You cannot be kind and take 30 seconds to make a little boys day? I even had my wallet in hand prepared to tip $20. Both my Husband and myself have bikes we have been looking to have serviced. We didn't want to have to drive to Nevada City, and Bike Stuff is right around the corner from us. HARD PASS.
