Daughter, who is nursing a baby, went in for ear infection - was given a med that is not even the most standard to use for this condition. Did not tolerate the med, they made her come back and then didn't actually send the new prescription to the pharmacy, where she waited for 45 minutes and finally had to go home to a crying baby and could not continue her treatment. Pharmacy was also within an hour of closing, so no recourse. All b/c dr evidently was not thorough in completing their treatment and hitting SEND on that order. Now she has to make another trip tomorrow. This is ridiculous. Please, pay attention to your patients, order properly, and confirm you have done your due diligence. What a waste of her time and she did NOT need the extra stress on top of feeling crappy. read more

terrible service/care. Told my daughter to take OTC meds and a week later she is still sick and when I called , the receptionist couldn't find her record bc they had entered the wrong birthdate. While I was grateful for my 13 month old to be seen quickly, she was misdiagnosed. PA assumed symptoms were from teething and pink eye, but I went to get a second opinion the next day at another urgent care because her fever was worsening, she was then diagnosed with an ear infection that had spread to her eye. I'm sure adults are fine, but I would not use them for pediatric care. The staff was very kind but not knowledgeable or thorough enough for babies. read more

I would give them negative stars if possible. You MUST have an appt or get turned away, even if the lobby is empty at 5:30 pm and their website and business cards say "no appt needed". You CAN'T make an appt in person, you MUST go online, and you better fill out your paperwork online or the receptionist will give you attitude. I have never been treated so rudely by a medical facility in my life! We had to wait an extra 30 mins AFTER the Dr tried to call us back, because they couldn't get their computer to take my info. We were treated well by Dr. Lisa and got our RX. Everyone else needs some training on how to be a professional and treat their patience better!! read more

This place is a joke!!! Needed to get a Covid test for my daughter, called can't make an appointment over the phone you have to come in , so thinking that it's all in one visit, nope they make an appointment to come back. Once we came back had to go in again, I signed the paper work lady says it's going to be 75.00, no it's not I have a text from you guys, it's a 30.00 copay, oh the lady says well your insurance will bill you for what's not covered, umm me you can't tell me how much that will be, no we hold your credit card on file to charge, that would be a NO!!! These lady's that work here must hate this jobs. They surely missed customer service in their training class!!! I will never ever come to this place, horrible service, they can't even explain the process!!! My boyfriend went in this evening at 7:10 for a follow-up visit after the medication prescribed didn't work. They are open until 8pm, and he was told they weren't seeing any more patients. Now we have to drive down to Norman to a 24-hour care facility because this place stopped seeing patients almost an hour before closing. Incredibly poor customer service for such a business. I just moved here and saw my doctor Monday who diagnosed me with pneumonia. It got worse despite anti-biotics and other treatments so I went into urgent care today. I made an appointment online, super easy! Filled out all the forms online, super easy! Went in on time and they processed me fast and got me right back. All the staff were professional, kind, knowledgeable, and caring. I was listened to and they helped address all my concerns. They did a chest x-ray in house and didn't make me wait for results and said they would call as soon as the radiologist read them, which they did. They called in my new prescriptions and explained everything I needed to do. I am so happy to have found a great place in Shawnee! read more

Open till 8! Except when you roll in with your 6 year old with a fever, rash, and vomiting. Then you are turned away after being told they've been turning away patients "since at least 6:30" (said with a shrug). Then as I was complaining to my husband while getting back in the car to go find the local ER (we are visiting from out of town) an employee smoking at the backdoor interrupted to tell me about their policy. She was unnecessarily rude in a conversation that she never should have considered herself a part of. I trusted their site only to find out they actually stop working an hour and a half before close. I left without a scene only to be harassed by an employee in the parking lot. Now, as I wait in the ER, I'll find out how many different places I can complain. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. We waited in a line all day for a COVID-test, were treated poorly throughout the entire visit by staff and the physician and then pushed out the door. They let me wait over an hour in the waiting room before telling me "my" PA wasn't in office today. I asked why I couldn't see one of the other providers, and the receptionist told me I had to see who I'd seen before. All I needed was one refill (no narcs, nothing crazy, just everyday maintenance meds). She told me to make an appointment to see him, even though their sign says "walk in clinic." I asked if I could have just a 7 day refill so I could have time to make an appointment, and she said "we don't do that here." I asked to speak to the nurse manager, and she refused. I asked for a business card so I could spell my PA's name correctly when I fill out papers to see a new doctor, and again she refused. "You don't need a business card if you're leaving us." The staff and the Pa their took care of me and they did their jobs to the best of their knowledge, skills and abilities.. I went their to get checked for my iguanna left side hernia to make sure I did not blow it out again. The front staff did their job, the nursing staff did their job and the PA did her job to the best of her knowledge, skills and abilities. She treated me as a client as well as customer. A client because I can to purchase the knowledge skills an abilites so that I knew I did not damage my hernia operation and she provided me the knowledge, skills and abilities on how to troubleshoot it. And as a customer I came to purchase a service which both the adminstrative staff listened to me the nursing staff listened to me and the most important one as well the PA who took the time to listen to her patient and she did her job by applying her knowledge skills and abilities to trouble shoot the situation I came to see her about.
