Fast, professional, courteous work on my tablet (Samsung Galaxy 8). It needed a new power terminal. The part is standard. After service, they/he only recommended I use a better quality charging cord (which they also carry.). I didn't buy it from them, but after doing a price check around the internet et al., I may. I recommend this company to anyone experiencing basic mechanical issues such as mine - am unable to verify their abilities with say, a cracked board or a dunk in soda (kids, please don't try this at home!) I am sorry to report that although the service is okay, the end product is unacceptable. I had my Iphone 6 screen replaced a few weeks ago. The process was fairly quick, however as soon as I got my Iphone back I noticed several things off: the new screen was much thicker than the original since it protruded from the Iphone base-case, the screen color-quality was poor as compared to the original screen, and my home button wouldn't stop making a clicking sound even when I was only typing on the screen but especially when I would press on the home button. It turns out these are known issues when a shop uses aftermarket parts. This wouldn't be such a big deal if they had been honest with me from the get-go. When I first called I asked if they used original apple parts and I was told yes. When I got the phone fixed in person I again asked if they used genuine parts and they confirmed that they did. Ultimately, I ended up dropping the phone and the screen shattered again (which happens). The second shop I visited does in fact use genuine Apple parts and the end product is on a completely different level than the work I had done at this shop. To be sure, dropping my phone and getting the screen shattered was my fault. This review concerns only the low quality work and low quality parts I received. They are also pricey for using aftermarket parts. read more

This replacement battery has been fantastic and at a ridiculously good price. I waited a month to see how it would do before reviewing. I couldn't get the battery on my iPhone replaced at the Apple store under the $29 program, but if I'd known about the service here, I would have gone here first anyway! The battery was replaced within 20 minutes and Robert took the time to explain how I'd been abusing my battery and how to get better life out of the new one. My iPhone XS Max had a green line on the screen and from all the places I've asked, this place has offered the most reasonable/cheaper price by the owner, Robert. Although there was a waiting line, it was worth though and I did my errands nearby anyways. I was given another phone while my phone was being fixed by Paul (partner). They are very knowledgeable. I got a free screen protector and a free phone case too After I've got my phone back, realized my front camera was blurry. So I've messaged Robert about it and he told me to bring it back to fix it. I cannot recommend this place enough. My fiancé dropped her iPhone 6 flat on its face the day before our wedding. I came in a couple days ago since my phone was taking a whole day to charge, and the gentleman working was very knowledgeable about the phone and came up with a resolution pretty quick! He first recommended to try a new charger in store to try and figure out if it was truly just my chargers going bad at home or what. I previously got my phone repaired and that screen broke within a month. I found Xpress Cellfixers and messaged them to get a quote. I got a message right away that next morning telling me I could get my iPhone fixed for $95 and it would be 30 minutes. So I went and checked in on Yelp to get my 5% off. I told him how the last place made my home button crooked and even tho it still worked I wanted him to try to fix that too. He told me it would be able 45 minutes and gave me a receipt. I came back, the screen had not been put on yet and the guy left. Arianna was the only one there and explained to me that while fixing the screen he realized what a shotty job the last place did and had to take the screw out keeping my home button in place because the ribbon was off. She gave me the option of keeping the old cracked screen or she would finish and show me how to use assisted touch since my home button now was nonfunctional. I chose the latter and she spent another 10 minutes putting it on and showing me how it worked. With the discount I ended up paying $74 so all in all, I would say it was a good price but very inconvenient to not have a functioning home button anymore. Unfortunately, after dropping my samsung note 2 the screen turned black. Decided to get it fixed hoping it was just a broken screen. I called them and they were able to help and offered a good deal. This place is amazing. I know that's a bit strong for a cellphone repair shop but it's true. I've had my 5s for about 2 years. Fixed it 3 times. The first two. Smh. They fixed it but not completely. When I would make calls or pick up calls. My phone wouldn't dim (which it should) so I would make weird calls w my cheekbones(I guess) I was face timing people I hadn't talked to in awhile. Embarrassing and I would mute almost every call! So annoying. So my brother went there and I tagged along. Thank God. My phone is back to original condition. Love it!
