Didn't bring necessary equipment that was part of order,dismissed me when brought up. Had been over 40 minutes and I had to leave. Only listened when husband said would figure out. Upon closer inspection they put existing in backwards and broke it and can't fix now, they shoukd have had 8'vent with clamps per order confirm but clainwd not to. Can't use new dryer at all. The gentlemen from RXO who delivered our washer were excellent. They were on time, professional and were able to problem-solve how to disconnect corroded pipes with an uncertain water shut off valve in order to install the new washer. I'm so disappointed and frustrated with this company. Was given a delivery date of today for a refrigerator. My wife and I scheduled our day around it. Waited and was never called, website says today for delivery though. We call them for our time frame and they told us it won't be delivered till Tuesday and we wouldn't be able to get it today or tomorrow and refused to resolve this for us. Their customer service team couldn't connect us with their resolution team because they were all tied up. I would not recommend using this company to my friends in the shipping industry. read more

A trail of endless texts, emails and voicemails leading nowhere for a Samsung- purchased dishwasher delivery and installation. Took XPO 3 weeks to figure out that an install was part of the order, and that someone who knew how to install would need to be on hand. This may have been on Samsung, but still... Samsung apparently stepped in and turned the process over to Mike's delivery in Hamden, who handled it beautifully. The devil is in the details. read more

This is the letter I wrote to their CEO. Your company is the contracted delivery company for Lowes in Plainville, CT where I recently purchased my washer and dryer. The units were installed in my bathroom where the set up was just created by a plumber. The team removed the mechanical vent from the vent pipe and hooked the washing machine into that pipe - leaving the ready and open pipe just sitting there. I have been living with a bathroom odor since 1/22/22 when they installed it - and today while folding laundry - I discovered the pipe and sent a photo to my plumber who advised me what was wrong. Both he and I are horrified at the level of incompetence that was required for someone to make this mistake with a washing machine installation. I have sewer gasses in my house. This is a serious health hazard and left unattended to, could even be fatal! This is so unacceptable, I am beyond angry. I will be posting this story on every website I can find. I should at the very least, be compensated for whatever amount your company was paid by Lowes to make this mistake. I would also like to be assured that more training will be given to installers. Finally, this team of people that did the installation should no longer work for your company. I have told the Store Manager at Lowes that they should no longer use your company. I will endeavor to find more people higher up at Lowes to tell also. I would appreciate hearing back from you with some resolution to this matter. EDIT: A senior manager at XPO did call me the next day with an apology. She requested a copy of the picture and assured me she would include this issue in future training sessions and offered me a gift card as compensation for the time and inconvenience. read more

I scheduled THREE different times for a delivery and all THREE TIMES they called and had to reschedule! Three times I had to rent a trailer and take days off from work for no reasons because this is the least reliable shipping company and they always cancel at the last minute! Called the company and the operator was absolutely useless. I asked to talk to a manager and was told I could not and that there was nothing they could do. So, I'm down 200 bucks for trailer rentals to move it and its been three weeks late and I still don't have my item! WORST COMPANY EVER!!! read more

These guys are great! We've had them come over thrice for different deliveries. They are thoroughly professional, friendly, and do an excellent job, no matter how heavy the item is. We had a sleeper sofa (as heavy as a ton of bricks) that they brought up to the third floor - just two guys! And they cleared up the packaging as well. They are always on time and have a quick turnaround. I needed to contact customer service once for picking up an item delivered previously and they made it happen quickly by clubbing it with another delivery I had scheduled. Don't use them - ask your vendor if supposed "white glove delivery" is through XPO- if so- cancel and ask for fedex instead. The hospital bed we ordered to our home is at the "hub" and they won't bring it the hour and a half away for two weeks. I have called 4 times to ask if we could expedite and I get very incapable operators who say no but they will ask their reconciliation team to call me. No one calls. No one. My husband is in terrible pain and I thought the White Glove Delivery would mean that I got it when it arrived locally more quickly - but they don't care at all about doing that and all I can talk to is - sorry- robots on the phone. I just want to drive and pick it up from them now but they won't call me so I can figure that out. Don't. Ever. Use. XPO read more

I ordered a TV through Amazon who contracted with RXO for delivery. The delivery dates was 4 weeks out, then confirmed two days before delivery. The day before it was cancelled and they cited it was rescheduled by me. It wasn't. It turns out they only deliver to my area on specific days of the week, where the date that had been listed for a month was never actually going to happen. After a half dozen frustrating calls with half saying the delivery was still scheduled, the other half saying I rescheduled it, I finally threw in the towel and let them push it out....another two weeks. Completely ridiculous and absurd. I would give them 0 stars if I could here, where I'm generally pretty easy going with these type of things. read more

They showed up approximately 20 minutes later, delivered and assembled the treadmill, took all the boxes, and were on their way within 30 minutes, all while being super friendly. The Techs (Tony and Juan) who delivered my Treadmill were professional and respectful and made sure the Treadmill operated before they left. I was delighted with the delivery and set-up. read more

ZERO STARS. Completely inept company failed to deliver my product and told me the truck was over capacity @ 9pm the evening before delivery. I was advised to contact the company I purchased my product from & ask for permission for pickup. After being lied to 3 separate times I ascertained neither company had any direct communication with one another. RXO is a terrible company and should not be contracted with to deliver products. They will not allow you to even pick up your merchandise from the warehouse. They are understaffed & do not have enough delivery vehicles to fulfill contractual requirements. My order is not being delivered for another month even though it is 45 minutes away and I have offered to pick it up. read more

When my Whirlpool dishwasher broke yet again recently, I decided to upgrade in quality and, after shopping around, chose to try a Samsung Smart 42dBA Dishwasher. I could have purchased from a local retailer, but decided to order directly from Samsung, largely because I thought I might get better quality service than from a retailer. I was very wrong. Samsung apparently contracts out its appliance logistics to RXO, which has repeatedly failed to provide proper service or updates. Since placing my order through Samsung's Web site on Dec. 13, including paying extra for installation and for haulaway of my old dishwasher: 1) The dishwasher was supposed to be delivered and installed on Dec. 19, but the delivery team did not do installations, and did not even have tools for removal. I was left with two dishwashers cluttering up my kitchen. 2) I called and scheduled the installation and haulaway for Friday, Dec. 23. The time window I was given shifted from early morning to 11:30 a.m. -3:30 p.m. At 2:46 p.m., I received a call from the installers saying they were 15 minutes away. They never arrived. 3) On Saturday, 12/24, I called to find out why the installer never arrived, and was told the installer claimed that the "site was unready." I don''t know what that means, but since the installer *never* showed up, there is no way the installer could judge the site. The customer representative was unable at that point to reschedule the installation but promised to send an "urgent e-mail" requesting an installation for 12/27. 4) On Monday, 12/26, I received an e-mail from RXO to schedule my installation again. I chose the earliest available slot, which would have been today, Wednesday, 12/28, and received e-mail and text confirmation. 5) On Tuesday, 12/27, I received a message saying my installation would take place between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Wednesday. 6) At 12:41 p.m today, while I waited for installation, my status on the RXO site was changed from "en route" to "Cannot Perform Stop : Stop not performed due to the order being rescheduled enroute." I did not receive a telephone call, text message *or* e-mail notifying me of the cancellation. 7) I called again, and have been told I now have a licensed installation scheduled for Wed., Jan. 4, the first available appointment, which will be a full 2 1/2 weeks since my dishwasher was delivered. I am far from certain that the installation will occur next week, but all I can do is wait. read more

The guys who made my delivery were so accommodating and pleasant! When they called on the way, I was stuck a couple miles away with a car that wasn't starting and waiting on AAA. They offered to do the next delivery before mine. That allowed me to make it home! One of the items was cracked, and they were great about showing me so that I had the option to refuse delivery and take it up with Crate and Barrel. Very nice to work with! read more
