Around 10 minutes later, we were still not greeted or assisted. Due to the employees lack of acknowledgment, we began to get frustrated. I approached the group of employees that were standing nearby, and asked if we could get assistance. The employees all looked to one another, then 1 employee stepped forward. This employee asked if we had an appointment, to which I replied no. The employee stated that they do not take walk-ins after 6 o'clock. He continued to ask questions such as, have you been a customer before, do you know what kind of car you're looking for. To which I replied yes. This employee then continued to speak, explaining that they do not accept walk-ins after this time so the availability of their workers. After receiving this information my family and I left. I don't have an issue with their policy or procedures regarding walk-ins. I have an issue with the lack of professionalism and customer service. There were several employees available who could have stated this information upon our arrival. However they continued to ignore my family and I. A little courtesy and respect goes a long way. Clearly the employees here don't possess those qualities. While I possesses an appraisal offer for my trade in vehicle, I will seek service elsewhere.
