They responded so quickly to my call and scheduled an appointment for first thing Monday morning. I received a text message confirming the appointment and on Monday morning got another text with a time window and the name of the technician that was coming. Already I was impressed. Gabe arrived right on time and looked at both the units. We had a problem with the upstairs pipes being clogged and he suggested that we put in a pump and have the coils cleaned. I asked about the downstairs unit as another company wanted to replace the whole system and Gabe said that it was absolutely fine and clearly, it did not need to be replaced or even repaired. Ray and Rodger came to do the work and they were neat and efficient. There was still an issue with the pipe draining so my husband decided to have it replaced. These guys were so good, they actually felt badly that the pipe had to be replace and honestly, I really felt bad for them since they had to spend hours on one of the hottest days of the year in my attic. When the work was done, Ray went over all the completed work and showed me where the pipe ended on the outside of the house. These guys work hard. They do a great job, care about the quality of work done, follow up and best of all, everyone who came to the house or called, was so nice and pleasant to deal with. Thank you!!

We have employed Manning's Elite Services for numerous home projects since the first time we hired them. Take, for example, just recently, they were hired to put up blinds and install a ceiling fan. Moe forgot to install the light bulbs on the upper part of the lighting fixture, and when it was pointed it out, he had no complaints at all about uninstalling the fan's motor and re-installing it again (I forgot to mention that this was a non-standard fan which was weirdly made before he started the installation). It was amazing to have someone be so easy to work with and professional about doing a good job. I'm happy to recommend Moe and his team (shoutout also to Greg -who is meticulous about his work, always a perfectionist). They are really one of the most hardworking and trustworthy contractors/handymen out there, in an industry filled with unreliable and disappointing people.

Sidney came when he said he would, which I very much appreciate. I originally requested the Dryer vent be cleaned because my dryer was heating, but not drying after I purchased the home only a few weeks ago. He came out to inspect my vents to see if there was a need for sanitization, and to clean the vent, and thank goodness he did. Not only did he find mold in my AC unit, but he found that the dryer vent was completely disconnected and taped off. He quoted me, got the parts, and went above and beyond any expectations I ever had. He and his team came out today and cleaned the mold, sanitized the vents, installed a purifier that will keep that will help keep my air clean, and also fixed the issue with the vent so I can finally use my washer and dryer again! He was knowledgeable, kind, and really worked with me throughout. I cannot recommend this company and Sidney enough. He'll take care of you - Guaranteed.
