I came in for a manicure & pedicure service and as always I bring my own polish so that I have options. This salon has a large selection of polish. Orly, OPI and Essie. They offer the new OPI 10 day shine polish also. The pedicure service was very thorough. Lucy was kind, gentle and asked how I wanted my nails cut and filed. I really like that they take their time here with each customer. The massage chairs are heavenly and so is the soft music they play. The massage chairs provide the perfect amount of pressure. They don't tear up your back muscles or strike nerves. After your service each technician provides a complimentary massage. This is something I haven't experienced in YEARS. Prices have gone up but services have gone down. New Proud has stuck to standards. The only negative here is the products. They don't use soap or foot products in the food bath. I was expecting salt scrub but I assume you have to upgrade to a more elite package for that option. Regardless, the service was great. My pedicure came out good. They use hot microfiber towels that are super soft. Unlike the old rags most nail spas use. If you're in the area, stop in.
