Wow! Let me tell you, I'm a customer for life. I spent 2 weeks looking for an ebike charger for an ebike with 5 pins. Nobody knew what it was or cared to research how to find it. I bought my first ebike from Sierra Ebikes a year ago and they were great. I got a good deal on the 20" fat tire folding bike. I took some exciting on and off road rides. The battery life was better than expected, up to 26 miles. Sierra fixed a couple of flats and installed "run flat" inserts that really helped. Last month I stopped in and found another great ebike, the Surface 604 Rook. It is a 26" bike that is even easier to ride and goes faster. I really liked that they had assembled the bike already and I could just ride it out of the shop. They let me customize it with the few extras I wanted, like a special seat and knobby tires. They also helped me sell my previous bike on consignment in their shop. Dion and his staff have great products and give great service. read more

Wow, wow, and wow again. Dion and his team really helped me out! I bought a brand new electric bike from Walmart and it literally exploded on me the day I left for a festival. Dion not only replaced the broken battery, but upgraded it so it was actually better! Went in to this bicycle shop to buy a few things and the two people working inside were wearing masks. There was another employee (possibly the owner) who wasn't wearing a mask. Excellent customer service!!! Went in to find an Ebike for my wife with the hope that we would be able to sit on a few and maybe take a test ride. Well, we were greeted by Andrew as soon as we walked in and he listened to what my wife felt she wanted to tackle the steep hills where we live. Andrew chose a few bikes that might suit our needs and wants and took us outside to test ride. Almost 4 hours later and a few more bikes we had finally picked by the bike we wanted and we never felt rushed or pressured. After several months with my new Ebike, I've had a chance to evaluate Dion's customer service. I had a problem with a sticky power control. As soon as I called the shop Dion had me bring it in immediately and they fixed it the same day and with no fuss. I purchased my e bike from Sierra Bike over three years ago. Shortly after purchasing the bike I had to go through several surgerys that caused long rehabs. Consequently I didn't ride the bike much, only 27 miles total in the three years. The last ride I took on it was also the longest ride the bike had been taken on (10Miles). During that ride the bike virtually shut down. I took it to the dealer and after a $100 plus tuneup I was told they found no problem but the tuneup may have fixed the problem. It failed for exactly the same reason again and I took it back and was told they didn't find the problem. Just letting people know out there that the owner originally told me that the bike I purchased was specially designed for Sierra Bike and that it was the most advanced bike. If you a little older person and are purchasing a bike that you can relay on you going to want to buy it from a company that can fix it when it breaks. I paid $2400.00 for this bike and it is a lemon after 27 miles. This business doesn't stand buy the words they say when you purchase the bike. I wasn't trying to get anything for free I just wanted the bike to be fixed and they walked away from it. read more

I took an E Bike, not even purchased from SIERRA EBIKE, to them for repair and they were fantastic from day one. It turned into quite a nightmare dealing with the mfg. to get replacement parts, specs, support... but Sierra EBIKE never dropped the ball. They were in constant communication with me, more than fair in their pricing and bent over backwards in order to make sure I was happy in the end. Dion, Alex, Andrea and the whole crew are wonderful and I won't hesitate to take any of our bikes back to them or recommend them! Anytime I need a bike or accessories I know where I'll be going! Unbelievably poor service!!! I waited 24 hours for a return phone call from the owner (Dion) who was originally assisting me but, after six phone calls to him (he kept putting me off as he did not know his inventory), I never did receive the information that I needed. I wanted to shop locally but he ended up being so rude!! My advise to you is this: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! There are plenty of bike stores in the area..don't give this guy your business!!! read more

My wife and I drove to their shop in Penn Valley today.It was a little over a two hour drive,after the experience we had I'd have gladly driven twice as far. I've been wanting an e -bike for almost two years.I was thinking of getting a Rad or a Heminway. Then last week I came across a video that compared them to the Aventan Aventure .Man I'm glad I did.After more research I decided that was the one I wanted.the next step was to purchase it.I wasn't thrilled with the thought of getting it on line,I wanted to buy it from a shop.So after a search on line I found 3 shops within a few hours .I contacted all 3,these guys got back to me within 10 minutes. And later I found out that they were actually closed but still returned my text! A day and a half later I still haven't heard back from the other two! After arriving Andrew introduce him self I had already told him what I was looking for so he proceeded to sell me a bike. He was polite,not pushy and knew his stuff.He took us outside for a test drive and I was sold! He then helped me pick out a few accessories and a helmet.He asked about the area I would be riding in,and after finding out we have a lot of star thistle he had the tires "slimmed" to help fight punchers at no cost! We payed cash and got a discount on our purchase,that was another surprise! All in all I'd highly recommend these guys,no matter how long the drive it's worth it. Bought 2 ebikes from Dion at Sierra Ebikes awhile ago and messed one up by crashing. Drove the hour to Sierra Ebike and Dion not only fixed my bike while I waited, he took parts off a showroom bike so I wouldn't have to come back when the new ones came in! I originally had considered buying a RAD ebike, but you get virtually no customer service after the sale. A couple weeks ago my husband and I were looking for electric bikes and had an amazing experience at SIERRA EBIKE. Dion, Andrew, Hayden and Alex work as a team to help you find the bike that meets the need and provide steller service before and after. Initially we were looking for a foldable Ebike and after testing it out in the parking lot we wanted to check out the other bikes they had in stock. Hayden showed us a couple other bikes and recommended we try out the Surface 604 Electric Bikes. I bought the Rook and my husband bought the Shred. These bikes are made in Canada and make bike riding so much fun, we LOVE our Ebikes! We also purchased the Tannus foam tire inserts to help with possible tire punctures. SIERRA EBIKE also carries bike accessories and parts. Can't say enough about the people that work there, they go above and beyond.
