Worst customer service ever. I will not be coming back. Products are way over priced.

I spoke with Miss Camille, and she kindly confirmed that they had one size Large piece left in stock. We arrived early, and Miss Camille assisted us personally. She was very nice, pleasant, and helpful. She even suggested a few styles for my husband, which we truly appreciated. In the end, we purchased the exact Barong we originally came for. The store itself is nice, neat, clean, and very well organized. We highly recommend Noble Creations and appreciate the excellent customer service provided by Miss Camille. We will definitely be coming back!

Adonis sent me here…read more My graduation is coming up next month, and I've been wanting to wear something different that represents my culture. I have plenty of suits, but I specifically want to wear a Barong Tagalog. So when Adonis featured this place last year, I bookmarked it since their designs are specifically something that caught my attention. They have traditional designs, but they also have modern ones that incorporate the Philippine sun and the stars from the flag with a tribal flair. I came here on Easter Sunday, and the lovely saleslady was very helpful. She even asked how I found out about this place, so I replied that Adonis sent me. She immediately knew and responded, "Oh, I am Adonis...the vlogger" in a cute Filipino accent. She assisted me try out different Barongs and answered my many questions. All the Barongs are handmade in the Philippines and are exported here. The Barongs made from Pineapple or Piña threads are more expensive, while some are made from silk materials. Each design is expertly and intricately embroidered by artisans from Lumban, Laguna in the Philippines. The craftmanship is exceptionally well done. The different designs are quite impressive, and they are also available in different colors. In the past, most Barongs came in either white, cream or beige tones. Nowadays, it comes in different colorful hues, two-tone and even black. I almost chose the black-colored one, but I stuck with the traditional color with the same design. I still might get it just so I have two options. I've never had a Barong before, so this is my first purchase. I do have to mention that Philippines sizes are often different from U.S. sizes so you will have to adjust your expectations. Typically speaking, you might have to get an item two sizes bigger than your usual size. Having said that, Barongs are usually worn loosely due to the hotter climate in Philippines and the unfortunate history from the time of the Spanish occupation that Barongs must be made of see-through materials to prevent the wearer from concealing blades such as Bolos, Kris, Ginunting, Balisong and Karambit. Hey, I have to admit that we do love our blades and I even have an heirloom Bolo used during WWII passed down to me. This place also offers something for the ladies and kids (boys and girls). In fact, they have an abundant selection of gowns, Filipinianas and accessories. If you're looking for something traditional or with a modern twist, they got both covered. They also take special orders for a better fit. And the service was top notch. She was so accommodating that she even let our dogs wait inside the store since it was a warm day that day. I will definitely be back again to get another Barong or another accessory. Plus, the prices are reasonable especially for the quality of work they produce. Some are absolute masterpieces. I can't wait to wear this Barong and will do so with pride as I complete another milestone on this journey of life.

If I could give 10 stars, I would!…read more At Romance made our City Hall wedding photoshoot truly magical. We flew in from New York, and planning from across the country could have been stressful -- but May made everything feel effortless. She was so organized and responsive, and during our consultation she completely understood my vision of feeling like a princess with a gown and veil that would flow beautifully down the staircase while still flattering my petite frame. The second dress she pulled was the one, and I instantly felt stunning. Highly recommend also reserving San Francisco City Hall for two hours on a Saturday if you can to avoid the crowds and everyone else also taking pictures in the prime locations. At Romance's City Hall package covered absolutely everything: dress, veil, tiara, professional makeup, and two photographers -- all at an incredible price. Not having to coordinate multiple vendors was such a relief. The photographers reached out ahead of time to go over details and on the day of made us feel completely comfortable, guiding us through poses and capturing breathtaking shots on the grand staircase. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, romantic, and unforgettable. I would 100% recommend At Romance to anyone wanting a true one-stop shop and a dream City Hall wedding experience.

Speaking of website, they have pictures of their wedding dresses, so you can look and see what you want to try on before your appointment with them. Both May and Fanny are super helpful in dress selection and very patient. I tried on at least 10+ dresses before figuring out which one I wanted to go with. After you pick your dress, they'll help you put it on. They'll even help you take pictures with the best angles if you need with that. The rental process itself was pretty simple. After you say yes to the dress, you'll go back for a fit appointment where they'll measure you so they can fit the dress to your body. Next appointment is to try on the dress and see if anymore alterations are needed. Final appointment is to pick up the dress. This is where they will teach you how to put on the dress for your big day. Make sure to bring a friend or have them record it so you can refer back to video. No appointments needed to return the dress. Overall, I would highly recommend At Romance if you're about renting a wedding dress!

The ultimate spot to grab a gift for any occasion and also a lovely place to just browse!…read more I was in the area getting last minute groceries and decided to drop by since it's been awhile since I've been to a Therapy store. This is my second time here and the entire area used to be open to browse but looks like half the store is sectioned off. Nonetheless, there were still a variety of knickknacks and whimsical pieces, such as adorable stationary, cookbooks, funny pet items, stickers, a small selection of clothes, etc, at relatively reasonable prices. I've been to a couple of Therapy stores but this location definitely stands out: there are a lot more diverse options here. As always, I love the local custom items, like this jewelry dish I found that says "someone in San Bruno loves you". Extremely friendly and welcoming service. While I didn't purchase anything this time, I did notice that there were so many delightful baby gift options so I'll definitely be back to get something for a friend who is expecting in a couple months!

Jaya (sorry I might be getting your name wildly incorrect) was super helpful in guiding us through what is available in the store and sharing stories about the artists who've created many of the different items. Everything feels curated by the best tastemakers so all you need to do is walk in and see what you or someone you'd like to get something special for would like. It's obvious many of the books are also carefully and thoughtfully chosen and Jaya confirmed the owners are very intentional about what they include on the store shelves. I ended up buying 4 items of clothes and a wireless little table mushroom lamp. I was tempted by everything else including jewelry and a felt rainbow home decor thing. Money can't buy happiness and it can't replace my dog but these things have brought me some joy and therapy. We live in San Francisco so we're excited for the Mission location in SF as well after experiencing this amazing San Bruno store first!
