I have used this shop three times over the past year. Every repair was done promptly and at the cost quoted. I've had my brakes replaced - you could tell the difference. My suspension and ride needed help; they replaced the stabilizer bar and other parts, significantly improving my ride and handling. Recently, I brought my car in to make the air conditioning colder. Whatever was done, I now have colder air conditioning, making my drive significantly more comfortable. They are friendly and demonstrate their attention to customer service and customer satisfaction. read more

He is a dirty lying POS theif. Replaced the same front end part, 3 times in two years to get to a "noise" when I looked back at my receipts and told him I wanted my money back, he refused and said I could get oil changes instead. The "noise" was still there. Hes a dirty con artist, DONT TRUST THIS POS!!! On one occasion his mechanic was giving me a lift home and complaining they were busy and the drunk mechanic called off again, so there you go. Do you really want a drunk repairing your car that you depend for your safety or the safety of your family and children, think about it! To top it off he's WAY overpriced. read more

Do NOT take your vehicle to this facility! They do the bare minimum in diagnosis once they "know'' what's going on, and offer NO reasonable explanation for not pinpointing necessary repairs beyond "replace your engine," or "you didn't ask us to do that." Their "diagnosis" for my '02 F150 was "no compression cylinder 2," without bothering to find out why. I mean, there's only about 5 possible causes for only one cylinder to have no compression! Another hour of work at most to track that down! I took my vehicle to them, planning to spend another $3000 to keep my $8000 investment in a new engine, new catalytic converters and various other parts on the road. Then, they don't even remember they performed NO REPAIRS, and send me a follow up text asking if everything is "great" with my vehicle. This is all compounded by a tire repair plug being put in the sidewall (big "no-no") of a brand new tire on a previous visit (never mentioned it to me, had to come across the plug myself a week later), and a power steering gear box they replaced that has had air trapped in it for years from yet another previous visit...absolutely shoddy work and horrible customer service in spite of their friendly smiles. They do slipshod work and will always blame it on someone else! I'll never go there again, and others would be smart to stay away also! read more

I told them the issue with my car and they fixed something completely different and I paid $500 for something I didn't need and now I can't get what I actually need fixed. I recently moved to the Kamm's Corners neighborhood and needed to get the shocks and struts replaced on my 2007 minivan because they wore out due to the heavy loads I sometime need to carry. I got several recommendations and estimates for new front struts and beefed up shocks for the back, and based on the price and some reviews, decided to have the work done at Chuck's. I also needed front brake pads and rotors which he did as well, again for a very reasonable price. I made the right choice and I am extremely pleased with the results! The van rides better than new, even when heavily loaded, and I couldn't be happier! I only have the one vehicle and since the work took most of a day, I was able to get a ride home and back when the job was finished. My opinion is that Chuck is a straight-shooter, very knowledgeable, and will give you an honest estimate and a fair price. Chuck's Auto is the only one I trust to diagnose & repair my 9-year-old Kia Forte. As a 70-year-old woman, I'm a prime target for unscrupulous mechanics. Chuck has none of those in his employ. Heroic service! Can't say enough about Chuck's responsiveness and integrity. Our 1998 Toyota Sienna sprung a radiator leak en route to our son's college graduation on the East coast. We limped into Cleveland on a Friday night while our son found Chuck's shop on the internet and telephoned him to explain our dilemma. Chuck's is one of just a handful of auto repair shops in the Cleveland area that work on Saturdays. He said he would install a new radiator for us if we brought him the vehicle first thing Saturday morning. True to his word, he fixed our problem and had us on the highway again by noon. Work was professionally done and fairly priced. Given our circumstances, any other auto repair shop could have sensed our vulnerability and exploited our situation. Not Chuck. He even entertained the thought of picking me up at our hotel room to get me back to his shop and us back on the road as quickly as possible. Chuck, you're a hero. Chuck saved me when I was in a bind! While passing through Cleveland with another 6 hours of driving ahead of me, a seemingly minor bump ended up bending my axle. I could tell something was not right. I brought my car to Chuck, who had it diagnosed, fixed, and got me back on the road within a couple hours. Since I'd just had some work done on my car just a few weeks earlier, Chuck was kind enough to talk to my mechanic back home to discuss the specifics. Then he drove me down the road to a little restaurant so I could get a bite to eat while I waited. The service was quick, professional, and affordable. I got to my destination safely and just a little bit behind schedule. As an added bonus, Chuck even called me to follow up and ask if I'd arrived safely-- what a guy!
