This is the most unprofessional urgent care facility I've ever experienced. The website says they are open at 8 AM. It also states they have X-ray equipment. I was there at 8:05. The actual PA did not arrive until 8:15. The first patient was not taken back until 8:40. I was kept waiting approximately 1 hour to learn that they do not have an x-ray tech on that day and to come back tomorrow for an x-ray. Then, they could not get their printer working to provide me with the summary of the visit. I went back the next day to pick up the summary and get an x-ray. They apparently don't know how to use the internet, as the summary nor x-ray results were ever posted for me to share with my doctors. OH - and when I asked to use the rest room before leaving, it had no toilet paper nor soap. read more

This urgent care location is easy to find with ample pull-up parking. Inside, everything is super clean and new. On a Saturday midday, I was the only person there, so I had an empty waiting room to myself. A friendly person checked me in painlessly. I was surprised that such a brand new place still uses paper forms, but I do prefer that actually. The waiting room contained only chairs. There were no magazines or tvs or anything, but good old peace and quiet is fine with me. I didn't wait long before Cedric took me inside and did all the pre-visit stuff. He was very nice and also funny and kept the experience light. Thank you! My nurse practitioner (whose name I've forgotten, sorry!) was very cool. I would definitely want to see her again. She put me at ease, listened to me, didn't push anything on me, and followed up on all of my complaints. I definitely didn't feel like a number or anything and I appreciated her advice. I also received a follow up phone call the next day to see if I was ok. Nice touch! read more

Excellent experience!! This review has been on my to-do list for months, but life got in the way. So, without further adieu... Back in January unfortunately as I was cutting a bagel in a rush, my left ring finger got in the way. I read reviews of various urgent centers and called each. From my first interaction with Tatiana over the phone at Express Urgent Care to the care provided by Latoya (nurse) and Annette (asst), the experience was as good as I've ever had in a healthcare setting. They were kind, caring and top notch practitioners. Thank you!!! I thought that I would need stitches for the gash on the tip of my finger that wouldn't stop bleeding. They assessed it wasn't too deep and could be taken care of without stitches. The wound was cleaned/prepped, then Steri-strips were used and a wrap over that. Instructions for home care were clear and I was told it would heal well within 5-10 days. 2+ months later you can't even tell there was a gash. No scar and no discomfort whatsoever! I highly recommend these folks!!! (Note: care was given on a Sunday approximately 30 minutes before they close and they didn't rush me out the door.) read more

They have no idea how to triage properly. Skip this place and go to MD now. Sucks doesn't begin to describe this experience. I came here to pee in a cup for work and it's been over an hour and they were completely unsympathetic. I am posting after the fact now but I ended up with a UTI because I sat there for 2 hours with a full bladder with them telling me we have no idea how long it'll take but if you pee now you'll have to wait even longer. They are completely understaffed and unsympathetic. I'm a nurse and I understand what's going on but use some empathy. There was an employee that continuously came out to fill his water bottle while we sat there. If you can fill your water bottle obviously something isn't right. I would never come here again. read more

They only have the 1 star because I can't post without it. Should be 0 stars. Don't go here!!! I went in and had an ear infection and sinusitis. I had an allergic reaction to my prescription and called. Was told that they would call me back. I called at opening and end of the day, again the next day and two days later. Never received a call of any kind. Still haven't called me 12 days later. So urgent care is not what you'll get there. Good luck read more

Do not come here. Waited an hour and 30 minutes to pee in a cup for an employer drug test and there was 2 people in the waiting room. The tech was in such a rush to get it done that she didn't state the instructions well and I received a fail after waiting all that time because i flushed the toilet after i went. Terrible service and a terrible experience I will never come here again or recommend it especially after seeing all the other reviews where people went through the same thing. read more

When I got there the introduction is phenomenal, it was 2 ppl before me ? I checked in at a little over 5pm. Now I'm not that good with the computer so it took me over 30 minutes too complete the kiosk?? The patient that came after me was a little upset due to me taking long. When the lady called me to the desk to finish my intake, everyone that came in after me was before me. Now my neighbor kept calling my phone he just wanted to know how much longer?? I was only there for a strep throat culture?? When they gave me the test,I'm waiting on the doctor at this point, I've must of opened the door like 4 ×s . I'm still being professional so when the doctor finally did come in ,I had to repeat myself like 4×s. Now I'm aggravated I should of just went back to JFK??? She gave me everything but antibiotics?? She left out the room again, that was about 630. My ride call's me again, so I said ma'am this is ridiculous by the time I left it was 730, that's ridiculous, as I'm leaving she stated to me if ion feel good in 2 days come back?? I said no ‼‼ poor service,it was 3 doctor's on staff?? And the patient that was after me left in 30 minutes. So why did it take me 2 1/2 hours is ridiculous for a strep throat test?? staff member was the lady who did my vitals, she understood my concerns and she is the only staff that I will give a 10 . And the rest of the staff I will call corporate about my worst experience. read more

Don't waste your time and money. I waited for hours, paid out of pocket, and the nurse practitioner was absolutely rude and unprofessional. It's not easy for everyone to finally go to the DR and seek help. It's also not easy for everyone to save up the money to do so. I tired to explain my symptoms and she was trying to rush out the door without fully explaining or listening. Then she got extremely frustrated when I asked her to simply listen. It is my believe that an honorable healthcare professionals should put their feelings aside and serve selflessly in the best way possible. Shaman N Blair was the nurse practitioner. And as I'm walking out of the office. She yells and me in front of all of her colleagues/coworkers that do nothing. Absolutely appalled at the service by the entire staff. read more

This medical office profits off a Global pandemic by double charging their patients for COVID-19 rapid testing, and justifies it by claiming that "they are a private business" and they can pursue profits however they wish. Avoid this business for their greedy and unsavory business practices. They don't care about you, or anybody for that matter; they just want your money. I was double charged for a single COVID test (that should have been free and covered by government programs) because 7 months later I don't have the receipt showing that I already paid cash for it. AKA this medical office has no qualms with extortion, and they will come after you with debt collections and threats for a simple $50 that should have never been charged in the first place. read more

Came here for answers left with none. PA is clueless. I came and paid to see a Doctor and the Doctor never showed their face. PA was defensive when I asked her what she thought I had, she responded with - 'this is not the place to find answers'. Waste of time and money. read more

Three hour wait for a urine sample. needs to hire more staff. if I didn't have covid, I sure do now.

They handle their Covid testing line very poorly. There were about 12 people in front of me when I arrived and I waited about 3 hours. There HAS to be a more efficient way in handling these tests. It does not have to take 3 hours to swab 12 peoples' nose. read more

I simply came in for a drug screen and it took 2 hours before they can even tend to me. Horrible service and low on staffing.

I've gone to urgent care places in the past and have been stuck there for hours waiting just to be seen. I came into today thinking I would probably be stuck for a few hours and they had me in and out within 30 minutes. They were super friendly and the doctor who took care of me was so sweet and showed she really cared to help. Usually going to a doctor when I'm injured and sick it just makes my mood go way down but I left very happy after coming here. I explained i needed a doctors note for work and they wrote one for me quickly and said if they give me any trouble about my circumstances they can directly give her a call. She was so nice about everything and I'm already feeling better! read more

If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. I was first in line this morning because I'm extremely sick and need a COVID test. A man comes in after me and throws a fit because each day he comes the wait is to long so he leaves. They opened at 8am and it's now 8:52, I haven't been seen because of the jackass that threw a fit that came in after me for a PRE OP appointment even though I'm so clearly fading. This place is awful. They don't honor first come first serve. I will never return or recommend. read more
