Long story short I ordered a washer and dryer from Homedepot, they came on Friday to deliver it and install it and ohh surprise! they can not install them because a plumber needs to come and change a part in our house first, so far ok the guy tells me XPO takes care of everything and that I will receive a call from them scheduling the plumber appointment. 7 days has passed, 7 calls I've made and still I have not been reached nor the plumber or XPO, every time I call they tell me they will call me back with answers and still nothing. Meanwhile I have a new washer and dryer in my garage not being able to use them. Story to be continue... but so far the customer service at XPO has not been helpful at all. Update: The so called XPO Plumber called, just to tell me that I have to pay extra for the moving of the washer and dryer from the garage to the laundry room when in the first place they were the ones that left it there. They also had the audacity to tell me I also have to pay extra for installation and the service of the plumber, mind you I had already paid for this to Homedepot when I did the purchase and XPO had told me when they left the washer and dryer at my garage that all those services where included I just needed to reschedule the installation after their plumber had come to do the needed changes. This is un believable and still no washer and dryer I can use, and the story continues..... Update #2: 16 days have passed since my last update let me tell you DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I still don't have my washer and dryer installed. The plumber finally came after 2 weeks of daily calls, but now im still waiting for the person to install to come, they have scheduled 3 times the installation and 3 times they've been a no show. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! I've complained to Homedepot and everyone and nothing. Keep posted for next updates on this nightmare. read more

Rule number one in customer service, never leave a customer 'high and dry'. Had tonal uninstall scheduled today, which was scheduled a month in advance. Whole day, kept calling and after being assured throughout the day that the driver will come i was told to call back tomorrow, and try and reschedule. The person on the phone, though polite had absolutely no way of connecting with driver or anyone. Tells out about how this company functions. I have never encountered such blatant incompetence. XPO was hired by the company from which I purchased a warranty for my stationary bike to repair it. My bike broke and they were to come and fix it. They came out once, diagnosed the problem and had a part sent to my home. They made at least 10 appointments to have a tech person to come and install it. They never showed. I called numerous times and they finally told me my warranty contract was voided (it wasn't; I contacted the insurance company). Awful. Avoid at all costs. read more

I have phone records to show I never received a call. Now we are expecting a delivery tomorrow. It's almost 10pm and we still don't have a delivery window. They said it could be as early as 7am.... Recently had XPO contracted by Home Depot to install a dishwasher I ordered through HD. If I would've known how brutal this experience was going to be, I would've never bothered. I should've looked these guys up, before letting them into my home. First, I place my order. Initial date for delivery/installation is re-scheduled for the following week. OK, it happens... Next, they show up to deliver the item, and the two men do not know how to install. Why they would send two men who cannot install a dishwasher is beyond me, but OK, they set up a third appointment to send someone who can install, apparently a plumber. Third visit, installation crew shows up and apparently install the item. 20 minutes after they leave, kitchen is flooding. I think it speaks for itself that something was installed improperly. They send some other guy out to say the product is defective, and that the installation was done properly. So, the blame game begins, and I, the customer, gets out right in the middle. HD sends another person out to confirm the product itself is fine, but installation crew forgot to remove cap in disposal that allows water to drain. Welp, they'll have to send out another installation crew to finish their job. They send the same two guys who installed I. Improperly the first time, who admitted to forgetting to remove the drain cap, which caused the kitchen flooding. They fix that part, leave, and the dishwasher seems to be working, although it keeps flickering on and off. Throughout the installation, they kept installing it crooked, slightly off-centered, saying how something about my tile wouldn't allow them to center it. Guess what... after some pushback, they miraculously figured out how to straighten the dishwasher. They didn't want to do it, but they did. Pure laziness. I still don't believe the way it fits in the spot is perfect, but these guys were impossible to deal with. I go to use the disposal about 20-30 minutes after they leave, and it sounds like a chainsaw. XPO installer said he didn't touch the disposal so it couldn't have been him, when, in fact, he literally came to work on connecting the dishwasher drain to the disposal. I call XPO, and the lady representative tells me she'll be working directly with HD to sort this out. She tells me she is simply calling HD to tell them the dishwasher is installed properly and that it is no longer their problem. Again, trying to pass the blame/liability. Not my problem, but clearly theirs. Finally, Home Depot sends out a plumber to simply fix the disposal, which that plumber noted the piece XPO worked on left a small piece in the dishwasher, causing the noise and leaving the disposal in non-operable condition. Apparently, the cap that was supposed to be removed so that the dishwasher could drain into the disposal fell into the disposal, and XPO left it in there. XPO did rushed, careless work, and they are basically glorified movers. If you purchase something from Home Depot or Best Buy and you find out XPO is coming for install, do not walk away - RUN away. This company is a sham. Easiest 1-star review I have ever had to write. Not to mention, during a pandemic, the last thing I wanted was 7-8 visits from a bunch of strangers in my home. read more

Why are zero stars not an option as that is what they deserve. Took 10 days to schedule delivery for replacement of a defective television. Got a text that said 11-3 for delivery window so I schedule around their commitment. Then I get a call at 8:30 they are ready to deliver, I point out that they said 11-3 and I am unavailable right now (had a business appointment). Now the answer is I'll check and call you back. Get a VM that says 10:-11, so I rush across town to my house, and of course no one shows up. I call them back and the answer is they can't do it today need to reschedule. Reminder this is a replacement of a defective TV that took 2 weeks to replace. BTW they also lie, tell you they call (we all have call logs) and didn't, etc. Terrible delivery experience could not recommend less. read more

I ordered furniture in IKEA and XPO keep telling me that they can't pick up the order because there is one item missing. I called IKEA several times and they assured me all the items I purchased are in stock seating in the Warehouse waiting to be picked up. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Worse than anything. My shipment was - according to their tracking- to be delivered 5/25/21. No call from them to say what time. No call from them when it was not delivered. I called them at 5:30pm. "We don't have your shipment here. We don't know where it is, but we'll deliver it 5/26/21. " I requested 5/27/21 because I couldn't be present (have to have 2 helpers because it weighs 350lbs.) They said it would be delivered between 2:30pm-4:30pm. At 3:30pm I called them. "Sorry we don't have your shipment." WTF! Asked for a supervisor- spoke with Luis Ortiz. Told him the entire story again. Said he would follow up and cc me on the emails he would be sending to resolve this. That evening - 5/27/21 he sent an email to other "terminals that scanned the shipment, to do a dock sweep." The shipment is a 6'x4'x2' wood crate. Not something you would not see on a loading dock. Today-5/28/21 no calls. No emails. No update to me. I called them 6 times today to get someone to be in action on this. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK. Ever. TODAY AT 12:10pm I called again and asked for THE SUPERVISOR, Luis Ortiz. He was asked to call me and he didn't. After speaking with him, he said he would call me before 5pm with an update. He did not. This is not a shipping Company I will ever do business with again. I still have no idea where my crate is. ***** UPDATE: 5/29/21 - I replied to Bryan B - who requested the details so that he could " resolve this for me." WELL, I thought, maybe someone is listening. And so here is what has happened since I replied. Luis Ortiz, the Supervisor sent me an email that the crate was found in Pompano, just 40 miles away (where it has been sitting since Tuesday, 5/27/21) and would be delivered on Tuesday, 6/1/21. They picked up my crate in Neenah, WI on 5/20/21. I could have driven from Miami and returned in less time. NOW this morning, I check the tracking number and see they have NOW SENT IT BACK to ORLANO- 250 miles away. NOW the ETA shows Wednesday, 6/2/21. TOTALLY unbelievable and unacceptable. Is ANYONE with any intelligence managing this company? If so, I would like to talk to them. You have my phone number and I am waiting for it to ring. read more
