Update: I got a Facebook post from Dion, the owner, calling me a BITCH. I never argued with his staff!! In fact, Lusine was a great help to me but advised me to cut my ties because Dion was doing shady things. They did try to help me but in the end, my credit is worse and they did take my money and deposit my checks twice. Chase CLOSED their account and said the Police are investigating this company. I went to Xpress Credit because I work in Glendale and I believed they would help me. I gave them $1500 of my hard earned money in increments of $250 for 6 months. In six months I never got an update on my credit. I joined Privacy Guard per their request to monitor my credit. Xpress Credit never returned my calls. I tried to communicate with them to just see where they were on my file but never got any replies. In six months my credit dropped 50 points much of which is my being buried in collections but Xpress didn't help me to raise my credit at all. I have severe financial burdens and asked them to not deposit my checks before their due dates but every time my checks were deposited early causing me to be overdrawn endlessly. I received a very nasty text message from Dion, Glendale Office saying all I cared about was the money I was paying Xpress Credit. That is true but I needed to know where my money was going. Dion also stated in his text message he didn't want my file anymore and I could have a full refund. Refund? Never happened! And they cashed my check dated August 15th on July 31st! ! Obviously, all Xpress Credit cares about is the money because they cashed all of my checks before they were due. Overall, I am hurt and very disappointed in Xpress Credit. By no means am I perfect and according to one Xpress Credit employee, "I have the worst credit collections they have ever seen"!!!! So help me Xpress Credit! !! Nope, just take $1500 from me and don't fix my credit!!! My scores are 50 points lower than when I started!!! Please be careful before joining Xpress Credit. Ask a lot of questions and make sure that you get the services they promise for your money. read more

Terrible service and scam artist! They made my credit worse at the end of the term than when I started! I argued with them that I needed some sort of compensation for their screw up and they said they would give me a free month. A free month doesn't repair the credit they destroyed! Worest place to get your credit repair. Owners name is Dion full of crap lies paid him 1100 deposit then another 1100 post dated check for august tried to cash the check in July which didn't work for him. Called him never answers nobody even works at the office anymore. He asked me to pay him 300 to mail the paperwork to the credit card companies. This guy and company is bull s... it's a scam don't go here safe your money. My credit score was 540 when I came here now it's at 460 how does that happen. Horrible HORRIBLE customer service ! I called on Friday in regards to cleaning my credit, but no one picked up. I called back an hour after and was able to speak to a consultant. He seemed a little too forceful to get my business which was a little off to me but he explained the price & time frame and it made sense. He kept trying to get me to sign up after I told him 3 times that I wanted to think about it ! Then when i asked him if he could give me until Monday & to call me back, he AGREED but I never got a call! I call back today THREE TIMES & no one picked up!! Press credit repair agent owner what ever Dion Ros, for starters sounded very reassuring and comforting toward my concerns. 2 months in, I realized he is just using my pre made checks dated for each month multiple times a month. This month he used 3 of my checks and my account is overdrawn. I noticed this when I took my two year old all the way to sea world today and couldn't pay for my tickets. A two hour drive with a 2 year old in this heat to turn around and come home because this inconsiderate being decided to use my checks for all in one month. I called my bank and was informed premise checks are illegal to make. But here Dion would not start my case unless I had 4 pre made checks ready for him. Being a single mother I reached out to this company to help me clean my credit so I'd have an opportunity to build a life and future for my daughter. Now i have less of an opportunity then before when I walked into their office. I've tried to reach out to Dion multiple times and his agents or shall I say puppets just repeat he same lie he tells them to spit at their clients. I'm disgusted by this place and their mission to be successful with money people worked hard for and saved a long time for. This review is only the beginning.
