While there a friend spent a couple of hours straightening the frame and plate. A tough job. Today I went to PE. 2nd time. Washed my car. Stopped in lot. Checked plate and frame. Bent at 90 degree angle. Since this happened before I really paid attention going through. Nothing felt weird. I have washed my car in other auto washes. Never had damage before. Could not find anyone except woman spraying at start of wash. Incredibly busy. Also would have walked thru busy line. At home called number I found online. Told by young lady that it had to be reported before leaving. She said that if this happens (has never happened at other washes) I could remove my frame and plate before washing. Did not offer to have anyone call back. I will make sure my bank stops these draws. I will warn people of your terrible service after damage. And eventually I will find someone who can straighten my plate and frame. I will be surprised if your company survives Ling term unless your clients are always first timers. I politely interrupted his sales pitch, but he insisted that I read the options displayed on a board. At this point, my wife joined in to clarify our request, yet the employee continued to push the monthly plans. Frustrated, we asked for the manager, only to find he was the one resisting our request. Unable to reach a resolution, we left without getting our wash. I later called the 800 number to speak with a higher-level manager but was only allowed to leave my name and number for a callback, which has yet to happen--three weeks later. We used to be regular customers and appreciated the quality of the drive-through wash, but this experience has deterred us from returning.

While I was drying, I noticed I got some chips in my paint. I guess this is what i get for convenience. I am a careful person when it comes to my belongings and I am quite sure the new blemishes are from the wipers. The wipers looked like soft rubber and I thought it would be fine. Guess rubber damages paint huh? Never going again nor recommending. This place was better before they remodeled it. Never had a problem with the staff though if you ever decide to deal with them personally.

Multi-position and tools for scrubbing, spraying and applying various types of wash, rinse and wax. All in we were $7.50 to do it ourselves to wash, scrub and vacuum. The auto was next door was a minimum 6.99 for the cheap wash and they never get all the bugs off that way.
