My 2000 Honda Accord, The Classy Lady, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly after 210,000 miles. I barely had time to mourn -- I needed a new car for work, fast. Making matters worse, I'd never actually bought one before. Shane got me in as soon as I showed up, and his assistant took me right over to the car I liked online, a 2008 Honda CRV with 100k miles for $10,000. They let me test drive it around the area, give it a thorough inspection, and they even gave me 48 hours to take it over to my mechanic. I noticed a couple small things like a door and lockbox being sticky, so Shane had his repair guy check it out for me. I was back on the road that day, and the CRV is working great a month later. At a time where it is pretty damn tough to find a reliable used car at a decent price, Shane really came through for me. read more

I went in and Shane was a bit overwhelmed with all his staff not there due to Covid-19 but he did make sure I got to test drive the car and did everything he could to make sure I got financing. He also took my car as it was giving me so much trouble. I bought a Mercedes and I'm almost 2months with it. It drives well there are some inside small cosmetic things I had to change out like my steering wheel trim was peeling, one of my vent tabs were missing and door handle peeling. Everything else Shane was very upfront about and I had couple small issues nothing mechanical that Shane took care of. It did take some time to get them fixed but he got them done and provided a car while mine was there. I'd definitely recommend Shane bc he's honest, will do whatever it takes to make sure you feel comfortable with the car he sells you, he has a good selection and a repair garage right there which is super convenient if anything happens. read more

I brought a car from Shane in February of 2022. Shane is such a nice and reasonable guy! He's not just trying to sell you a car, he is making sure that you get the best car for you buck. The car I brought was a 2010 Mercedes Benz Glk 350 it had almost 200,000 miles and Shane warned me that the mileage is high and that things could go wrong with the car. The car was in great condition and I decided to buy it anyways. Shane and Eric are awesome! I originally purchased a 2010 Dodge Dakota for my work truck. I seen pictures online and loved it right away. The pricing was way lower than anywhere else and it was heavy duty for what I needed to be done. They helped me out tremendously throughout the financing process, way above and beyond than anything I can ask for. They literally stuck with me for 4-5 hours throughout everything and helping me, situating everything for the final. Carry on down the road, I had a small mechanical issue, originally I took it to another mechanic who I thought I could trust, his answer was slap a new engine in and pay him anywhere between $4,000 to $6,000 for the labor and engine. I called Shane and Eric and originally knew right off the bat that sounded ridiculous. They tell me to take the truck over, they will look it over and have my truck back to me as soon as possible. As over the phone I had explained I needed a new engine, they had already ordered a replacement engine. After I gave them the truck, for what I was expecting a week, he called me back 5 hours later with my truck running and in perfect condition. Even fixed a couple of minor issues in the process! Other shops, dealers or mechanics would have kept my Thousands of Dollars and played me a fool. Not these guys!! They literally saved me from worrying about my rent payment, my son and fiancé and many other more stress I had to worry about. These guys are the best. I definitely recommend. They go above and beyond to help and they always put a smile on my face and my wallet! Keep doing great, honest business my brothers. I wish you many more successful years to come! read more

Shane and his crew sent me a car with a busted door panel, non-working convertible top, 6 of 7 dead speakers, valet key ONLY, cracked and discolored drivers seat, non-working seat motor, filthy and completely empty on gas and more. He calls me back (after a few texts and emails) and says "its a minor clip for the door, gas is $20, the top still works manually...I could have cut you a key for $150". Doubles down and states "its a 25 year old car, what did you expect?" What do I expect? To have this all properly disclosed and be told upfront what is wrong with the car when I asked. I have bought 20 to 25 car from out of state in the last 5 years and this was the first time the car was entirely mispresented to me! Shameful and embarrassing "customer service". Don't buy from this business, more importantly don't give business to "Shane" not his real name, who also shadily does business on two separate phones a lot of times in the middle of you buying the car. I bought a 8 year old Cadillac from this guy who he assured had "absolutely nothing wrong with the car, brand new brakes, brand new transmission, smog check passed, etc. The only possible problems with the car would be cosmetically, a few dings and scratches here and there." Nope! (The smog paperwork was for an entirely different car by the way! Which is illegal! Im guessing because it didn't pass the smog check.) A couple hours after buying the car I got a message on the dash saying that the tire pressure monitor sensor needed service, I figured it wasn't a big deal because its not anything major and "Shane" even said, "take it back anytime for unbeatable prices on servicing, any other mechanics will rip you off with prices and do bad service" so I plan to call him the next day about it. When I call him he says "it's not a big deal just check the tire pressure yourself" his entire demeanor changed and he was short and rude and then when I said I'd like it serviced he said "bring it in, don't bring it in, do whatever" and hung up on me. When I texted him about making an appointment he said his mechanics weren't available. I was pretty much done trying at that point. A week later my car had a bunch of service messages in the middle of driving telling me that traction control was disabled and my speed was limited, I couldn't go over 30 when trying to merge on the freeway. I told "Shane" about this and he said, "car parts go bad at anytime" wow what a genius. When I say I needed it to be serviced he says that his mechanics aren't at work today and he doesn't know when they'll come back, the dates keep changing to later and later availability. It goes to show how much likeness this guy garners when the people who's salaries he pays don't even respect him enough to show up to work. I say that I bought this car because I needed a car to drive, I can't wait that long, he says "just wait and we can bring it in to fix one time as a courtesy" I have to go to work, I need a car that works! Also what does he mean one time as a courtesy? Since I asked him about his "incredible servicing/repair deals" he mentioned which he said anytime, forever, would be available. I had to get a tow to a mechanic when they gave me a $1200 fee for a fuel pump saying it was destroyed. I asked when this happened since the car was maybe a few weeks old at best and they said it was a long time problem and ignored by the dealer. When I told Shane that I would leave this bad review for his lemons he sells and bad service he gave me, he said I was trying to black mail him. After reading other reviews it seems that this is his favorite word to use. Anyways, the car had 2 more major breakdowns with more and more parts going out, all with mechanics saying, "dealer new about these issues, these are old outstanding issues" the car was in the shop longer than it was driven. So it turns out his "brand new transmission" was old and neglected and eventually gave out on me, I dumped more in repairs than what I bought for the car, and had to get rid of it and get a new car elsewhere, good riddance! He was no help at all, a terrible evil person. Who asked "this is your first car? You should take a photo of you signing the paperwork, this is a big moment, you never forget your first car." While knowing that he's selling me a piece of junk. I guess I really won't forget my first car. What a cold hearted person. Oh, also before he sold the car to me he asked me if I was Jewish and then made sure I was aware that all Jews look the same. Lol. read more

Updated almost a month later, the car completely broke down on me for 10 days last month and had me stranded a few places because of the issues it had. There are multiple issues with this car and it was just a recipe for disaster. I am now without a car due to this and out of thousands in deposit money + about $1000 in repair and diagnostic fees.
