Yes, the delivery team was very friendly, professional, and was willing to assist me in an inventory of the products. I wanted to confirm that my product list from the invoice matched what was delivered before I'd sign the document saying everything was received. Also,, they realizes safety of my 2 & 5 year old grandkids was also a concern. So the cabinets were stacked so that smaller boxes that could have fallen on, or been tripped over by my grandkids we surrounded by larger boxes, therefore limiting the risk. The only complaint I had is with RXO itself. I was given an 11 hour delivery window 7am to 6 pm. This unacceptable when you have commitments to work around. I called the company five times and they assured me the window size would be reduced, and that I would receive notification by midnight the night before, that did not happen, no notice! Delivery guys clearly communicated when they were coming, arrived on time, and really went above & beyond getting my dryer hooked up. This is my first time getting an appliance delivered, i didn't know what the etiquette is w/r/t to tipping these guys, but if these people are coming to your house my advice is have your wallet ready because when you see what a good job they do delivering your appliances you will feel such intense gratitude that you will feel *compelled* top tip these dudes. I had a washer and dryer delivered and it could not have gone better. The pre delivery communication was great and the driver called 30 minutes prior to showing up. The 2 delivery gentleman were super nice and efficient. They first removed the old machines, unpacked the new ones, then carried them in and had them hooked up in a jiffy. They tested them and checked hat everything was to my satisfaction. Then RXO called about 5 minutes later to see if everything was good. All in all every step of the process was great. read more

I had 2 employees set up my new MYX bike. Being that it was already built prior to delivery, they just needed to place it in the spot I wanted and hook up a couple things. They called me an hour and a half before getting to my home to let me know they were coming. They were friendly and respectful and got the job done in good timing. Jose and Jay were the delivery team and they were efficient and courteous arriving within the time frame, and knowledgeable enough to the get frig in my house even though it wouldn't fit thru the front door. (They removed the drawers but were able to leave the doors on.) They made sure the water lines weren't leaking and that water dispensed, told me to dispense til it ran clear and removed my other frig to the space in the garage I had readied for it. Very Professional delivery. The communication was great did receive a call 30 minutes before the delivery. Once they got to the house seen where the fridge was going then unloaded it and unpacked it. Carried it into the house and got it connected. The 2 men where professional and courteous and did a great job. They made sure all trash was picked up and taken away. Purchased an LG refrigerator. Received a call from the delivery men 30 minutes prior to arrival. Delivery guys were very nice and polite. They we're concerned with protecting the carpet and flooring so asked about putting down rugs or blankets to minimize dirt in the delivery traffic pattern. Our home is 120 years old, and their service required carrying the new mattress straight up 18 steps, and the old one 18 steps back down. The two delivery men I had today were absolutely fantastic!!! they called me exactly 30 minutes before arrival. They were very polite, very professional, and efficient! They hauled away my old washer and dryer, gave me time to clean the floor quickly then brought in the new washer and dryer and hooked it up. They called 20 minutes before they arrived, they were extremely nice, clean cut, got the bike in, took it where I wanted it, even assembled the last pieces.
