IKEA SHOULD SERIOUSLY CONSIDER BANNING RXO from their deliveries! They are downgrading IKEA brand. They don't care about their partners or their clients. I've had the worst experience with their IKEA delivery in Miami Beach. It's the first time in 10 years in my building that they couldn't drop off the package at the front desk. They arrived earlier then the delivery window, I wasn't home and I've asked to drop it off at front desk. I was mistreated by two representatives - both a specialist and his manager. They were yelling at me at 9 am after I asked them to drop off the package with baby crib at the front desk. I've paid 50$ for this delivery and they didn't deliver my order. I told them how important it was to deliver the order before my baby arrives to sleep in it - which was the only reason I've agreed to pay this crazy fee - and still they were ignorant and rude to me. Both raising their voice at me and arrogantly yelling that "whatever you read in some email is not happening" - as I quoted the IKEA letter saying literally "the order will be dropped at your front desk". I was told the driver won't move anywhere from the back of the building. Both representatives were SHOUTING "IT's your problem!!!!" at me! Instead of smoothing the situation the manager escalated it with me. She was saying things like "You are new here" and I'm living in Miami for more than 10 years, and what does it have to do with my delivery anyway?! She never apologized and didn't even bother to hear me out. She can't be around clients since she doesn't understand her part in this B2C communication. I never got a confirmation of rescheduling the delivery. And I hate the thought of getting in contact with this company again - it was such a stress and disappointment. Very unprofessional company. I was supposed to have my refrigeratorgerator delivered today between 1-5 with a phone call 30 minutes before arriving. We did not recieve a call ahead of time and because we missed the guardhouse call they left immediatly after sending a text that they were there. My husband called within 1 minute and they did not answer. He finally got through 5 minutes later and they hung up after saying we needed to reschedule delivery. Called to company and explained the situation and how they did not honor their policy of waiting 15 minutes since we returned both calls within the waiting period. We asked for them to return with our fridge and they said they would send a message to the driver and get back to us. Called back 3 hours later since I did not get a call back back and I was informed that our fridge was already back at the facility! We would be called to rescheduled withing 12-24 hours!!! Thanksgiving is Thurday so I guess we have to cancel dinner and get take out!!!! read more

Worst customer service, they were supposed to deliver a mattress to me today, they delivered someone else mattress to me. I called spoke with multiple people who keep giving me incorrect information blaming the manufacturer when the mattress was completely different from what what on my email confirmation from the manufacturer and XPO and the shipping label which is XPO clearly states another customers name and phone number. The supervisor told me they would pick up the mattress today after they took my other mattress out and dragged it across the ground outside and deliver my correct mattress tomorrow or next week. At the same time I get a text from a driver they are picking the wrong mattress later today the supervisor could careless and said they made no mistake. When I asked to speak to someone above her I was transferred to Arian who also could careless. This company has the worst customer service and could careless about inconveniencing me and now I have to take more time off of work because of their mistake and wait for a four hour window for them to deliver my correct mattress. I would never do business again with anyone who use them for delivery. read more

Not surprised by all the negative reviews here. I ordered furniture from IKEA and it was supposed to be delivered today! KARLA called me and told me the front desk did not accept the packages because they were unaware. KARLA asked me to call the front desk and to call them back before their drivers would leave. It took me less than 5 minutes to get the approval and when I tried calling back there was no answer. I called back 2 more times consecutively. Finally I got a call back from KARLA claiming that she saw my call but she was on the phone with IKEA. Then she proceeded to tell me that the drivers have left and they would have to try to redeliver it in 2 days. This company is awful and do not stick by their word. I would and will never recommend this company to anybody. Very unprofessional. read more

I'm sure they won't care about this review but this company has given us hell for the past month. We ordered a washer and dryer through Home Depot, delivery was scheduled for beginning of December. Well, that date came and went- no delivery, reached out to XPO and Home Depot, were told need to reschedule- okay sounds easy. That date came, no delivery. Long story short, the dryer was "damaged", had to order another from Samsung, finally the dryer came end of December, but without the washer- womp womp. Every day since then we have called Home Depot and Samsung who state they cannot reach XPO (I believe it because we haven't been able to either- except for the one time we did and they admitted that THEY CANT FIND THE WASHER!?!?!) Doesn't seem like the story they're telling Home Depot and Samsung. Anyway, here we are 1.5 months later, lonely dryer in our laundry room, have a new baby arriving any day now and don't have a way to wash clothes in preparation with the very expensive washer we paid for. So if you're looking for a place that damages then loses your appliances, they get 5 stars. If you're just looking for a painless and reliable delivery, look elsewhere. Don't say I didn't warn you! I hope they know who wrote this- please give us a call back- we need our washer! read more

I have had a claim about damage during a delivery since the end of October. I have never received my check despite contact crying them immediately, and filing a damage report. I have been trying to Rees her someone about since Jan 29th and still have not gotten a response. This is the worst delivery service company around. Very happy with our spilt king mattress and foundation delivery purchased from Costco.com. Our delivery men were on time, calling when they were 20 minutes away. Bad delivery company. Damage system. I received my damage mashing machine , and the company was going to replace it for me . The xpo was supposed to pick it up at Tuesday ( but they didn't make it ). Wednesday no one call me to tell me what they gonna do . So I went to make another schedule ,( finally , they pick it up at next day) . Today , i supposed to receive my new machine .
