obviously they have a scam going with the plumber that Home Depot will now pay to come "fix" the nonexistent problem. AND they get paid for this "delivery attempt" and the next one -- which won't be until ANOTHER WEEK. Home Depot said they have had repeated issue like this with this company in Miami. DO NOT USE THEM. read more

The men were polite and professional and didn't even mind my taking pictures and watching. I'm very happy with the delivery service on the mattress I ordered. My window for delivery was 6:00am - 10:00am. The driver called me a little after 7:00am to tell me he was 15-20 minutes away. He showed up right on time, unboxed my mattress with care, and with the help of his associate, took away my old mattress. Both were friendly, and professional. I ordered six (6) bags of cat food from Tractor Supply. I got notification that my order had been shipped. I though that's great soon I will have my order. It was posted on their tracking that my order had been picked up in Arizona and was in route to Indiana. I live in California. I contacted XPO and never got an answer. I would dally check to see where my order was and found it had been sent to Illinois. I again emailed XPO with no response. I contacted Tractor Supply and they were able to get ahold of XPO and was told that my order was in transit. The next time I checked where my order was in transit (from Illinois) the tracking stated my order had just been picked up in Arizona. So now I'm being told it is enroute but it has also just been picked up. Every time I would email XPO it would only say it is in transit (but now it is in transit from Arizona) and each day the delivery date would back off one more day. So when it left (?) Arizona it was going to take three (3) weeks to get to me. I finally contacted Tractor Supply again about my order and was told they lose control of the order once it's picked up. Even so they contacted XPO and was told it's on the way. I sent them a copy of the email that i had sent asking for information on my order from XPO with no response. Tractor Supply contacted me and informed me that XPO had declared the shipment lost by the shipper. After that email I then received an email from XPO telling me how sorry they were and their business was not run like that. They then asked me to provide a picture of the shipment including the color of the wrapping, the design on the products, so they could physically send their crew out to all their loading docks to try and find my order. I told them I couldn't provide anything like that as I had never seen the order. I checked the tracking again and it still says in transit from Arizona to be delivered on August 1, 2022. I emailed back to XPO and said stop the lies and games. I have already been told that your company had listed my shipment as "Lost by shipper". I have yet to hear back from XPO on this matter. I would like to thank Tractor Supply for their help and support in getting this entire mess cleared up and have sent my a replacement order with a more reliable shipper. They have also gave me a discount for the inconvenience caused by XPO. Will I ever use Tractor Supply again. Without a doubt. Will I ever use XPO again. Hell no. I will go pick it up myself. Easier than getting excuses and the run around form a company that can't even tell you the truth. read more

Very adequate and professional! I was able to actually schedule when I wanted the delivery which I thought was awesome! They called prior to arriving to let us know they were in transit. During Covid-19 everyone is very cautious, but these gentlemen came in with mask laid the Serta Mattress on floor, we signed off and they left. No hassle no issues! Absolutely horrible! First delivery attempt, the guy said he knocked on our door, and he did not. Called and talked to Mark who was great. Mark has them come back out. The delivery guys were so unhelpful with the install and take away. Easily could have worked with us, but they made our experience HORRIBLE!!! Unfortunately, this is who Home Depot uses. We have over 50 rental units, and this is the WORST experience we have ever had with the drivers. read more

This delivery service works with Home Depot BEWARE! They are incompetent and rude. I have been waiting over a month for the delivery of my washer and dryer that I purchased during the Home Depot Black Friday sale. The first team to come out conducted a brief inspection with the flashlight on the phone of where the washer and dryer units were to be installed. He quickly pointed out I needed a 2nd outlet. Fine. I had the old unit pulled out and lo and behold I already had a 2nd outlet, apparently his flashlight wasn't bright enough or he simply did not want to do the job. I scheduled again. This time no show. I called them to find out ETA and they said that they called me to tell me the dryer was dented and I would have to reschedule. THEY NEVER CALLED!!! I called Home Depot and found out they never received my dryer as it was discontinued!!! Wonder where the original dryer went? So now I have to wait 2 weeks for a replacement dryer to be sourced and delivered to this bastard delivery company. Today both pieces were to be delivered and installed. They arrive and straight away they had issues: First they said they don't do installation, so why the hell are you in my house! Then I need to buy longer hoses to make it easier for them to install, the flexible vent that was fine by the other team needs to be a metal duct in the wall! They have great concerns about damaging my wood floors as they would have to drag the appliances in. I told him a fridge and stove were delivered here and they placed the appliances on fabric and brought it in, how is this a problem. Then they questioned the width of the area, which was also fine per the first team. Plus because I got a little hot with them they refused to remove the old unit!!! I told them leave. WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH!!! read more

I have had nothing but trouble with these people who are delivering my appliances/wood floors/things that I need for my new home. They've gotten here late every time, but have an excuse ( flat tire, trouble with warehouse pick up, trouble getting merchandise in truck,). I've sat here for hours in an empty house that I'm trying to get moved into. I could be packing boxes and bringing them to the new house instead of wasting hours waiting for them to show up. And one of the deliveries they didn't show up and called after the delivery time when it was already 4 hours late and dark outside. Being a single woman and it was dark .. I told them to make a difference time to delivery during the day. I am presently waiting for them to deliver my refrigerator and they've already called again to tell me they were having problems getting my refrigerator from the warehouse to deliver it. There will be two hours late. A third-party delivery company is the worst idea I've ever experienced. I wish Home Depot and Lowe's would go back to using their own delivery. It used to be so much better and you could count on them. read more
