Always much needed when traveling! These need to be at alllll airports!! Friendly staff... tons if treatment options

Your lazy employee
Mel W.

The only good thing here is the massage chairs; the male staff employee is lazy. I came in for a 20-minute chair massage, which was great, but I wanted a 30-minute foot massage and chakra bed treatment. Instead, I was taken to a bed with just one sheet and no blankets offered no neck pillow on a FLAT BED WOW ! ... even though I saw blankets in the closet. There was also a ton of neck pillow. I've been going to Xpress Spa for over 10 years, and this is by far the worst customer service experience I've had. At 9:30 AM on September 28, the male worker was unprofessional. Your company missed out on revenue due to this lack of professionalism. I was told the blankets were being washed, yet you can clearly see in the attached photo that blankets and neck pillows were available in the closet. Overall, the woman was working hard, but the male worker was just not putting in the effort. Big mistake hiring him I can't imagine how much money Xpress Spa has missed because of the LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM.

Express Spa at the Miami Airport went above and BEYOND! My friend and I were exhausted from a red-eye and requested a full body massage! And lo and behold they called in the troops and were treated like royalty. Hernando went ABOVE and BEYOND! Thank you EXPRESS SPA

Bad quality

REALLY disappointing service. It took her a full hour to remove my gel. She kept losing the drill and it would spin and peal off my nail multiple times per nail, and she didn't fully get the color off. She said I had to get a manicure in addition to the gel charge and the gel removal charge because it takes time to prep the nail (which I know is common for some salons), but after she was done removing gel, she spent 3 minutes prepping the nail, and after painting she spent 1 minute moisturizing. The whole service took an hour and a half, and turned out unfinished. She was kind and had good intentions, but I had to pay $65 plus tip for nails that had less quality than my nails done by friends in nail school. This deserves a refund!

Great idea to have a spa in an airport! My boyfriend was feeling miserable during our 8hr layover so he while he did 30 mins in the relaxation recliners, I got my nails done. I chose a sparkly silver color. It was pretty, but the polish was applied in almost an unintentional ombré.. it's much thicker in the front of my nails than around my cuticle. The nail technician was very friendly and I did love the shape of my nails. It's a good way to pass the time at an airport.

Had a little layover over decided to polish my toes since this was a last minute trip. For the price the pedicure was just (thanks for polishing my toes because you have polish I don't lol). It was something I could do at home or probably while I was waiting for my flight not worth the price

I walked more than a mile to get to this location, from SWA terminal and then back after calling many times calling to see if they were open. Their voicemail didn't say it was closed, so I made the trip. Super frustrating. The sign says temporarily closed, but apparently it has been closed for a long time and I kinda doubt they will actually reopen.

I've seen these at airports all over the country and have always been curious, but was finally pushed to give it a try when Calm sent a promotion for a free 10-minute chair massage for app subscribers. It's conveniently located near D10 (and the Centurion Lounge is D12) so I made a pit stop a few minutes prior to boarding time. As soon as I walked in I noticed how clean and pleasant-smelling it is. The staff greeted me right away and got me set up on a chair, complete with pillow and blanket, and offered me some water. Off to a nice start! The massage is your basic chair massage with a remote control to adjust your settings as needed, but felt great to ease a little tension after the busy holidays. I checked out the rest of the menu of offerings and you can get everything from massages to manicures to your hair done. Prices are moderate to high but not unreasonable (you are at the airport after all!) but it's definitely a great way to kill time and reduce a little stress.

Sitting here right now in a massage chair waiting for my flight to start boarding and I can't thank Maria Cortina enough for my eyebrow and Brazilian wax! ($95 but well worth it in a bind). There was nothing open on Christmas and I flew out on a red eye! I have been to Xpress spas in ATL for mani/pedis and the staff here is super warm, inviting and they truly care about customer service. I can't wait to come back for a massage on my way back from St. Thomas.

Gaps and Nail polish all around the nail.

Wow. I am very impressed. I had the facial and it was worth my flight being delayed. I think I will show up early so I can do this again!

The spa itself is elegantly designed, combining modern luxury with elements of Eastern tranquility. I opted for a full-body massage, and the therapist was absolutely skilled in addressing my areas of tension. The pressure was perfect, and I felt every muscle relax and release. The use of high-quality oils and the attention to detail in each movement was exceptional. The facilities are top-notch, with a gorgeous relaxation area, steam rooms, and a beautiful pool overlooking Biscayne Bay, adding to the sense of escape. The staff was warm and professional, making sure my experience was seamless from start to finish. Overall, the Mandarin Oriental Spa is a perfect oasis of calm in the heart of Miami. It's the ideal place to unwind and rejuvenate whether you're a local or just visiting the city. The pool was a little small but the view is beautiful.

They had a steam room, sauna, and a great relaxation area. You also get access to the outdoor pool if you want to utilize that while you are there. The massage itself was prefect and I always love when they let you pick your own aromatherapy scent. I gave the experience shower a try afterwards and it was neat. So many different water options, lights, and even music if you wanted. We grabbed lunch by the pool afterwards. Overall it made for a really lovely day. They will validate your valet so I think it ends up costing around $14 instead of the standard rate.

This was my third time celebrating my birthday at the spa and pool at the Loews Coral Gables Hotel,…read moreand this year's experience was absolutely exceptional from beginning to end. The moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Jeremiah, who immediately made us feel welcomed and cared for. He graciously guided us to begin our spa day with a relaxing mini foot spa while we sipped refreshing lemon-infused water. It was such a thoughtful and calming touch. I received a wonderful foot rub from Adrianna while my sister was treated by Blanca, who were also our massage therapists. Both women were incredibly kind, professional, and talented. Adrianna spoke so highly of Jeremiah, sharing how gracious and caring he is not only with guests but also with the staff. You can truly feel the positive environment and teamwork there. The spa itself was spotless, peaceful, and luxurious. We were provided with robes and access to an extremely clean and comfortable bathroom and shower area to change before and after our massages. After our treatments, my sister realized she had forgotten her bathing suit. Jeremiah and Tammy kindly gave us detailed directions to a nearby Ross and even explained how to use the trolley to get there. What impressed us even more was how safely and carefully they held onto all of our belongings while we stepped out shopping in the city. Knowing our things were secure allowed us to fully relax and enjoy the rest of our day stress-free. When we returned, they graciously allowed us to use a room to change so we could continue enjoying the day at the pool. As if the day couldn't get any sweeter, Jeremiah surprised me with a small birthday gift bag filled with spa goodies along with the sweetest birthday card -- which I still have hanging on my fridge! Tammy then escorted us to the beautiful 9th-floor pool deck and gave us a full tour, showing us where everything was located, including towels, sunscreen, and lotion. She introduced us to Alejandro and another wonderful cabana employee who quickly set us up with comfortable lounge chairs and an umbrella. We were also treated to a complimentary birthday guava mimosa, which was absolutely delicious! We ordered chicken wings, a burger, and fries, and everything was amazing. The burger was especially huge, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. By the end of the day, we felt completely relaxed, pampered, and appreciated. Every single staff member we encountered went above and beyond to make my birthday feel special. A heartfelt thank you to Jeremiah, Tammy, Adrianna, Blanca, Alejandro, and the entire staff for creating such a memorable experience. I cannot recommend this spa and pool day highly enough. We will absolutely be back again!

Came here for a spa day for my birthday and it is really not like a spa at all! They don't even…read morehave locker space to put your items, no rooms to relax in, no steam room, no sauna, etc etc. It should not be called a SPA, it has zero amenities!!! I have been to many spas and NEVER have I been to one that doesn't even have lockers to place your items??? Not even a sauna?? Yet they charge the same price as many other spas like the Biltmore (MUCH better). So you have to get your treatments done with your items, purse, etc in your hand. For the amount you pay this is definitely NOT worth it. Lesson learned- I will not be coming back here when I can get a true spa experience just down the street at another hotel.
