Before the appointment, I showed her a photo of my desired style. She looked over it several times and guided me to shampoo station where she pushed my head and hair around way too harshly and without much care as to how it felt. When I said, "hey, slow down", she responded, "we're either a good fit, or not!" Hmm? The cut was exactly the opposite of what I had asked for, after asking to see the photo several times. Now, I will say that it was in no way the cut I requested but the worst part was after going there for a pedicure and mentioning my displeasure to my pedi person about the haircut and she agreed there was no similarity between the photo and my hair. No problem. It's not the first haircut that I got where I wasn't satisfied. And because of Frankie's (Trish?) attitude at the appointment, I didn't dare go back and complain. All that being said, I attempted to make another Pedi appointment and was told they were not accepting appointments for me. No explanation, nothing, just no appointment for me! None of what she said was in any way accurate. The desk person stated that all she knew was that she was not allowed to schedule me AND at the time I was getting the cut, there were a total of one other client and Liz in the entire salon when I was there and the only person who said anything negative was the stylist. I was too shocked to speak. I in no way complained about the cut to her, but it was mentioned to Liz who had referred me to the stylist, when I was there a week later.

She takes no accountability, nor do her workers. She claims so, but that's not what was portrayed. She refuses to believe that her employees can make mistakes just to protect the company's image, absolutely pathetic, considering they did lie, make mistakes and some are incompetent. They all lied by insisting certain information was went over and discussed during the consult, such as risks, which was not. Grace definitely did not go over risks. Rachel did when I asked but also persisted it was covered by Grace previously and Desiree, whom I have never seen regarding fillers. They made the mistake of noting inaccurately in their system that I'v seen Desiree twice about fillers when I haven't. It was Grace instead, and only once. Grace unfortunately isn't as experienced as she should be. My consult with her was not informative. She barely knew how to answer my questions properly, hesitated and did not even bother to show me any sample photos at all considering this is a big procedure. I'm sure this wouldn't be the first complaint against her expertise, and I know they all know it, including the manager, Laura. Never also seen a place that didn't have photos to offer to go by. This led me to ask many questions during the day of my procedure. Rachel in a way was rushing to get started so my numbing creme wouldn't ware off, which ended up waring off 6 hours later... So... I can conclude that there was plenty of time to ask as many questions needed. This is where I explained that I hadn't had these questions discussed previously and therefore is crucial to have them answered. Rachel argues and insists that I'v had a consult twice with Desiree based on the "notes" on the computer which were inaccurate. I did not have any consults with Desiree regarding fillers, only laser hair removal over more than a year ago. I blame the person in charge for all of this, whether the workers are dishonest and/or incompetent, full accountability should be taken by Laura the manager. Yet, no accountability was taken. Whether you're also a loyal client or not, which I certainly have been, guess that definitely doesn't fall in with them. I'v been with Rita for probably a little over a year for laser and had planned 3 other future procedures. Like I said, it does not fall in with them. I don't recommend this place.

Dr. Blanton's office staff makes you feel so at ease. Keely on the phone is so warm and friendly. You feel as if you have known her for a while. When Dr. Matthew Blanton's walked in I felt almost immediately that he is the right doctor to handle my situation. We discussed options for removing the existing implants totally and doing nothing cosmetically and how that would look as i age into my 70s. Dr. Blanton's went through videos of other patients with similar situations and other options which included a breast lift after the removal of the implants. He also offered replacing the implants with new ones and was transparent in the fact that, in the future, there is a high probability that one or both would deflate again and need attention. He spent almost a full hour listening to me, hearing the anxiety in my voice over anesthesia at my age, and truly weighing the best options for my body, age, and current physical health status. Then Summer joined Dr. Blanton's for my physical exam to confirm our pathway forward. I felt so comfortable with my new team that I inquired about extra skin removal in my abdomen area. The day of surgery he took his time before going through what was needed and made sure I had no last minute questions and called the night of surgery to make sure I was okay.
