I am so upset with Sams club/Serta/XPO logistics (whoever they want to pass the buck to today) right now, I can barely type this. On May 25 we bought a king sized mattress and box spring. (We had to do this online because the cashier in the store told us she would not be able to do the purchase in person for us. ). So we order and pay for the mattress and we're told a delivery date of June 15. We hated to wait that long but with covid going on, we agreed. June 15 come along, my wife takes off work and waits at home all day long and the mattress is never delivered. She calls the number of the delivery company and is told they can't find where it was ever supposed to be delivered that date. She sets up another delivery date of today, June 30. This is OVER A MONTH AFTER WE ORDERED AND PAID FOR IT! But again, we have already paid so what choice do we have? Around 3 today my wife calls the delivery company and is told that it shows it will be here between 8am and 7pm. The girl can not tell her anymore but will forward her question up to her manager and we can expect a call from that person within 24 to 48 hours! So wife misses ANOTHER day of work. It is now almost 8pm and guess what? No mattress! We have gone over 30 days with no mattress as we got rid of ours to make room, and now my wife has missed 2 full days of pay by waiting at home for the delivery. When my wife tried to call sams they sent her to their main office who then sent her to Serta whose office is closed. She also called XPO, the shipping company again of course by now they are also closed. This is beyond ridiculous! With the price of the mattress and the shipping fee (!) and my wife missing 2 days of work waiting we are into this over $1300 plus have not had a mattress to sleep on for about 5 weeks!!! Worse part is we cannot get anyone's attention about this and they just want to pass the problem on. We have always been lifetime loyal customers and we will NEVER buy anything here again. We feel like we have been completely ripped off by sams and Serta. Also if sams can't get a better handle on their shipping company, XPO, I wonder how many other customers they will lose. We did not read the terms of service when we ordered the mattress but surely it didn't say anything about taking over a month and 2 different promised delivery dates? Also I don't know why yelp has me in here under this name, our names are Jami and tracy yarbrough. Look in your records XPO, and you will see the purchase and order back in May and the now TWO promised delivery dates with you being a no show. And with only the response of the person on the phone that "my manager will get ahold of you in 24-48 hours". Ridiculous. read more

We purchased a Casper mattress. Rxp was the delivery company they use. The day after purchasing the mattress Rxo sent an email for us to schedule delivery. We picked to option that best suited our schedule. Rxo responded verifying the delivery date we chose. A day before delivery the gave us a delivery window. A little bit into the window the gave us a 10 minute warning. They arrived just as the said. Very nice, very polite, very fast. They arrived, we showed them the old mattress, the took it to the truck. Came back in and set the new one up. Asked if we needed anything else and left. I gave them a couple $$ in appreciation for their professional service they thanked and were on their way. Honestly I don't know what else one could ask for in a delivery. I see others with one star reviews. I can only imagine it's partially due to the product we purchased. read more

The predelivery communications by phone messages and by email were concise and accurate. The delivery was made between the promised hours, and I was called 1/2 hour prior to the truck arriving, just as the scheduling had been reported with each notification. The delivery team was friendly and courteous. They delivered the mattress and box springs right to the bed frame which was not expected. That was a pleasant surprise for which I thanked them with a larger tip than planned. They were appreciative, and expressed their thanks in a courteous manner. My purple mattress and frame arrived today! The guys were very professional, courteous and efficient. The removal of my old mattress, box springs and frame was very quick. They were kind enough to let me vacuum where the bed used to be and did not rush me in the least! The new frame went together effortously and quickly. It was amazing to see them work. The delivery window was 9 am-12 pm, and I received a notification at 8:20 am saying they were 30 minutes out. They showed up approximately 20 minutes later, delivered and assembled the treadmill, took all the boxes, and were on their way within 30 minutes, all while being super friendly. The Techs (Tony and Juan) who delivered my Treadmill were professional and respectful and made sure the Treadmill operated before they left. I was delighted with the delivery and set-up. read more

i Received many email and text updates regarding my peloton bike order. It was delivered on time. The guys were friendly and professional And we're in and out in around 15 minutes. They assembled the bike in the truck I think. Carried it in and placed it downstairs in the basement room where I wanted it. They even gave me a mini tutorial about basic functions and set the seat settings to the numbers I had from the showroom fitting. read more

I could not have asked for a better experience. The delivery gentlemen were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They explained how they would remove my old washing machine and bring in my new LG washer since the room is small and it was a tight fit. By explaining what they would do, set my mind at ease. The two installers scoped out my planned location for the bike and quickly got everything set up, including the initial touch screen prompts and software updates. They communicated with me through text two days before, a day before, the morning of the delivery, two hours before and when they were 30 minutes away from my house. The delivery experience was good. Charles Walker and Andrew Merrit were the technicians who came to my home today and removed the non-working Peloton treadmill and installed a brand-new Peloton treadmill.
