This place is not a real performance shop! Hacks!! I took my Audi A6 here on a recommendation to get lowering springs, rims and tires installed. They never quoted me a price, just an hourly rate. They took 10 hours to install the lowering springs! Twice what every one else quoted me. They told me 2 days had it for almost 5.. They ran into issues with the rim fitment and didnt bother calling me they just added spacers to the front wheel to clear the caliper. Long story short I got stuck with rims that needed 20mm spacers.. they also used ball seat lugs in my aftermarket conical seat rims.. They also scratched my fender not using any guards. The salt in the wound is that the owner basically blamed me for the mistakes and told me he would make it right.. never called me back.. Absolutely Horrible Experience! read more

This place is crap. Dont go here...had a tail light assembly install and long story short i had to pay for incomplete work. And on top of that they scratched my trunk henges and put the bulbs in the wrong spots when they were done! And did not reconnect my back up camera either, which i had to drive all the way back for them to do! Horrible experience and a HUGE waste of money! I called for a quote on replacing my valve cover gasket on the passenger side. I was quoted $150 per side. The service adviser talked me into doing the driver side (which was not leaking, but I reluctantly had them replace it). When it was all said and done I was handed a $550 bill for 2 valve covers. When I questioned the service adviser he said he never quoted me that price and the price reflected the work. I was also charged $25 for shop/disposal fees which - I provided the gaskets, and they left my car filthy with finger prints all over the engine (this is not a daily driver and is very clean) so what did they dispose? Luckily the manger stepped in and fixed the bill to reflect the price I was quoted. - Within a year I had to replace the gaskets once more. When I took off the covers they used glue on rubber gaskets. Unfortunately, I will not be going back to them. read more

I have had 2 sets of tires put on two different cars by these guys. Both times have been great! The first time they actually picked my truck up themselves from where I work, installed the tires, and brought the truck back. Today I had a slow leak in one of my tires. I brought my daughters car to xtream after getting a couple estimates at a few other place ( i will not expose them ) however they were by far the best in pricing not only where they the best in pricing but THEY WHERE HONEST!!!! Being a woman it is easy to be taken advantage of which is exactly what the other 2 places where trying to do. One place told me it would cost roughly $500 in parts and labor to fix her exhaust the other place told me that it was her catalytic converter and it would be around $700 to repair i took it to xtream and it was less than $150 to fix there was a pipe that needed fixed and now her car sounds and runs better than ever... I took my car to this shop to have the breaks done (price was a little high but I gave them the benefit of the doubt due to good reviews). I was told the car would be left out when done so I could pick it up after hours. The car was not left out and I was left without a vehicle to get to work. When I came in furious the next day I was told that they would look into my check engine light problem to make up for it. They did, but then charged me anyway to epoxy a leak in the vapor canister. A few months later and my check engine light came on again. I took it back to the shop to tell them that their fix wasn't adequate. They agreed and said the part would need to be replaced now. The vapor canister is listed after market at $208 at all auto parts stores. The mechanic tried to tell me I was wrong on the price and you can't buy the part for under $300 and then told me the quote to put in this part was nearly $200 in labor!!! It's easily accessible on the bottom of the car and would take a good mechanic 20 minutes to replace. This place is trying desperately to pay for its fancy facility and overhead costs. Between those dates I was given excuses by John and Todd as to why the shades were taking so long to be delivered. Negative 5 stars, they had my car for almost 5 months after telling me it'll only take a few days! Got attitude the first few times I called to check what's going on. They never called me once to let me know. 3 times I called they told me that's it's all worked out they're just trying to put it back together, that was the first 2 months they had it. After receiving no calls for a couple weeks I called and was told the owner will call me back (he's the one I was talking to from the beginning) and he never did, called again 3 weeks after and got the same response with no call back! I went up there to grab some things out the trunk and they had it outside in the back in a field next to their totaled cars with a bag around a window. A month later I went up there and it hasn't moved. Car was garage kept and the body was in impeccable condition before this. Finally I went up there to get my car from them and they still charged me 400$ for nothing! The car is in way worse condition now! Everything on the inside is took apart the windows won't go up and the owner wouldn't even come out and talk to me. Very very shady place. Worse part is they was acting like they was doing me a favor only charging me 400$ smh can't wait to see them in court. read more

I met Steve Ali (Owner of XTreme Performance) a couple of years ago before he opened his shop in North Ridgeville, Ohio. I was greatly impressed with his Knowledge and Service of our Family Car. So naturally when he opened his shop in North Ridgeville we followed him there. It's been a couple of years now and we take our 4 family cars to him for service and repairs and routine service needs. My In-laws have also jumped into the XTreme Performance Family as well and now they too have both their cars serviced by Steve, Scott and John (and all the mechanics (too many to list)). I drive a company car which is also serviced by Xtreme Performance, need I say more? When you find something that works and works this well... "Stick With It!" I have, each and every single time, been 100% satisfied. I can now say that because of the Fabulous Service and Great Value that we receive, we will continue to patronize this business for years and years to come!! Had to also mention this as well... recently I acquired a 1926 Ford Model T Roadster that I am going to restore.
