They have a promoter to host events on Friday and Saturday if you want to stay in the Addison area then this may be more your speed, but to drive here and have to haggle with the price is it's unnerving the last time we were there they wanted to charge us double for the hookah and you absolutely have to have a hookah to sit in the booth although you already paid 10 or $20 to get in or whatever but to be charged double the price of what's on the actual menu was crazy and if we didn't catch it, we just it just would've been what it was. I do believe this is Marissa reflective of who the waitress is at the time and who the promoter is at the time but I do believe this is not a bad option if you want to stay local and you want to have a section and not worry about people falling all over you mixing with the crowd. read more

Honestly, I would like to write this place to completely close down. One star is not deserving of this establishment. They feel as if they don't have to provide any type of customer service because they're gonna get the money regardless very entitled. I stopped going here for years for that exact reason. Soon as I arrive we were seated and was enjoying my friends's birthday party within the next 20 minutes. I stood up and touch my pants and realized I had a pile of gum on the back of my new pants. I was so upset this was my first time wearing these new pants and now something so disgusting happened. I asked the waitress instead of bringing me my bill to takeoff $25 due to my pants being ruined. She told me she had to go speak to her manager. She kept coming back asking for my money and I kept telling her let me speak to your manager so she later came back and stated my manager stated I can only give you ice. I told her that is unacceptable. I am not about to sit here after I've been drinking and enjoying myself to ice my back of my pants and I can't do anything other than that. My group of five came here looking for a chill night. We paid $10 per person just to get in that's $50 before we even sat down! We had also paid for a section, thinking we were good to go. But the moment we were seated, they hit us with a surprise rule, we had to spend at least $80 just to stay in the section we already paid for. No one told us this before. So, we ordered two bottles at $60 each (before tax), thinking we met the requirement. Nope... then came another $30 charge for 5 plastic cups ($5 each) and a small bowl of ice ($5). We told them we didn't want the cups, and were told too bad, we had to pay for them anyway. Who charges for cups and ice after we've already bought bottles? Then came the final slap in the face: we were told we had to buy TWO hookahs at $40 each and $20 worth of cubes for each one just to stay in the section. So even after dropping $50 on entry and over $120 on drinks and "extras," they kept pushing more charges on us like we were at an auction, not a lounge. This place is doing the absolute most for no reason. I went to XSheesha on Sunday around 3 AM with one of my best friends, after going to another spot (late Saturday going into Sunday). They have late night hours from 2:30-4:30 AM which was cool because we went to another location first. We were in town for the weekend visiting Dallas and wanted to explore the nightlife nearby. XSheesha is a Hookah Lounge that plays Afrobeat music. The cover for late night hours is $20. I did not pay additional fees to bring a bottle or sit in a section because there was no seating available upon arrival. They allow you to bring your own alcohol, due to no bar. They sell cold bottled water and juice. The bottled water was $2 and helpful because the hookah smoke in the air began to make my mouth dry. It's a decent spot if you like to do hookah (I don't), but VERY crowded without a lot of space to dance if you're not in a section. The building is small and the layout is not really set up for dancing or a smooth flow for the crowd of people that are there. You will have to wiggle your way through the tight space to get to the restroom, or to get in and out. Some of the men were trying to touch us below the waist as we moved through the crowd, which was annoying . The seating is limited so it's probably best to reserve seating in advance or arrive early, if you like the hookah only vibe. I wouldn't return in the future. read more

They warn me it is a club-like atmosphere and there is a $10 fee to get in, no credit cards. Okay, sure fine. Here is the break down: $10 to get in $75 if you want to reserve a big booth - not sure if this counts towards your entry fee. You can call ahead to try to do this but 50/50 chance they answer $1 fee for disposable hose $5 BYOB fee - this gets you a cup and Ice only. No you cannot bring your own cup $5 fee if you choose not to drink $5 non smoking fee if you don't hookah $3 per can of soda for mixers. You cannot bring your own in $30 for a hookah but only good for two folks. They force you to do a more expensive hookah if you have more people. The owner and staff stand outside in the line to make it look like the line is long. Bare minimum just to sit and hang out with your friends is $20. The Dj is pretty good and Friday and Saturday get super packed. They do not follow ANY social distancing rules at all. Everyone is jam packed in there. There is one single toilet per gender and the bathroom never gets stocked during the night. Always runs out of toilet paper and soap. I have asked for new coals more than 4x in a 45 minute time frame and they finally brought more. They don't know how to pack a hookah because they always smoke harsh. The owners didn't understand that they were not paying hourly and expected a strict schedule. So we say ok we'll buy cups. It's a $5 charge for each cup around $3 for each chaser and then $5 more dollars if you don't drink so all it all it's still $20. The hookah was weak. The customer service sucks and none of this information is on the website. The best thing about this place is the music. So travel lightly cause if you have a big party it's annoying. We spent an entire hour going back and forth with the staff about nothing but time I got to enjoy myself it was already 1am. Ok... So I have been to this place twice. The first time I went on a Friday and I had to wait for an hour to get seated. Once we were seated we had a good time. We waited about 45 minutes to be seated for a table that was already reserved for us... Ok we had a good time after this. About 95% of the seats after 9pm are reservations only. There is always a line to her in after 9pm. It's BYOB. $5 per person if you BYOB. Service is HORRIBLE after 9pm. They do not serve food but you can bring your own. DJ plays good music. They only have 3 TV screens and they are small.
