I took my car in almost a year ago due to a hit on accident on the rare left. The whole process was smooth as the shop deals with insurance company and the fix was in a timely manner (that's the two stars). When I picked up my car, I noticed the TPMS light was on and took the car back for it to be fixed. It took the technician there less than 5 minutes telling me it was the battery for TPMS was out and had nothing to do with the accident. The technician said that I don't really need to replace the battery for the sensor as long as I monitor my tires (pressure). Almost a year later I took my car to NTB to replace brake rotors, I asked them to replace the TPMS battery as well since they are removing the tires. Turns out, there's NO replacing battery for the sensor. The sensor itself would need to be replaced if it dies. I gave the permission to replace the sensor and that's when the issue was uncovered. The sensor was not "out of battery". The sensor had broke off from the valves completely due to the crush and was rolling around inside of the tire all this time which wore out the inside layer of the tire to a point it's not recommended to place the damaged tire back. The damage to the sensor was due to the hit and this place didn't even bother to remove the tire to check even the second time I went back and told me it was only a "dead battery". The inside of the tire was wore out that if I didn't come to NTB to replace my rotors, it could've blown out. I sincerely do not recommend this place and will not go back again. read more

My service representative that was luckily elected to take care of my car was Andrew. He was excellent. Andrew puts the SERVE in service! He initially started out with a rough estimate however we were able to strike a firm deal prior to service. The vehicle was in service for about 2.5 weeks and Andrew frequently called to update me throughout the entire repair process. Never for a second did I ever not know what was going on with my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle the staff put on the finishing touches right in front of me and the techs were very friendly and knowledgeable in addition. Beto and Derek walked me through everything before presenting their masterpiece back to me. The only thing halfway disappointing was that my rear sensors weren't seated properly in the housing possibly causing the sensors to operate improperly. My car needed the entire front bumper and underneath re-attached and still had impound numbers and stickers on it. When I got it back all repairs were finished and the car looked like brand new. The dealership where I take my car does not handle collision repair but they did refer me to the shop that handles their auto body repairs. The first thing I did was look them up on Yelp and they had a poor rating. I was getting really upset not knowing who I could trust to fix my car! I've used Xtreme Collision twice in 2017. There are three things that are high on my list. Quality, Customer Service and Value. Xtreme hits all three. High marks. They'd have to do a good job or I would not have gone there. It's a treat to do business with a company that CLEARLY appreciates you and your business and let you know it. This is a good place to get body work. Well worth the drive. They do excellent work and everything is what I had expected and even better. I had to wait for parts because I wanted factory dealer parts. Well worth it and car looks like new. They worked with my insurance and everything worked smoothly. The place might be busy and cramped for parking space, but if you can put up with that you'll be glad you went there. They kept my car safe and parked inside while they worked on it and waited for parts. I had no worries and they did a great job. I had an excellent experience with Xtreme from the first call/inquiry to the pick up of my repaired car. I was hit and my car sustained significant cosmetic damage. Another shop recommended by the insurance company gave a high estimate and "totaled" my car. I called Xtreme for second opinion. Clay greeted me and assured me he could repair the damage and the car would be fine. Not only did he repair the impacted area, he fixed several unrelated cosmetic issues and even fixed my key! To say that the service was excellent is an understatement. Clay called and emailed me regularly and even made a particularly wonderful call to me on a Friday telling me that he was able to SAVE me money on the repair. Who gets calls like that? He let me know when the car would be done and it was right on time. My battery seemed to die. Clay diagnosed it as the starter and replaced it and STILL came in lower than the original estimate he provided to me! They were honest, timely, and considerate. This is the first time I have ever felt so confident and comfortable with car repairs. He knew our budget and still worked hard to drive the price down without compromising the quality of work. I came here because of the stellar Yelp rating/reviews and was not disappointed. Bring your vehicle here if quality of repair work is high priority. I've been on Yelp for a few years now and mostly just use it for scoping out reviews -- however I was so pleased with the service at Xtreme that I felt compelled to leave a positive review. I drive a 2015 Nissan Murano with pearl white paint. I had a 3-4 inch scratch showing metal on one of my passenger side doors (not sure of origin), as well as a few dings (sharing garage with careless neighbor). One day I was waiting for a parking spot at Walmart, and while not moving, and older gentleman backed into the back of my car. Visible damage was the paint on the rear bumper. I worked with Clayton at Xtreme -- he looks young, but he is extremely professional in his work and really knows his stuff. Clayton and team were able to discover additional damage to one of the rear sensors underneath the bumper and promptly ordered the part, and had it installed and programmed. The team did a beautiful job with the dings and paint at very reasonable cost. We even had trouble locating the original dings when Clayton was walking me through the repair services. Really outstanding work. I hope to not need their services again, but if I do, I will definitely go out of my way to bring my vehicle to this shop. read more

Did some research to find a repair shop after I was rear ended. Brought my car up for an estimate and meet with Andrew. After he looked at my car, he stated it was not road worthy and got right on the phone with the insurance company to get my claim going and to get me a rental car. My car was ready in 18 days which was a whole week sooner than promised. The customer service was excellent.
