That's never the case here & I hope it never changes. I never feel uncomfortable with someone following me as I peruse the store. I always find what I need & sometimes what I don't need for affordable prices. The aisles are tight so be careful if you have bags that way you don't knock anything down. Usually there's no one on the floor to help you but feel free to ask someone behind the counter for help & they'll gladly oblige. The hair area is rather small & seems to not carry much of the popular items. There's an assortment of wigs but again no one in the back to assist with them.

Good customer service matter. I guess being racially profiled. They are acting any ol' way to customers and taking their money. I usually don't write reviews. I simply came to the store to buy something I saw the other day afterwork and go home. I was already tired. However, I was met with the gentleman's attitude. At first he would not help me really saying too fast "we don't have". I had to guide him to the place where another worker, who was so kind help me find something and there it was. And it the way he beckoned me to come, I felt like he treated me less than a person, like a pet. I did not feel right at all. This is what it comes to? Treating certain people like pets and taking their hard earned money? He did help me find what I was looking for. He never apologized for treating me like I was a problem just for coming into the store. Maybe he had a bad day because he was clearly angry with me and I just wanted to find and buy a certain product. I ended up buying and left the store, but I had a bad taste in my mouth for the experience I've endured. Please, treat your customers much better. We still want to feel good buying things. Saying thank you goes a long way. I don't know what is going on in that store, maybe security and cameras are needed. Maybe you should not be security and a customer service agent at the same time. I would not go to that location anymore unless for some reason the item is definitely in that store and I would just have to grin and bare it.

I was even allowed in to shop before the shelves were stocked. Moreover, I noticed that the staff did not know prices because they were not labeled. I was not greeted but followed (stalked) by the floor worker with every turn. I did my best at being courteous and engaging her in conversation when I could to assure her that I am no threat and will be a regular shopper. I forgave the price issue and even excused the "hurry up and buy vibe." However, that is a pet peeve of mines because I despise liars and thieves, so to be treated as a potential one really gets under my skin. However, I still purchased several packs of braiding hair because I was in need. I used my debit card and was charged a surcharge! Also the hair was not that reasonable. Fast forward to a month later; I went in again yesterday to purchase more hair (with cash and because the store is close to home). The cashier was very friendly but the young lady working on the floor who stalked me last time was in full effect. I even turned to bump right into her because she was all over me. Also, the isles still aren't stocked fully and the prices are high. Therefore, my question to any hard working woman who purchases beauty supplies on a regular basis is: would you shop at a place that has a limited supply, high-end-average prices and are followed around but not assisted? I will not be visiting Aden again. I will make the trip to the other two stores that I frequent, with better prices, selection and customer service. I hate when people of color come into a neighborhood with people of color and act like fools. BTW that location has had several stores there over the past couple of years, it isn't a lucky location.
