The inspection was fast and reasonably priced and revealed four fixes for an equally reasonable price, and that they understood my intent was to keep my 2008 Nissan Rogue going for as long as I could. I was able to get an appointment fairly soon after I agreed to the fixes. They also gave me a discount after I posted a review of the initial experience with the inspection. I appreciated the respect, courtesy and lack of mansplaining. I also appreciate that they have a 12 month/12,000 mile guarantee for their fixes.

They recommended Courtesy Automotive and I ended up being charged $388. The person checking me out accidentally handed me their invoice for my battery- which was $197. So..... it was easy for me to figure out that they made $191 on a battery install. ($51 charge for the computer reset which seemed reasonable.) The worse part for me is that they didn't have my battery in stock, so I waited to make sure they could get it. If they weren't able to get one same day, I was going to drive over to O-Reileys and pick it up........ wish that would have happened! I also left some parts at his shop after spending upwards of $20k with him, assuming I could trust him, now he can't find the parts. My assumption is they are on his personal car, which is the same make and model as mine. "my accountant this, my accountant that" and then he finally just stopped responding. I live over an hour from the shop. Huge let down considering how much money and time I spent there. Wouldn't recommend anyone waste their time or money at this shit hole.
